My recent stay in this hotel was a mix of positive and disappointing experiences, falling short of what I expect from a 4-star establishment.

The Negatives:
- Upon arrival, I discovered long hairs inside the duvet cover, which was very off-putting.
- No slippers were provided in the room. When I requested them, I was given two pairs of the cheapest, lowest quality variety, which felt inadequate for the hotel's rating.
- Although I added breakfast to my booking for an extra charge, I faced a recurring issue every morning. A staff member at the restaurant repeatedly questioned whether breakfast was included in my package, requiring me to go to reception for verification. After this happened three times, I became so frustrated that I gave up and had breakfast elsewhere.
-The shower area was extreamly small with awful curtin

The Positives:
-The general staff were polite and helpful.
-The quality of the breakfast food itself, on the occasions I accessed it, was very good.
-The hotel's location is near shopping center and location is convenient.

I had absolutly no issues at all but there was an issue with my friends room. In the toilet he actually found a towel with poo in it. It could be a missed laundry . I had no issues at all though. Everything was fine especially the staff.

Very clean and modern looking hotel with good sized rooms, which were spruced up each morning. Clean towels provided daily. Pillow range quite poor for size of the bed, and toiletries are of a poor standard with shampoo and shower gel quite cheap and the toilet roll very low quality.

Attemped to purchase snacks at 11.30pm, as timings state they are available until 12am, however, staff would not serve me snacks at this time, no recommend an alternative. No access to vending machines or similar which would allow access to 24hr snacks without the need for staff.

Area was very close to the metro station which is very easy to navigate towards main centre and other areas.

For location and a decent nights sleep, this is a good hotel, but for a 4 star hotel, there are some elements that are lacking and this leans more towards a generic basic national hotel chain.

The hotel is fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t return. First impressions weren’t great—after a long trip, you’d expect a smooth check-in, but good luck finding parking. The hotel has no designated parking for newly arrived guests, so you’re left either breaking the law with illegal double parking or scrambling to figure out where to leave your car. The entrance itself is hidden behind a cage-like gate, making it even more frustrating.

If you opt for the paid parking (€15), finding the garage entrance is another challenge—there are no clear signs or directions. Once inside, the experience doesn’t improve much. The rooms are extremely small, more like college dorms. The photos on the booking site were misleading, using mirrors and camera angles to make the space appear larger than it actually is.

Another major downside is the terrible Wi-Fi. It seems the hotel has a single 50Mbps connection for all guests, which slows to a crawl in the evenings—dropping below 1Mbps (128kbps) when everyone is online.

Overall, while it might work for a short stay, the frustrating parking situation, tiny rooms, and unusable Wi-Fi make it a place I wouldn’t choose again.

Walking in the property looks great. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. The bar food menu was limited to frozen foods. The rooms and upstairs hallways were dirty and not well kept. Pretty sure the photos are outdated. The carpets were stained and gross to the point where l didn’t want to take my shoes off. There was mold in the shower. The room smelled like they put car air fresheners in there to cover up other smells. The walls were dirty the bed was very uncomfortable. It was close to the metro though. We won’t stay again.

Our first room was so small it didn’t even fit our luggage and there was black mould all around the shower base and long black hairs on the towels so we asked them to change room. They brought us to our second room, which was a little bit bigger but again the shower had black mould all around the base. So we asked them again to change rooms and they finally put us on the ninth floor, where they said all the rooms were renovated. This room was larger, cleaner and had no mould in the shower. The service at reception was very good. They accommodated us with the changing of the rooms, but this hotel is situated in a poor area, which will make me never ever want to go back to this area in Milan.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be decent overall, but with several notable issues.

Positives:
Location: The hotel is perfectly located, just a 4-minute walk from the Bignami metro station, which is very convenient.

Negatives:
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The carpet was in bad shape, and the walls and corners of the room were not well-maintained. It wasn't the worst experience, but definitely not up to standard.
Payment Issues:
I chose the \"pay at the hotel\" option, but the hotel still deducted €100.65 from my account before my stay. My total was €105.65 for one night, so this was unexpected.
The hotel explained that the deduction was a card check and that the money would be refunded after check-out. While this may be standard practice, I've never encountered this issue at other hotels with the same payment option. Moreover, the \"pay at the hotel\" service cost an additional €10-15, which I found misleading.
It's been two days since my check-out, and I still haven't received my refund.
Additionally, a week after booking, the hotel attempted to deduct another €100 from my account. I called the reception, and they refunded the second deduction, but no clear explanation was provided. This felt quite shady.
Overall Experience:
While the location is excellent, the issues with cleanliness and especially the payment mishandling make it hard for me to recommend this hotel. It was decent for a one-time stay, but I wouldn't return or suggest it

Great modern hotel 2 mins walk from the metro line that takes just 10 mins into Milan centre, not a lot around the hotel but a great bar round the corner Toast the Coast has great food and drinks with live music. Also a Lidl across the road for pastry breakfast. Well priced accommodation and worth staying out of the centre of Milan for the price and just a 10 min journey

I booked 2 rooms and they put us not in same floor, I will never ever book again in this hotel, it was I mistake to stay a night in this hotel.

Unfortunately, this hotel has very poor management. Upon arrival, we encountered a very unpleasant smell in the room and the corridors, which was related to the wall paper that was installed recently, and they did not even open the windows in the corridors to solve the problem.

The reception either did not answer the phone or they picked up the phone with a long delay.

Location is great

Hotel is near station which is less than 5mins walk. Lidl is nearby which is less than 5mins walk. We booked double room where the shower area was small as it was standing shower area. No bath tubs. Also, the bed mattress was not a double bed one but it was two single joined together, which was unusual. Also the alarm/smoke detector is above your bed, where at pitch dark you can see light flashing. Apart from these the stay was ok with friendly and good services.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is close to 2 shopping malls within walking distance and Lidl near by. Metro station 3 min walk great for getting around. I travelled on my own and felt safe staying at the hotel and walking around. The only disappointment is there were no English speaking channels, hundreds of channels but all Italian.

Pleasant stay with good access to metro

Overall our stay here was very good. The staff were very accommodating. Hearing in our room seemed to have a mind of its own and stayed on regardless but one chat with the front desk and they switched it off and opened our window.
2 small things about the room would be maybe an addition of a tea and coffee station would benefit. Also no coat hooks but these only minor.
Although the outside and area looks off putting I would recommend.
Great access to metro and shopping village 5 mins walk away.

The hotel has a convenient parking and provides all the \"normal\" services. We did miss a make-up mirror and a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The subway is closeby and that's an easy and cheap way to visit the city.
However, hygiene and cleanliness could clearly be improved for a hotel boasting that many starts: no cover on the mattress - just a simple sheet, many stains in the carpet on the floor, in the shower the sealing was either shoddy workmanship or lack of cleaning.

First we were put in an accessible room with a bathroom that looked nothing like the one in the photos. Not to mention it was dirty. I had to go back down to get the room changed because they don’t answer the phone when you call from the room. When I told the girl at the front desk that my bathroom is not what I thought it would be she just told me it’s because it’s accessible and said “you don’t want accessible?” That’s not what I reserved so I was confused as to why she would ask me that. Especially since no one staying in the room needed any special assistance. They ended up changing our room and our new bathroom was much better, other than the fact that it was also not fully clean.

Looked like a nice hotel with modern finish. Service was poor. Room and bathroom neat. Reception didn’t seem to care much. Bed had just 2 pillows for 2 guests. Had to request for another 2 pillows. 1st 4 star hotel my wife and I have stayed in that offer single pillow per guest.

No kettle, no tea cup, no wash cloth, no hand cream, no welcome drink especially seeing how hot the weather was; barely any eye contact with staff post check-in, ghosted in and out like we didn’t matter.

Worst bit for us was we not being able to get any sleep. Constant noise that kept coming on intermittently. Recorded sound with my phone at 1am, was going to play it for the staff to listen to as I checked-out today but was too tired couldn’t be bothered. Sounded like a machine or a device that kept coming on and off intermittently all night. It was really annoying and loud enough to disturb one’s sleep.

Staff appeared unfriendly and didn’t even show us a guide as to places to go and what to do.

Our first time in Milan, my first in Italy as a whole and was definitely not a good impression. Been to quite a few cities in Europe and this one is my least favourite of all and Ofcourse starts with the hotel. We couldn’t wait to leave we checked very early as we felt fed up.

Just an honest review. There is no way in the world that hotel is a 4 star. Honest opinion from personal experience. Some others might like it won’t disuade any one who wants to stay there but I think that’s it for me.

Happen to coincide with furniture week conference in Milan so prices went up almost double all over town. I was not going to the conference but had a one day business meeting in Milan for a cinema theater. I got put in room 309 which overlooked the street. For some strange reason, someone honked their car horn at 7:00 am and again at 7:10 am. Not sure if it was a car horn since it happened again next morning at same time. Reception had no idea either as I informed them on check out.

I was overcharged for a few things and the front desk refused to tell me what the charges were for and refused to give me a receipt at check out. When i called to once again request a receipt i was treated very poorly and told to email to request the receipt. I still hqve yet to receive it and its been over 2 weeks now. Im very disappointed in them for this. The food choices wrre lomited in the restaurant for dinner also.
