Slightly overpriced even for a single bed room. It was a very small room. There was just a bed, closet, and a tall ledge with a stool. There was no desk or chair. And bathroom didn't have any tissues either. The bed was mediocre, not too comfortable. And lastly, soundproofing was not that great, could hear people in the hallway.

Check in was great quick and easy.

Although I was specific to have the quadruple room (2 single and a double bed) rather than a double and sofa bed. Even though it’s an “upgrade” it’s not convenient hence specifically asked to ensure we had the quadruple - 2 single and double.

The room walls and doors are ultra thin. During the day we hear scream kids. During the night and right into the early hours of our first night were loud guests talking, moving furniture and banging on doors. Literally as if they were talking outside our room. Then to waking to screaming children in the early hours.

Breakfast booked, with prior reservations it’s cheaper than deciding or booking on the day.

The room is spacious and clean. However it’s very warm to hot even. The thermostat just doesn’t work so we had to have the window open all night which again not ideal during the winter months.

There is no tea coffee kettle available in rooms however I believe you can request it.

There is a mini bar which we didn’t use but did place our own product in and safe is available in room

Shower toilet room was clean but for size of the room was small.

Unfortunately lost stars due to no temperature control and the absolute unbearable noise.

The room was clean but small, only had a twin bed. Room had a great view of city. My flight landed earlier in the morning but they allowed me to check into a room at noon, so that was appreciated. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Overall an OK hotel. Some things feel cheap such as the shower base which was loose, the feel of the furniture and no tea/coffee making facilities. The area nearby was noisy and we could hear traffic in the morning and noises at night which was disturbing. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Was near an underground stop which was convenient and served the purpose for our stay.

Overall we were very happy with our stay in the hotel, it was clean and easy to find off the metro. Staff were always polite in the corridors and in reception. There is a few supermarkets within walking distance if you needed to pick up anything. Breakfast was well stocked with a wide range of pastries, fruit, cereals, teas and coffees. The main thing we missed in the room was a kettle so we could make a cup of tea later at night but not something we would let affect our stay - the bar was nice and chilled for a nightcap or two!! We had to ask for some extra pillows as they only provided one each in the room… they were a little flat but that’s just preference. Would stay again if we were returning to Milan!

A free drink at the bar etc would’ve gone a long way

There are no perks for this property. Breakfast is 18 euros when it should be included. Especially after our stay. I spent 225 euros to stay at a hotel with cloth curtains on the shower, not enough towels for everyone, and a bed that wasn’t even comfortable or made up correctly. On top of all of that we were woken up to what sounded like a violent altercation in the room next door at 1 AM in the morning.

I love how modern the property looked. This was my first solo trip to Italy and I wanted to use the metro system as my main source of transportation. I love that this hotel was about a 2 minute walk to the metro and very walkable with local restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store. The staff and check in process was very pleasant and it was a bonus that my room was ready before the official check in time.

The property is alright but it felt very expensive when we were there. Breakfast and mini bar have the same price as a premium hotel in the center of Milan. Rooms are not spacious, we almost could not open our luggage. The only positive note is the staff, very gentle and always available.

We checked in pretty late and my family and I had 2 separate rooms. We all divide and make our way into our 2 rooms which were on 2 different floors (which I didn’t like). They should have tried to at least put us on the same floor.
My grandmother and I walked into our hotel room, there were no clean towels, the faucet was not draining and the cherry on top? There was urine and feces in the urinal, which wouldn’t flush… They gave us a dirty room that has never been cleaned, how disgusting is that?
Obviously I ran down to the front desk and explained the situation, they apologized and gave us a new room. But at the point I already had a sour taste in my mouth and was utterly disgusted, the smell of the initial room we got when we walked in just ruined my overall experience.

Hotel room itself was fine aside from thin walls, and onsite staff were of average politeness (not friendly or welcoming, just minimal politeness) but communication before our stay was terrible. We wanted to upgrade our room from a double to a triple as another person joined our trip, but instead of charging the difference of 178 euros as posted on expedia as well as their own webiste, they charged us 230 euros. Their tone was incredibly rude and dismissive, when asked why such a difference, all they stated was \"because this is the cost of the supplement\" (that was the entire email content). I would have cancelled if I hadn't booked a non refundable rate, it was the worst and most frustrating interaction I've ever had with hotel staff. FYI we stayed at 3 other hotels this trip and had to add an additional person for each and every one of them charged us the difference AS STATED on their website and expeidias.

It was an arrive at midnight and leave at 8am type of stay for me. In this regard, the fact that it's a modern hotel with concrete walls, heavy doors, double glazing, and full blackout curtains was great! Nice comfortable bed. So I had a fantastic sleep undisturbed by noise or light, and didn't have many other demands.

Late booking for a gig in Milan. Due to the rain and trains we could not attend if we didn’t book accommodation. Hotel was excellent. Great room and bar. Food in morning was excellent. Just a note for UK visitor you need a passport. As we travel from a house we had we didn’t take passport. The didn’t like uk drivers license lucky we had photo of passport on the phone…. Wish hotels had advised of that but not a problem with the hotel at all . Just a note for people . Hotel was brilliant thanks

Staff was very friendly, gave some great restaurant recommendations. We asked to have our family of 8, with 2rooms placed as closely together as possible and they werent able to accomodate.
Very modern. Breakfast was a good price with variety, however wish it was included in the price of the hotel.
Only complaint would be that breakfast was not inlcuded in the cost of the room and water was not complementry, unless you filled up durong breakfast hours.

The Receptionist man was extremely rude, when we was leaving an handing in our key cards, the receptionist claimed we hadn’t payed our taxes, which was untrue as when we arrived we was asked straight away to pay taxes and we did!!! which then led to the reception staff being extremely rude an stating that we didn’t an when my friends told them that will not be paying again he then started saying to “beg” on the street for money, as he was claiming we hadn’t payed, He was extremely unprofessional an needs sacking.

A very stylish and spacious hotel. As a family of 4 we were upgraded to the suite and that was appreciated. Housekeeping is spot on and the barman/waiter was very friendly. Transport is a 5min walk away. Beds are comfortable and aircon is good. Now the things that were not so good.:
- the noise of other guests. It says its sound proofed but it’s not. We were disturbed frequently at various times during the night. The cleaners cupboard was also right next to our room so we heard them every morning.
- the location whilst great transport links is poor for food options. You have to travel if you want anything.
- poor sink drainage - to be fair we didn’t report this so didn’t give them a chance to fix it.
- I awoke to a beeping noise at 5am which turned out to be the card holder near the door. All aircon and lights were off. I called reception and someone came right away ,flicked a few fuse switches and a few minutes later it came on. He muttered something about maintenance coming in a few hours. Nobody arrived, sleep was ruined, room was now hot and when I spoke to reception that day, they seemed unaware and not particularly bothered I had had a disturbed sleep.

Bed and pillow sheets were stained with yellow. Bathroom shower had a smell of pee. The area outside is filled at the late hour with men that crowd around a vending machine. Never felt more unsafe in Italy during my 3 week multi regional trip. The walls are extremely thin so expect to hear every detail of your neighbors' trips as well. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the property. The inside is contemporary and pretty but do yourself a favor and use your money on a hotel in a better area.

Modern hotel, good location, ok wheelchair access

Slightly confused check in as they took 30 minutes to find out our room wasn’t ready, the hotel is modern but quite dark and not overly welcoming as is the bar. It is very close to the metro and there are a few street cafes near by. We had a wheelchair accessible room which could have been larger as the space next to the bed was quite tight for my wheelchair, the bathroom was large although the shower seat was very small and could be difficult depending on your level of disability. Overall a well located hotel but I expected a little more.
