Room was fair size and clean but walls are in need of painting, grounds are in need of repair and cleaning all around, property does not look like pictures at all, staff at front desk are extremely helpful and nice even helped with our luggage since no elevator, no pool and no restaurant
Neighbour hood is not desirable
Our first time in Sicily and I feel like expedia should remove the pictures of restaurant and pool
Carpets in hallways very dirty looks like not enough staff
Only good things were sfaff at front desk
I feel first part of my vacation is ruined

We have stayed in 5* hotels worldwide. However I need to admit, this little hotel exceeded our expectations. The service from the start to the end was pure class. Before arriving at the hotel, I emailed regarding airport transfer and it was arranged within minutes. I also asked for an iron, and the iron was placed in our room before our arrival.

My husband had a wonderful massage with Jacqueline. Absolutely first class. And I needed to do my hair for a wedding we were attending, however the salon was closed. But to my surprise the Owner Kim opened the salon especially just for me which I have never experienced before and Jacqueline especially went to pick up the hairdresser and personally brought her to the hotel to do my hair and then dropped the hairdresser back. All that she did in her own personal time just to help me and I had so many compliments for my hair, the hairdresser was absolutely amazing. I mean I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was clean and yes you can see mount Etna from the entrance. Overall it was a beautiful experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, you will not be disappointed. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality and experience. I wish you all the best.

I would recommend.

It is exactly what says in the pictures. Room size ok, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but fresh. Amazing coffee. Location not that great, need a car. All shops around closes at 3 and reopen at 7pm. Safe to walk around.

Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle.
Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room .
Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great
Carpets throughout were very dirty .

Restaurant was always closed... spa was fully booked and the only moment we were able to use the pool (for 2 hrs and a charge) was the moment we asked and we were not able to see it... very odd

Hotel with lovely indoor and outdoor dining.

Small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Restaurant was very nice and rooms comfortable and clean. The only downside would be location. railway station was not close enough,and having to walk there in the heat was very hard. Taxi service does not exist so when you need one hotel organises one with a hefty price.

Great hotel with view of the Etna

Great hotel with a wonderful spa experience.
Excellent restaurant where the locals are coming to enjoy the food and especially the pizza.
Great hotel staff, restaurant staff and spa staff.
Room air conditioning is a little weak on a hot day, that's the only negative.
We really had a great time and the Etna is such a wonderful attraction.

- in meinem Zimmer Dusche unten von innen und außen, Spiegel, Aufsatz vom Fön total verkeimt und/oder verschimmelt, geht für mich gar nicht
- Teppiche im Treppenhaus voller Flecken
- Nur große Tische beim Frühstück gerade, da im Tagungsraum, viele Plätze lange nicht abgeräumt, Essen viel nur Abgepacktes
- Restaurant geschlossen derzeit

Das Personal war in einigen Punkten bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wer ein BEtt zum Schlafen möchte in der Gegend, kann dieses Hotel nutzen. Allerdings sollte man mit Kakerlaken im Haus rechnen.

Nel complesso esperienza positiva, camera e bagno spaziosi e confortevoli. Unica nota negativa la doccia, poca acqua e miscelatore inadeguato. Colazione appena sufficiente. Basta comunque poco per migliorare la struttura.

Concetto

Struttura centrale e molto pulita. Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata. Staff alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Piscina esterna ben curata, attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio bar per l'aperitivo, ottimo. Colazione varia con prodotti freschi, la ragazza in servizio davvero carina e disponibile. Siamo stati davvero bene nonostante abbiamo pernottato una sola notte.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Doch leider sind die Duschenkabinen sehr klein, verkalkt und schwarz. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch.

une nuit étape

Une nuit étape dans cet hôtel très récent mais situé en face d'une station service.

Réception : grande et lumineuse, accueil en anglais et un peu français, on a apprécié.

Chambre : tout confort seule la douche est un peu petite, rien ne manque, la clim est silencieuse, très grand lit, bien isolée.

Parking : gratuit et privatif de l'hôtel

Petit-déjeuner : joli buffet, rien ne manque, pour une fois le jus de fruit n'est pas mauvais

Restaurant : non testé

SPA : offert ou compris dans le prix de la chambre je ne sais pas, toujours est-il que nous en avons profité pendant 2 heures, nous étions seuls, hammam, sauna, bains à remous, piscine, salle de relaxation et flûte de Prosecco avec salade de fruits offerts, vraiment un plus pour l'hôtel, possibilité de se faire masser ou de bénéficier d'autres soins du corps.

En pratique si vous cherchez un hôtel à 40min de l'aéroport de Catane en voiture (on avait le vol le lendemain) c'est un hôtel à recommander.

L'hotel è molto bello, pulito e moderno. Il personale è gentile. La posizione non è il massimo, a Giarre non c'è nulla ma a noi, avendo l'auto non è pesato, ci spostavamo sempre. Pecca dell'hotel è la colazione. Un po' scarsa devo dire. Le brioche non sono fresche, finiscono subito e non ne vengono portare altre. Per chi ama il salato c'è poco, un po' di prosciutto e delle uova sode... se migliorasse la condizione sarebbe ottimo.

Hôtel moderne très agréable

L'hôtel est un havre de confort et de sérénité le long de l'avenue principale de la ville de Giarre, qui a surtout l'avantage d'être proche des route d'accès à l'Etna nord ou sud, ou de l'autoroute pour partir à la recherche des meilleures plages de Sicile. L'environnement direct de l'hôtel n'est pas esthétique avec une station d'essence en face, mais c'est vite oublié derrière l'enceinte de l'établissement. Chambre spacieuse et bien tenue, excellente literie. Restaurant offrant un bon rapport qualité/prix et une superbe terrasse. L'espace dédié au spa est réussi, l'hôtesse accueillante et à l'écoute ; les 20 € de droit d'entrée semblent un peu excessifs pour les clients de l'hôtel. L'ensemble du personnel est très aimable, souriant et serviable. Certains parlent français. Seul petit problème : panne prolongée (2 jours) de wifi pendant le séjour.

Komplett neu renoviertes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Schöne moderne Terrasse für Frühstück und Abendessen mit sehr gutem Restaurant (Fisch und Pizza aus dem Holzofen) zu moderaten Preisen. Toller exclusiver Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Sauna, Salzraum uvm.
Einziges Manko die Lage unmittelbar an der viel befahrenen Ortsdurchfahrt. Man muss die Fenster nachts geschlossen lassen, dann ist es mit den Schallschutzfenstern jedoch ruhig.
