Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

You have to walk around 750 m from nearest metro. Hotel is situated on a clean area and is on yhe main road. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helpful and receptionist was available late evening also.
Wash cabin in washroom was so small that little obese person will get stuck. In summer time when I travelled, the airconditioner was not working well and we swet the entire night.

We stayed there from 11-13 of July, the hotel is clean, staff is good and helpful, the area is safe and has the metro station like a 5 minute walk. The only reason I am giving this score is because the AC and small fridge did not work properly and my son has refrigerated medicine that he needs ro take. I talked to the staff and they could not do anything for us. If you don’t mind a warm room and don’t use the fridge you are good.

I rarely write reviews. My main reason for writing this review is the hotel didn't have Wifi working in the building during my stay - it's 2025! I didn't travel with data so expected / needed WiFi to plan for my early morning departure. Other complaints include that the walls b/n rooms were paper thin, AC barely worked, and the shower leaked water on the bathroom floor.

Poor selection of breakfast and no matter what time you get there, a lot of containers are already empty and the staff does not replace them in due time, unless they are asked by the customers, very small bathroom with fixed shower head only, old furniture and carpets, thin walls so you can hear everything from the room next door.
Overall: definitely not a 4 stars hotel (maximum 2 stars)

We booked two nights and the room we were given did not match the picture. The bathroom was small, old, paint peeling, shower door off the hinges. The bed were not comfortable, furniture and carpet old. It was late and too tire to complain so we stayed that night. The following morning I complained about the condition of the room and was immediately changed to a newly renovated room which matched the pictures on the their website. It was much better!

We had a few nights stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, Umesha was so helpful and made our stay further pleasant. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection of items. The rooms were cleaned daily and even in the heatwave the air con kept the room nice and cool. The area is quiet and safe. It’s working walking distance to the metro that links to main city and I was able to get to places quickly and safely. Would highly recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. But after getting settled in, I found the room had not been cleaned fully. There were personal items still in the trash bin in the bathroom. In the shower, the water randomly switched from scalding hot to cold and back, regardless of where the lever was set. They switched my room. The new one was clean. But the shower did the same thing, just not to the extreme hot like the first one.

Ive stayed in Milan a few times in the past. This hotel was excellent value for money. Only 5 minutes from the metro line straight to the Duomo area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakast included was varied and plentiful. Hotel was clean throughout. Its a bit far from the city centre but the nearby metro is a bonus as you can save money due to the location and the metro is cheap

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles je trouve qu'il y a quelque bémols. Je voudrais d'abord remercier le personnel de l'accueil qui était très bien, a l'écoute et bienveillant toujours au service de la clientèle. Le point positif c'est qu'il est situé à proximité du métro et détiens un parking souterrain pour dix euros par jour quand même pour un pour un hôtel quatre étoiles j'aurais préféré qu'il soit gratuit. Par contre concernant la chambre j'ai pris une chambre double deluxe un peu petite à mon goût. J'ai rencontré quelques soucis dans la chambre notamment avec la climatisation que je ne vous pouvais pas régler moi-même, et le coffre de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. La personne de l'accueil est venue régler la climatisation mais ce n'était pas suffisante et il était bruyant. Pour le coffre fort il manquait une pile, qui a été remplacé mais le coffre ne fonctionnait toujours pas et il n'y avait pas de notice. Dommage.
Concernant le petit déjeuner qui est inclus, j'ai trouvé que le choix était limité. Je m'attendais à mieux.

Als 4 sterren hotel zijn mijn verwachtingen hoger.
Het is een prima hotel, maar de kamer waar wij verbleven zou de afwerking van de badkamer beter kunnen en kijk dan ook nog even naar de raambekleding. De oppervlakte van de kamer was niet al te groot, maar als we hier een langere periode zouden verblijven dan is het beperkt.
Ontbijtbuffet was prima, maar ook daar de moet je qua 4 sterren meer van kunnen maken.
Parkeren kun je voor €10 per dag onder het hotel doen, bij de uitcheck werd er netjes gevraagd of we de auto nog even lieten staan of dat we gelijk vertrokken (dat vind ik service om deze mogelijkheid te bieden).
Prima hotel als je deze zou gebruiken als door reis hotel.

Hotel un pò datato, ho avuto una stanza senza bidet, 12 min dalla metro Rossa Marelli. Colazione buona. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza confortevole. Quello che proprio ho trovato insopportabile è che l'aria condizionata non funzionasse e che nonostante i solleciti nessuno abbia fatto nulla per risolvere la cosa. Nella settimana più calda dell'estate di Milano lo trovo inaccettabile.

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und es war unangenehm warm im Zimmer. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und bei beiden bestand das Problem. Wir haben deshalb die ganze Nacht das Fenster aufgehabt und in der letzten Nacht wurde von einer Meute Hotelgästen im Innenhof Party gemacht, das hat niemanden interessiert vom Hotel.
Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren nicht gerade freundlich. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut an den Verkehr angebunden (5 Minuten Fußweg zu U-Bahn) und es gab genug Möglichkeiten um Abends etwas Essen zu gehen und/oder etwas einzukaufen.

Não fica localizado em Milão, e sim numa cidade próxima. Tem metrô a 500m e de fácil deslocamento. Muito distante do aeroporto, mais de 30 euros de táxi. Café da manhã excelente e condições do quarto, salvo que o ar condicionado não funcionou e os funcionários não souberam resolver. Dormimos com janelas abertas.

The overall hotel facilities are old and not up to 4 stars ranking, as the reception lobby is simple. The supply of our staying bedroom and bathroom is out of basis quality. The charged 10 Euro per day parking garage is without lift to the upper floor, only staircases. No shops open on the street outside the hotel and the area around seems insecure in night time.

Una señorita de la recepción fue muy descortés todo el tiempo no encontraba las reservas e hizo un desastre, después retuvo el pasaporte y se hizo la despistada hasta que se lo solicitamos, muy desagradable, también la última reserva ustedes la hicieron a nombre de otra persona lo que ocasionó que esta chica no dejara ingresar a mi compañera al cuarto hasta aclarar, después la hizo cambiarse de habitación que porque esa ya estaba reservada puros cuentos que horror. Eso le quita mucho prestigio al lugar y hace que el trabajo de las otras recepcionistas que fueron muy Amables se demeritara

The hotel is not far from Milano Cathedral..few walks away from metro Station. The room is quite clean but the Restaurant near Lobby is not always operating to serve food for their clients. the breakfast Lobby has enough to serve. Personal am Empfang war sehr nett. Zimmer sauber, riechen jedoch muffig und sind schon sehr alt.
Definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert höchstens 2 Sterne.

Matratze war jedoch bequem. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin war sehr gut isoliert. Man konnte nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, da die Straße sehr befahren wurde und der Balkon von allen Zimmer erreicht werden konnte. Es gab zwei Türen zur Balkonseite hintereinander, sodass das Zimmer zur Straßenseite gut isoliert war. Leider hörte man jedes gesprochene Wort aus dem Nachbarszimmer.
Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Die Gegend, um das Hotel herum,war nicht sehr einladend, jedoch war man in nur 400m an der Metrostatio und man konnte von dort aus direkt zum Dom fahren.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war jedoch gut..
