The bathroom smelled bad, like it was coming from the shower booth, and although the bed looked freshly made, when I lay down I noticed a strong perfume smell on the pillow. I had to complain strongly at the reception before they finally changed my room.

It is in a very quiet place but accessible to tram and buses.Away from the noise and tourists. Safe area, police, hospital,local supermarket,Mc Donald are all within walking distance. Hotel's restaurant and bar on site. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and will do anything to welcome you. Felt vey safe and would recommend a stay to anyone.

This is a great place to stay if you want the everyday person experience with a bit more. Not located in the city but easily accessible thanks to the public transport, you’ll feel like you’re going to work and back home again after a nice day exploring. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful surprise and the bar had a very nice drink selection. Room was comfortable and just enough to not feel overwhelming. Local eateries around the hotel are not gauged for tourists so definitely a more authentic experience.

Feel quite disappointed with the stay for this property. It was about an hour out from the city centre but aside from that, myself and the other two guests I travelled with have been eaten alive by mosquitos (in the dining area of the property), and only had 1x 500ml water bottle between three of us. When we asked if we could have another, we were told to buy them from the vending machines (which also did not work).

It was easy to reach the hotel by car, and the location was very convenient, with a fast electric charger just 3 minutes away. The area felt safe and provided quick access to the highway. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the breakfast spread was varied and satisfying. Overall, a great experience!

Upon driving up to the hotel unfortunately my first thought was “what the hell did I book?”. The outside gave the appearance of a freshly abandoned building. We pulled up to the front of the hotel and there is trash everywhere. Overspilling out of both trash cans. It looks like people gave up and just started to discard their trash around the cans. I walk inside and am very shocked that the interior does not match the exterior. The lobby is beautiful. We check in and are told we can park out front or in the parking garage. We opt to check out the parking garage. It’s a post apocalyptic world down there. We turn around immediately and park out front instead. We gather our things and head to the room. The halls are poorly lit and it is very creepy as we walk down the long hall to our room. I feel like I’m in a scene of a horror movie just waiting for something to pop out. We make it to our room without any

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re expecting comfort and swim/pool facilities. Staff at the bar are rude and you’d think asking for a glass of water easy but it’s like pulling teeth. Majorly disappointed. Won’t be returning here. Will stay elsewhere in Milan!!

The staff were nice and they let us do the check in early. Apart from that we paid £170 for a room that had stains on the table, on the bathroom door, with unclean floor, teared off curtains and very basic. To be honest we were happy to stay only one night. Plus it's quite far from the city.

The first room we were given had a faulty bathtub drain and bathroom fan, so we had to switch rooms. However, staff was nice and quick to accommodate. Rooms were clean.

Hotel itself it’s really nice, clean as cleaners come in daily and friendly. All staff very helpful and food in restaurant is lovely. Only downside for us was how far from everything it was, took a lot of different public transport routes to get where we needed to be but no problems with the hotel itself as our stay was 10/10.

I rarely do bad reviews, but this property was far from what the pictures show. The room was not very clean, matresses super uncomfortable, AC did not work. Loudly noises all night long from the corridor and other guests room.
