Very comfortable Aparthotel.

As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities. The hotel does not have a bar but it does have a large open area on each floor where you can sit out. There is a large sports area in the basement. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and continental items. To get around Milan there is a Number 42 bus close by or a ten minute walk to the metro Sondrio. The metro service in Milan is efficient and inexpensive. If we were travelling to Milan in the future I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Close to the centrale stazione and almost new\n

The purpose of this hotel for me was to be in the area of Central Station which it definitely waswtih the number 42 stopping right outside the door. The hotel was completely made up of small apartments which were nearly brand new and quite comfortable. Very accessible.I would have gotten a clear 5.0 from me except for the location of the entrance door to the reception (by lift up 1 floor) . We were right in the middle o the 1960s rebuild of the area after being bombed flat by both sides during WW 2 The facade of your building was nestled amongst the aluminium and glass the was the style then, That and city dirt detracted a little but once you are inside the staff couldn't be friendlier and the rooms were just right . Thankyou to all the staff there. On my last day the check out was very swift an the trip to the airport via no 42 bus to the station and then Malpensa for EU8 by coach was also effortless. As a result we saw the sights of Milano well-rested.

Very modern and nicely designed,although a little hard to find.Easy access to everything you need to see,just take metro from Sandrio 15 min walk from hotel.one stop to centrale station and five stops to Duomo Piazza.
Staff very helpful giving advice on places to see.Fabio on reception was most helpful.
Downside was that our Double room was smaller than we expected from the photographs.Also it was very noisy as we could hear people easily from other rooms and for some reason noisy at night which sounds like the metro/trains passing.
Breakfast was more than sufficient with satisfactory choices,all fresh and tasty buffet style.The lady that served our coffee at breakfast was extremely nice and friendly.
All in all would recommend this hotel to stay in despite a few negative points mentioned.

We walked 15 from the train station. It's hidden so it was hard to find from the street using Google maps. Look for the flags outside. Staff was excellent. Cool interior. Lots of space for family of 4. Couldnt figure out AC, but it was set at 26c. Not near any sites, but close to metro and bus. This was perfect for a place to sleep between travel days by train.

This is an extremely pleasant modern unit which is well equipped and very clean.The staff were excellent and spoke very good english.The breakfast too was a real delight.There is also a coop just outside the front door which is very handy.Would thoroughly recommend.

Place for the YOUNG people

-Location
In general is good i.e. with restaurants and supermarket around, 20minutes walk to the central station, however it is just difficult to find at the first point (not enough signages)

-Amenities availability and facilities
It will be amazing if toothbrushes and toothpaste are available
hot water supply e.g. it lasted for only around 5-8minutes and have to wait for more than half an hour to restore. If you are travelling with families, it takes up to 2 hours to get everyone showered.

-Cleanliness and quality of service
It's clean and beautiful. Staff in the hotel responsed positively.
Early check-in depends on room availability.
Just make sure when you book the hotel, list all your special requests e.g. extra bed needed, to avoid the delay of check-in.

Hotel is hard to find back from the road behind some shops without a street sign . When you first arrive in Milan you might think that the area is slightly seedy, but in general it is typical of many suburbs. Hotel is clean and well run, and people on a budget will love the supermarket literally next door. Buses run past on the street fairly regularly, and the central station is not too far away. The metro connections take you close to most attractions .

The staff at Studio Inn couldn't be more personable and helpful. I've stayed there on multiple occasions for work and will continue to be a regular guest. There is a grocery store and gym right next door to the hotel which makes the location ideal for an extended stay.

When entering the hotel you're greeted by a monochrome checkerboard floor, and corridors that look more like a gallery boasting walls of contemporary. The rooms themselves were lovely, the rooms were very big and clean, and the bathrooms had a big walk in shower. Breakfast was twelve euros per person per day which seemed a little bit steep for a continental buffet, so if you're booking online try and get a deal with breakfast included. The area around the hotel was also not that nice. It felt a little bit out of the way on foot, but there's a metro station a ten minute walk away that was easily connected to the city center.

Nice spot for Milan

Stayed one night in order to catch our flight fm Milan in the morning. Lovely terraces, very nice accommodations, best we've ever found for the price in Milan. Excellent hotel, really. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant, but very lacking in options for restaurants and bars, any kind of shopping. It's very residential. Which is peaceful, but a little bit of a hassle if you don't want to take a taxi to eat or sight see. Still, recommend the hotel. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is modernly appointed and seems new. Rooms are clean and functional. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great value for location. About 1 mile from Milan's Central train station, easy walk if you don't have luggage with you. The only thing I would suggest is to have signs on the street that point to the hotel's entrance as it is not directly visible from the street (see my picture attached). You would need to enter at the adjacent grocery store parking lot if arriving by car.

Travelled to Milan to visit a friend. Once at the hotel, the special request for 2 beds had not been received but once the hotel confirmation was shown that the request had been made, we were immediately moved from a room with a double bed to a larger room with 2 beds. The service was very good and everyone was so helpful. Very convenient having a grocery store on street level. The room was quiet with comfortable beds. The only drawback was the bathroom. Although large, the shower was small with an uncooperative shower head. It was a challenge to place it in one position so a shower could be taken and floors not drenched. We would stay again in spite of the shower.

Great hotel but hot water issues!

The hotel is lovely and very well kept. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, however my only major complaint was the lack of hot water throughout our stay - After a lovely 30 seconds of hot water, I was greeted with ice cold water for the rest of my shower. We contacted reception about this on our first night and we were told that the hotel water only runs for 20mins and then you have to wait until it heats up again which is not functional if there is more than one of you needing to get ready in the mornings/evenings. I don't think this is acceptable for a 4 star hotel in Europe (where you don't have constantly warm weather)!

This hotel is I the cut. It's a low key boutique hotel discretely located in the mist of a residential neighborhood. There are grocery stores, eateries, gym all conveniently located steps outside the hotel front door. Inside the hotel is a clean decor, everything appears brand new. The hotel staff is polite, respectful, courteous, helpful, very professional. The rooms are very modern, sheak, clean. Staying here is worth every dime. The cost is actually underpriced. When word gets out, I'm sure the rates will go up as it should for maintenance and upkeep.

Nice hotel. But a bit off the beaten path in that its entrance and location is in what I would compare to a strip mall. It is nice when you get in but it can be easily missed! So hard to find the hotel!!

The entrance is so tiny and next to the Migros (supermarket), hardly to find it!! It says ' apartment hotel', yes, it is the part of the apartment, which I didn't expect at all ....
The hotel itself is new and clean , but everything is just tiny and you can hear all the noisy sounds from everywhere.
I couldn't feel relaxed and comfortable there!

Although staying for only one night we were very impressed. Reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was fresh, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was handy for the city centre with Underground nearby and reception was helpful and informative about how to get around. Breakfast was very good.
We would be delighted to return and stay for longer.

This hotel was very nice and the hotel staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel should write a manual on how to use the room facility's such as the stove the shower and television. I had difficulty figuring out the induction stove top and how to divert the shower from the hand wand to the overhead shower and the television. A few pages of instructions would help.

Very affordable hotel with extreme cleanness

Either very recently renovated or built, my room was extremely clean. Staff were nice. It is far from the centrale station on foot, but the hotel was just four bus stops away from the station. Take a bus number 42. Once you get how to get it, you can save tons of money and enjoy the cleanness of the hotel with a very good rate.

The hotel is a bit far away from the terminal but as long as you know where to take the bus and the exact location of the hotel, it is easy to reach. There is a supermarket next to the hotel so buying goods is quite convenient. Breakfast is not rich but still acceptable. Staff is nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in an unusual location

The Studio Inn Centrale was a beautiful, brand new, chic hotel with good service. As the hotel is just a few months old, the rooms were clean, spacious and there was great indoor/outdoor feel to our room on the main floor. The hotel had one of the best cafés/pastry shops in Milan just outside it's front door which was great for a morning cappuccino and pastry. There was also a bank and grocery store just outside the front door which was convenient .Our room did seem to have paper thin walls as noise was a bit of an issue in the early mornings. The hotel is on a mostly residential street and is tucked in between/behind apartment buildings/shopping center and could not be seen from the street. Our taxi driver literally was parked in front and had to call the hotel to find out where it was. Unfortunately the hotel's location was far from the city center, we had the choice of walking 10-15 minutes to the closest Metro or taking a taxi's to closest metro stop for 5 euro, Central Station for 8 euro, or city center for 12-15 euro fortunately there was a taxi stop in front of the hotel. Overall our hotel experience was good the only downside was the location.

Wonderfully clean and modern apartment style hotel

For the last part of our trip to Milan, we decided to stay at this hotel. Our taxi driver was a little confused as to where it was when he parked on the main road, as it is tucked behind an awning. I would recommend telling your cab driver to pull into the supermarket parking lot, it is easier to find that way. We checked into the hotel and the staff was wonderful, helpful, and polite. The rooms we booked had a furnished kitchenette, as well as a nice big bed and a balcony. The rooms are modern, clean, and resemble a studio apartment. Located right next to the hotel is a supermarket, which was very convenient. Breakfast at this hotel was great. Not a whole lot of variety but the quality was there. Definitely give this hotel a try. It just opened a few months ago, but it's doing a great job!

no hotel services info in room ,no tea or coffee making utensils

Avevamo 2 camera, siamo arrivate tardi dopo lo spettacolo alla scala. Non avevano room service. La reception è lontanissima della strada, abbiamo dovuto trascinare i bagagli per la strada/parcheggio e puoi nessuno ci ha aiutato a portarle in camera. La camera di mia figlia era piena di formiche.
Una struttura che veramente non merita le 4 stelle.

어느 대중교통이든 10분은 걸어가야 탈 수 있습니다. 다만, 호텔 뒤 1분 거리에 BikeMi사에서 제공하는 공유자전거 주차장이 있으므로, 자전거를 빌리고 타기에 좋습니다. 숙소는 전반적으로 조용한 편이며, 직원들은 친절합니다. 며칠동안 묵으면서 딱히 불편한 점을 느낀 적은 없습니다. 조식은 7시부터 시작하며 식당에 직원분이 한분 계셔서, 무슨 커피를 마실건지 친절하게 물어보시고 내어주십니다. 5일 묵었는데, 편하게 푹 쉬다가 왔습니다. 만족합니다.

Camera pulita . Però a differenza del medesimo hotel a Bergamo stavolta non ho trovato la macchinetta del caffè .
Inoltre inammissibile non avere le credenziali Wi-fi in camera , sono dovuto tornare all’ingresso .
Nella mia camera nessuna presa vicino al letto .
Inoltre sono rimasto molto dispiaciuto dal servizio , ho prenotato e per errore non ho segnato la colazione che sarebbe stata compresa nel prezzo senza aggiunge , nonostante gli abbia fatto vedere la pagina del sito con il medesimo prezzo e avessi soggiornato la notte prima con colazione compresa mi hanno addebitato il costo a parte !

Het ziet er fantastische uit : de gangen, de receptie, het ontbijtgedeelte, de binnenplaats, de zithoek. De prachtige vloer is ook áltijd prachtig schoon. Het ontbijtbufet is geweldig uitgebreid : voor ieder wat wils, inclusief zwanen uit verse ananass met aardbeien en bosbessen. Zelfs voor mensen met COELIAKIE. Inclusief een apart broodrooster. GEWELDIG !

Super schönes Hotel. Sehr sauber; zentral 4 km von der Stadt, zu Fuss erreichbar.

Super Service

Hervorragender Service. Alle immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Jedoch liegt die nächste U-Bahn Station nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und dann sind es ein Paar Stationen nur bis zum Dom. Kein Problem also.

Schickes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Man ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten am Mailänder Dom. Freundliches Personal und das Frühstück für den zubuchbaren Preis völlig ausreichend. Einrichtung ist neu und modern.
