Parking was easy and secure. The staff were friendly in helping us during our stay. The room was basic but clean.

It’s decent but the check in staff is terrible. I stayed two separate days and did two check ins on the same hotel. Every time they introduced a new thing my trip became more difficult and wasted a bunch of time and Ive never seen these documents and details at any hotel I’ve stayed at during my 10 days trip.

Conveniently located. Friendly personal. Very clean. We stayed in a double bedroom and the only thing (and arguably understandable in a city like Milan where space is expensive) was that the room was a little small, making it a harder for a family of four to be completely comfortable.

It was a clean property but two key issues mase the experience bad for us. 1) The AC was not working. This was terrible. We checked-in earlier than scheduled time but the AC was not working. We were told that it will work after some time but when we came back at night, it still wasn't working. We had to shift the room all on our own at 10.30pm. very disappointing. 2) The property is far from the central station or any underground train station. A Bus stand is there after 6-7 minute walk, which takes us to any strain station. It was inconvenient.

2 nights to visit the city. Very helpful lady on reception when we arrived. Bus stop close by Numbers 43 & 81 in to the city or Metro 20 mins walk. Lovely choice of breakfast in hotel. Fridge, kettle in room. Very nice bedding and large bed.

Not much of a selection in dinning both for breakfast or evening meals. There is no other availability for room service until after 7:00pm Hotel needs a good clean. Room in the whole four days was never
Cleaned or bed made. You have kettle in room but no other amenities. No mini bar but have mini fridge have to ensure you pull door hard behind you or doesn’t shut. Not who rated it a 4 star definitely not that

Out of the way, but a good stay

With the exception of the two poodle plushies on the bed, the room was as depicted. Very comfortable and clean, as were the public areas. In addition to breakfast, the restaurant is open evenings as well. There is a bus line within walking distance that connects to the tram and Metro systems that accesses the main attractions of Milan.

This place is awesome. It’s easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast was delicious. They sign you in so you don’t take advantage of them. The staff was very kind and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There’s a great restaurant in easy walking distance and one in the hotel.

Good stay, helpful staff, nice and clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the air conditioning let it down. I was told by the caretaker it’s turned off during these months (I visited in October). With three adults sharing a room we needed it cooler but the air conditioning was just blowing out hot air. The lobby and breakfast had air conditioning running perfectly fine, so not sure why they wouldn’t keep it on so the rooms can use it as well.

Comfortable quiet hotel.

Good comfortable room, no milk in the room to have with hot drinks. You had to time breakfast well, as at one point it was chaotic. The hotel is also set in a residential area about a mile north of the main train station, so be prepared to walk. Also the water in the room fridges is not free!

Room was way too hot, air con didn’t do anything at all. They kept saying our room was 18c but it felt more like 25
Air con seemed broken, complained around 4 times and eventually just got sick of asking so we just pushed through with little sleep.
Couldn’t open the windows as that would be the obvious choice because we were swarmed with very hungry mosquitoes. So now I have welts on my legs as had to sleep on the bed rather than in it.

Location is BAD, my fault, should have done more research but we had to get the bus to and from the hotel on a morning and night. Which often which didn’t turn up more often than not. Taxi services are unreliable. The area was a bit grim, dog crap everywhere.

Breakfast was average. A cut down continental style setup. I just had a few croissants and some juice.

I’d say staying here, or the thought of having to go back there on a night did not bode well on our trip. The attitude seemed a bit like “just deal with it”.

My advice for anyone travelling here. Find a hotel somewhere in between central station and the city centre shopping district. There’s good metro access. Which is available for €2.20 and lasts for 90 mins within zone 1-3 which covers anywhere you’d want to go within the city.

Hotel and staff were terrific lot's of places to eat and drink easy bus route and tube system to get you to where you needed to go.down side was everywhere you travelled nearly every building was covered in graffiti which was a bit off putting but don't let that put you off well recommended 😀 👌👍

A mixed review. We loved this hotel - although I am not sure about the 4 star rating. The room was clean and a decent size; some reviews mention the size being an issue, we were out all day and used it only for sleeping!! Bathroom was spotless, good shower with great water pressure. Eco friendly toiletries, plenty of towels should you need them. Bed was very comfortable.
Only on our 2nd night were there issues. We arrived back to the room which had a very ‘drainy’ smell lingering. There was no WiFi, and then we had no AC. Being so tired we turned in for the night, only for everything to be working again in the morning. The smell was still there when we returned from breakfast.
Breakfast was decent - enough to fill you for the morning with a good selection to choose from. Good coffee!
All staff were pleasant and welcoming.
Out of the way in terms of the centre, however, public transport is nearby. Bus stop around a 5 minute walk, or metro about 15 minutes away. A few good restaurants close by too, and a big supermarket around the corner.

Was fine. Not that much around the hotel and the hotel is out of the way, 30 minute walk from central station. On our last night we saw a lot of ants in one of our bathrooms so they eventually moved us from that one room to 2 smaller connecting rooms. Sercixe vadies depending on who we talked to but would likely stay there again.

I wish i could have checked in a different hotel. I was expecting 2 queen bed and ended up with 2 twin beds put together to make it a 1 king bed. So disappointed after a long flight..the room is kind of humid so i opened the window not realizing there's no window screen and bugs and mosquito came in and had the maintenance person responded with their version of bugs spray. Be careful of the taxi drivers although most of them are pretty honest but an old driver gave us an unsolicited tour for 30 minutes which normally would only take 10..he probably didn't realized that im watching the google map while he's driving. I thank him for that through my translation app on my phone. I hope karma gets him. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet as advertised but it closes after breakfast..the place is not a walking distance to any tourist attractions unlike what some other review says. Staffs were helpful enough.

Generally the staff and hotel are good. Room has a bar food menu but told they don’t do food when I ordered. Not many places close by to eat. In the evening there were 3 reception staff stood around chatting but not one could serve me a drink from the bar attached to reception. They had to call a girl away from another part of the hotel. When I came to check out at 10:45am - no one on reception. When he did arrive he immediately answered the phone and dismissed me as I had nothing to pay. Not a “did you enjoy your stay?” or anything. I think he was the manager which you’d expect better from. It is a budget hotel on the outskirts of Milan though. Breakfast was good and most staff friendly.

An Adequate Hotel For A Short Stay

We have no major complaints but the hotel also won't wow you. The premises are nice. We enjoyed coffee in the courtyard, and found the staff to be friendly.

However, the AC didn't work. We had a bit of an ant problem in our room. And the hotel isn't near any important sites in Milan nor good shopping or dining.

We only stayed one night, and we slept fine, but if we stay in Milan again, we may look tor a more impressive hotel.

There is no air condition at night. If you like your room to be cold please don’t go there. There was a big water bust right in front on my room and in my hallway and no body did anything.
