Maybe its a cultural difference but the staff was not what I'm used to. I can't say rude because they literally dont really speak to you coming and going. The 4 star rating is absolutely overrated. The room is described as 435 sq ft. I assume thats the suite, which isn't that much of a price difference but I assumed they were all that size. First and foremost both mattresses were severely stained. Also the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever been on and I've been to a few below average hotels. When we entered the room it was very stuffy and hot. We called the front desk they said they don't use the ac during this season only the heat. Our last night it was terribly freezing and the heat didn't work either. My wife is very big on TV and there wasn't channel she could watch and the TV was so outdated that you couldn't even use a streaming service. The only good thing is that the hotel was on top of a mall. Which was very convenient. I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I've been to. Me and the wife decided to venture out into other parts of Italy and just stayed at other hotels overnight for some of our trip. For me personally this hotel put me in a bad mood. Kind of made me look at Italy as a not so desirable place being that it was our first impression. Outside of this hotel Italy is great. My recommendation is to absolutely pass on this hotel. We stayed at other hotels that were less but so much better. This hotel compares to a Motel 6 at best.

I never put reviews but I had to for this hotel. This hotel looks amazing when you pull up and walk in but absolutely terrible when you get into your room. There was a broken ceiling light that didn’t work, 3 lamps and only 1 was working we literally had 1 lamp lighting up the whole room it was dark. The fridge doesn’t work. Multiple outlets didn’t work. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, the shower is so poorly design that after a shower expect a big water pool on the floor. If you want to get water they charge you €2.50 for a warm water bottle because the fridge doesn’t work. I only came here for the formula 1 race and was barely in the room thankfully! Stay away this place is terrible.

The only reason to stay in this hotel is proximity to the Monza F1 circuit. Other than that, it is a very underwhelming experience. Service at front desk and during breakfast time was not friendly. Restaurant at property only opens for dinner. Room was very outdated and not clean at all (hair in the bathroom floor and shower). The configuration of the hotel is very strange, it sits at the top of a multi-level mall. We were thankful to have a mall nearby though, given that there was no restaurant open before dinner time.

Lights are automatic and do not turn on when you come in the room. You have to call the front desk then wait. Soap is tiny. Farther than I thought from city center. It cost $50 to take a cab there today. Bed is comfortable.safe in room did not work, did not complain about anything except lights due to short time - 2 nights. Lights were not fixed

Hotel claims to be something it isn’t. No restaurant no bar. Shopping mall closes early so no food available if arriving late. Asked if we used the mini bar?? There was no mini bar. However lovely man on reception booked us into a great restaurant with return travel free of charge. Man in restaurant at breakfast rude to clients. Most people sat outside with food and drink purchased earlier from the shopping mall or via Uber eats etc. With a hotel fantastically positioned for the F1, they offered nothing for those staying for it and lost out on huge revenue.

The room we were stayed in needs a thorough cleaning. It smelled bad, the floor under the carpet was uneven and the carpet was all stained.
I started to sneeze right away. It seems that the last time they cleaned this room was at least a year ago. Under the bad it was a very thick layer of dust. Horrible,should be half the price we paid.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from Duomo Milano if you use public transport but is better to use the CentroCommerciale Vucanno as the the Location only 1pm meter from the hotel and the bus stop right in front of the Mall make sure the right Exit . Because if you use the Hotel as the location you will need to walk about 1 km to the bus stop there two transfers to get you right to the Duomo do Milano

Located on top of a decent shopping mall with plenty of parking. Staff was not friendly, polite, or professional. Seemed inconvenienced anytime a question was asked. The entire hotel shares one iron and ironing board which is kept under lock and key and cannot be taken to the room. Breakfast was very light but good. The room was very clean. The shower was old and heat was inconsistent with the shower head being very loose and difficult to use as it kept sliding down.

If you are traveling for business and need to work through WiFi, this is not a place. The quality of WiFi is good for social media.... However, to navigate on web browser, it takes an eternity.

Rooms are ok, but needs some refreshments, specially in the bathrooms.

Very good breakfast and free parking spot were our reason to choose this hotel. During the winter holiday season in the evenings, (19 Dec to January) don’t expect to find anything to drink or eat. Because bar and restaurant are closed during this period.

The hotel felt clean; the air-conditioning worked extremely well and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in Europe. The major problem however was the wifi was unbelievably slow - I needed to stay in the room all day to work and this completely prevented me from accomplishing what I needed. Called the front desk several times but no improvement. Even the TV was slow - you had to wait 5-10 seconds for each channel to come up!

No room service menus, smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag, not sure why, but this is a safety risk. No iron available in the rooms, so if you need to iron anything, you need to carry your laundry across the car park to get to the ironing room. Breakfast was ok at best. I will not be staying here again if i can help it.

Ok stay!

On first arriving the hotel looked great from the outside, above a shopping center and plenty parking outside.
Check in was quick and efficient and were given our room key with no issues.
However on arriving at the room, we were rather disappointed. The room was a large size however the cleanliness wasn’t great at all. Rooms are in need of a revamp. Hairs and dirt still left in the bath (how the maid never noticed is beyond me), seal round the shower/bath needs replaced which resulted in the bathroom floor soaking after having a shower. Cracks and paint chipping away in most places and majority of plugs didn’t work.
Breakfast was ok, enough choice if you like pastries, fruit, rolls and cereal. Hot food (bacon, scrambled egg and sausages) weren’t to our taste.
It is a bit of a distant from center of Milan, takes roughly 50mins to get into the Center, that is getting a bus then metro. Shopping center under the hotel is handy for anything you need and prices are reasonable.
Not sure if we would stay again, possibly would if we knew the rooms were updated.

Spacious comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a little chaotic a few mornings as the hotel had coach parties in but only two staff to cope.

Difficult to find. Room ok BUT no glasses or plastic cups, plug in sink didn't work, previous guests towel hanging in wardrobe for all of our 2 night stay, bathmat taken after day 1 and not replaced. Not much in minibar. Restaurant closed both Saturday and Sunday evening so ended up in McDonald's in the mall beneath the hotel. At breakfast sausages and scrambled egg both stone cold. Stayed here for the Monza GP but will make sure never to stay at the Diva again. Very disappointed.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere with no facilities

Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel.

Day1, when we arrived to the hotel after a tour at about 10.30pm in the night, my sensodyne Repair & Protect toothpaste was missing from the toilet. When I noticed it was missing, we were already changed to go to bed because we had a busy schedule next day therefore it was bit hard of us because my husband had to get dressed again and go to the reception to report this. We had very little sleep due to this incident and it was not good. We were very upset because it was not the value of the item that mattered to us at the time but the inconvenience it caused was a great deal at that time without having our own toothpaste to brush the teeth, before the shower to go to bed. My husband was given a temporary toothbrush & very small toothpaste but my teeth were painful when I was trying to eat the breakfast next day. We were told that someone will check this with the cleaners and get back but no one did come back. No shops or no cash points near the hotel therefore it was a big nuisance. Apart from that, hotel was very nice, room was big enough for two people and the bed was very comfortable. There was no tea/coffee facility in the room. Breakfast was good but no toast. Bathroom and room were in a good condition. Very good water pressure from the shower. No tour desk but they had their taxi service as well as private meter taxi service.

The hotel appears very high quality from a first impression (exterior, lobby). The bedrooms are also very nice. However, the restaurant is very substandard. There is not much choice, it is not well cooked (cold mashed potato, raw steak) and not very plentiful for the cost. On my arrival, the restaurant was closed for the evening (and had been for 5 nights) and yet I was not prewarned and ended up eating in a mall. It's also not possible to order a coffee if meeting business colleagues in the lobby unless you have coins and buy coffee in a plastic cup from a vending machine. The hotel also appears tired/dead with no atmosphere.

Not great for Milan Centre w/o Car

It's located in a mall (though not a great mall), in the middle of nowhere. If you want to go to Milan Centre, you'll need to take a bus and a metro and takes about 45min. If you rent a car, this may be better. It feels like an old-fashioned 4* hotel... so has the stars because of the amenities but not from service or the condition of the rooms. I could hear the next door guest taking a shower, shower room with loads of problems (broken tiles, shower head, tissue dispenser, etc) and I wouldn't say the staff was really that friendly. With that said, I was undercharged as compared to \"Hotels.com\" fee (after I selected pay in the hotel...)

Big ,nice ,efficient, hotel in a Terrible , Terrible location .
The hotel is in a satellite area of suburban Milan ? attached to an extended car park and a shopping mall ,
next to the motorway .
It is very difficult to get there , from the train station . The first night I spent one hour and a half to get a taxi .
The next day 40 min .
And difficult to get away . When you call for a taxi ,the taxi arrived always with 10 -12 euro charge .
To get to the station or metro it set you back about 20 Euro .
Unless you want to be near the motorway there is no point in staying there ,

The hotel has a new building which is nice. Unfortunately the room service was not that great. They happened to forget to put new towels ant toiletries when taking the old ones, not once, but twice during a 4 night stay!! The breakfast was included, but it was the smallest breakfast buffet that I had ever seen in a hotel, especially in a grand hotel!! The staff were nice and helpful. There is a shopping mall just below the hotel and it can be accessed very easily. One more thing, one night when we came back to the hotel, there was a strong bad small of smoking in the room which apparently was from a person smoking in a neighboring room and coming into our room through the ventilation. i do not know if the hotel could do anything to prevent it or not, bot it happened anyway.

Spacious, super comfortable, recently renovated suites with decent breakfast options. Parking is available at the front of the building. Hotel is a bit far from Milan, and requires driving to the nearest metro station - Sesto 1 Rondo, but the more convenient station to drive to is Sesto Marelli (12 min drive) on the red M1 line. There's parking on streets in the white lines near the metro stops. The hotel is right next to the Vulcano mall but the free mall bus to Milan center has limited schedule and hours. Drive into Milan for better dining options. Most restaurants in the area close early, especially during weekends or Monday.

Also, although there were pumps for draught beer they were not working so it was bottles only - not good for a 4* hotel. Other than that, a good hotel.

GREAT HOTEL ( +4 star) - but restaurant is bad

We were in 6 - came here for a wedding and rented 3 rooms. Very clean hotel, very comfortable, managers are kind and humorous. The breakfast was excellent and very speedy, with lots of waiters. The only upside is the restaurant, where the food is almost nonexistent, they had only one waiter, and the prices are exaggerated. To give you an idea, 2 small slices of grilled eggplant slices cost 6 euros, 3 small slices salmon cost 12 euro, a small piece of meat is 23 euro, and a very small portion of pasta with pesto costs 13 euro. Very low quality food for dinner. By all means, you will need a car and you need to have dinner elsewhere, because the service took over 1 hour for the food to arrive although there were only 2 tables.

Great modern hotel with a reasonable price

I found this hotel surprisingly good for the price that it offers on the web page. It was a very positive experience overall.

comfortable,large room but just a few suggestions

We booked for one night but liked it so much we ended up staying an extra night. The room was large and extremely comfortable. The problems were no resturaunt to speak of. Had a lasagna that was microwaved. A luggage cart was left in our hallway all night. Mini bar was missing a lot of items but we were not charged. Breakfast was adequate.

Be prepared to go hungry.

Got to the hotel after a 5 hour drive, just wanted to have a bite to eat, a glass of wine and relax before my meeting the next day. The restaurant and bar were closed, no reason given. As it was a Sunday night, nothing local was open. My options were to drive into the centre of Milan to try and find something open or go to the McDonalds in a nearby shopping mall. Not happy.
Breakfast the next day was an offering of cheap ingredients, tinned fruit etc so I suspect I didn't miss much.
