Rooms look very tired and old, had a musky smell, some staff lovely, others rude, swimming pool not open, doesn’t open until 1st June, more like a Motel than a Hotel. Breakfast very poor.

Pro: the front desk receptionist was very kind and friendly. The pool was nice. We were allowed to park our car there during our trip to Cinque Terra.
Con: I very rarely leave negative reviews but this hotel is not an 8.6/10. I always read the reviews and know there are some that people will always complain. The negative reviews are all correct. The bathtub was filthy, there was a shower head but it was at the level of the tub so you couldn’t take a shower. The bed was very firm and the pillows were flat. The restaurant dinner was not fresh or very tasty.
We were most frustrated with the taxi service the hotel arranged for us. We traveled to the Sarzana train station from the hotel. It was1.6 miles away. We were charged an extra 12.50 euro for an “outside the city limits fee” it literally was a 5 min taxi ride for 25euro. It’s a scam.

We loved this Hotel/Resort. The staff was super accommodating esp the ladies that worked at the front counter during the morning and afternoon. Super nice they helped us make some calls to try and arrange a trip since my Italian isn't that good. Also the Lifeguard was super helpful getting us towels the first day we arrived. And one of our favorite employees was the bartender at the pool. He really couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating... And he went out of his way to try and understand my Italian... Also the lady's at breakfast were super nice and friends. And the Lady's that kept the rooms clean were super super exceptional. Our room was always super clean and nice it was impeccable which is really saying something since I was traveling with kids.

Excellent out-of-the-way hotel
A bit off the beaten path, this was an excellent hotel that we used as a base for getting to La Spezia and exploring Cinque Terre. Not really near any major sites, and the city of Sarzana is nothing to write home about, but we had a nice authentic Italian meal in town, and people are out late socializing. Not a major tourist area so don't expect much English, though the hotel staff were fluent and helpful. Nice choice if you have a car and hotels along the coast are booked up! The pool is also nice, but is only about 4' deep and closes around 7:30pm!

Good base for La Spezia if you have a car
Pool is really nice, especially the fact that you can use it pretty much when you want at your own risk when the lifeguard isn't present. I had to have the fridge changed (broken) and the shower unclogged. Breakfast was OK. Plenty of parking space right in front of the lobby. We had a good stay and I would recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was fine and breakfast was adequate. We would have scored higher if the toilet in our room worked. The staff fixed it once but this was only temporary.

Lovely new hotel good free wi fi. Hard to find even with a tom tom post code gave up 10 options and maybe a language thing but we found it hard to find and we travel a lot in Europe. Evening meal on site was very good in a smart restaurant and pool was clean and new. One night stop for us so did not do much local though town looked very nice.

Poor location for Cinque Terre
The Expedia write up for this hotel is very misleading! It is listed in Le Spezia but it is an hour away from La Spezia and Cinqua Terre! Prior to booking, I should have researched this better, but I was assured by hotel directly that it was a 15 minute train ride to Cinque Terre, However, getting to the train required one bus and two trains which ended up being a 2 hour process.

GREAT HOTEL IN SO MANY WAYS
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Cinque Terre. It is a beautiful, modern hotel with gorgeous grounds and the front desk staff were friendly, warm and helpful. Unfortunately, two of the most important things in a room were lacking...lighting and comfort. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab and after a day of hiking Cinque Terre I could have used some memory foam or pillow top or something. The lighting is all overhead which is very modern but horrible in the bathroom for doing makeup. Other than that, it was a nice hotel with a good location. We ate at the pizzeria down the road, recommended by staff and it was terrific. If the hotel added memory foam toppers on the beds and a makeup light in the bathroom, it would rate 4 or 5 stars.

J'ai fait une etape dans cette hotel durant mon trajet vers le sud. Je ne peut donc juger que la chambre, etant arrivé à 1h du matin et reparti a 8h.
La chambre est propre, mais désuète. Vieille moquette, lit trop dur, coussin pas comfortable, pas de couette, juste un drap.

Soggiorno dal 18 al 21 giugno 2020: Hotel di discreto livello. Pulizia e personale OK. Unica osservazione è che, visto che la struttura è stata riaperta post Covid solo da qualche giorno, i servizi accessori al di fuori della camera (cioè piscina, bar, TV, beauty farm, giardino) non erano disponibili e la sala pranzo è stata attivata e resa fruibile solo a soggiorno in corso. In considerazione di queste, seppur legittime, limitazioni il costo del soggiorno mi è sembrato eccessivo.

Frequento questo albergo da almeno una decina d’anni ed sempre, per me che giro parecchio, una certezza di trovare sempre un’ospitalità eccezionale. D’estate se ci si riesce a ritagliare qualche oretta di tempo è consigliabile fare un tuffo in piscina godendosi anche un buon aperitivo ascoltando anche della buona musica.
Oltre ciò non tralascerei il ristorante che offre degli ottimi menu di terra e sopratutto mare.

Siamo stati presso il Caterina Park Hotel più volte.Abbiamo sempre soggiornato in junior suite in modo sublime.Questa volta,causa periodo di alta stagione,abbiamo prenotato per una camera standard...sapendo che non sarebbe stata così accogliente.Arrivati verso le 19,30 di Lunedì 19 Agosto,con molto stupore,c'è stato proposto un upgrade in suite sopra il centro benessere.Abbiamo molto gradito la camera,la colazione e il contesto piscina-giardino.Abbiamo deciso di cenare presso il Ristorante del Re(stessa sala della colazione).Ecco non ci siamo trovati bene.Tempi lunghissimi per essere serviti,qualità non più al livello di un tempo.Contorno portato ormai quasi col caffè,nonostante ,ormai,avessimo rinunciato.Mi piacerebbe se questo inconveniente non fosse presente in un 3*S.

Un sourire pour accueillir le client et le remercier lors du check out est un minimum. La femmes de ménage à l'accueil n'a pas à passer le balai tout en téléphonant! La piscine est super. dommage qu'on ne puisse prendre le petit déjeuner et diner dans le jardin.

Escolhemos esse hotel por estarmos de carro. Para visitar a região de Cinque Terre a localização é conveniente, a poucos kms de Lá Spezia. O hotel tem estacionamento gratuito. Nas redondezas há bons restaurantes e um shopping center. O hotel em si é perfeitamente adequado.

Très bel endroit, agréable, très bon petot déjeuner, très belle piscine mais la propreté de la chambre laisse à déisrer (sang sur le drap, poubelle non vidée) et le confort du canapé lit dans la suite, transformé en lit lors de la réservation de la chambre pour 4 personnes et enfin la climatisation qui ne fonctionne que lors de votre présence dans la chambre (avec la carte de la chambre) ne permet d'avoir une chambre fraîche quand il fait très chaud à l'intérieur, il fait même plus chaud dans la chambre à l'extérieur

Eccellente struttura, facilmente raggiungibile dall'uscita dell'autostrada di Sarzana. Il parcheggio molto grande, la struttura è ubicata in un'area molto silenziosa, siamo riusciti a dormire bene. Cordialità del personale. Lo consiglio

Appena fuori dal centro storico (ma è meglio arrivarci con l'auto) cura egregiamente tutti i servizi che offre: dal bar al ristorante, dalla spa al giardino. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile ed il wi-fi è vero ed efficace: il risultato è un albergo che ho trovato davvero sopra la media.

Es un buen hotel para ser de tres estrellas. La piscina es magnífica, los jardines estan muy bien cuidados, tiene un amplio parking. La atención es correcta. Es un hotel pequeño y tranquilo desde donde puedes visitar zonas bonitas y culturales.

Albergo non eccezionale , ma che offre un buon confort. La nostra camera era al primo piano prospiciente il parco e la piscina , dove però arrivava il puzzo delle sigarette fumate dagli occupanti delle stanze inferiori dotate di giardinetto. Purtroppo inevitabile.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, etwas weg vom Trubel und doch alles schnell erreichbar. Hotelausstattung war okay und Sauberkeit des Zimmers war gut. Frühstück nach italienischen Verhältnissen war auch gut. war ein angenehmer Urlaub, jede Zeit wieder :)

En vecka i Sarzana med familjen
Stannade 8 nätter för sightseeing och sol. Sarzana är en trevlig stadskärna med fina restauranger och butiker men vägen dit från hotellet är lång, trafikerad och utan trottoarer. Bra personal, lite tråkig frukost, ganska liten pool men fräscht och trevligt. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse som helhet.

Ohne Auto ist mann aufgeschmissen. Zum Frühstück gibt es nicht sehr viel Auswahl,aber genug um satt zu werden. Der Pool ist scgön und sauber, man liegt zwischen Olivenbäumen. Sehr angenehm.

Vor unserer Mittelmeer-Kreuzfahrt möchten wir 2 Tage das fantastische Cinque Terre bei La Spezia erkundigen. Das Hotel liegt ca. 12km von La Spezia entfernt. zum Cinque Terre sind es ca. 25km und 45min. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, war es für uns kein Problem.

1er voyage en Italie, le centre ville de Sarzana est magnifique. L'hôtel calme, dommage que les poubelles soient apparentes et en dessous de certaines chambre. Impossible de bloquer les volets ouverts en raison du système de blocage déficient, de plus il faut se pencher à la fenêtre. Le restaurant est bon mais nous avons assisté à des négociations bruyantes avec des préjugés et surtout manque de discrétion.
