The property is beautiful, the area around it not so much. Lots of graffiti and noise from local club(s).
The property has a free breakfast, that is NOT included in the price paid to Expedia. If you want it prepare to pay extra.
The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The pillows are great, not down. (We are allergic)
We were in Milan 2x and both stays were at this location. It has a nice balcony garden on the 5th floor. We loved it.
It is close to the subway, restaurants, and grocery shopping.

The B&B was functional. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work; then they shut it off, so not so good on that score. Emanuele on your staff was simply superlative. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable; he was a standout of my stay. One thing that would have been nice would have been to have an insulated ice bucket. I used one of the waste containers for one, but since it wasn't insulated I used more ice that I would have with an insulated ice container. If you're interested in eco-friendliness, it might be a good idea to get some of them. Easy access to the Metro, great walking distance to the convention center.

Good hotel, not walkable

This is exactly what I would expect from a modern 3* hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked. Water pressure was on point. (you might think that those last two should be givens, but I've found that a lot of hotels in Europe advertise certain things, and then when you get there, nothing is working).

The only negatives I would say was that there was only one power outlet in the room. Any person would have multiple devices these days that need charging, and if you're traveling with multiple people, well you can do the math. Charging one device at a time is pretty inconvenient.

I would also say that this hotel isn't really walkable to anything interesting and cabs in Milan are extremely expensive.

If you are a tourist I would recommend this chain, but not this location.

I did enjoy my stay at the B&B. The room was spartan, but in decent enough condition and comfort was 5 out of 10. The main issue I have is that the room I stayed in had virtually no mains outlets to charge my electronics and none close to the bed for my CPAP. I had to physically rearrange the room to have an outlet close enough to use my unit. Given the prevalence of CPAPs out there one would expect most remodeled hotels would recognize the need for a mains outlet near the bed (even for phone charging etc). Breakfast was quite good and it was quiet.

There is a disco club under the building, and you feel like you are in the club at night! It's horrible! And the older guy who works during the night is rude and horrible. Every time I talk to him and see people talk to him, he is always so rude. I complained about the noise to him, and he acted like it was normal and did not care at all! Anyway, I don't know why B&B is three stars! It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! By the way, the bed is so small and so uncomfortable! I got back pain from it!

It is well-located near the metro and rail station (2 metro stops to Garibaldi station) and a quiet residential area with some family run restaurants that provide good food at prices much better than the central area. What mars the hotel is a disco next to the hotel that blasts loud music lasting to 4-5 a.m. on the weekends.

Lovely hotel, staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was 2 mins from metro and 6 mins from the centre of Milan via metro so it was very convenient. Stayed there for 2 nights and loved every bit of it as it was quiet and away from the noise of the centre.

Only.thing that was annoyimg was a smoke detecter flashing a blue light every 4 seconds into the room. Im fine as once asleep, i dont wake up easily, but might be a problem for other guests. Maybe it just needs a new battery?

The location was great. Right next to the metro and train to get into the centre.
The maid service was wonderful. The rooms were very clean every day!
On day 3 we got stuck in the lift, and this was jolting us up and down. After ringing the emergency bell and banging on the doors shouting and trying to open the lift doors ourselves, eventually the door opened back on reception to which the staff was just watching us. No ask to see if we was ok. No urgency to help us out the lift. From this point, we only used to the stairs and we was on the 6th floor, with cases.
This put a damper on the hotel for us as even when we checked out we was never asked about our stay to feedback. When we tried to feedback the staff just looked at us blankly, so from this point we had no trust in either the lift or reception staff to help if it happened again.

So I did not expect great luxury, but have stayed in other hotels of the same chain which were modern, clean and comfortable even if sometimes not in the greatest locations. This one however, on a recent business trip for just one night , had the charme of a youth hostel. The room was big but had three relatively small separate beds, the floor was tiled and cold, the bathroom looked tired (and did not have a toilet brush…), no plugs near the bed, and the bedside lamp not working. Breakfast was nothing to write home about either. Reception was friendly, they do have an underground car park…

Area is a little bit out of town center but easily accessible and close to metro. Hotel is in a lonely business complex near the fire station in Chinatown. Good food options within a mile walk. You dado have to either use metro a stop or two to get to better food options. Not bad for the price. Room was okay besides the restroom having an odor and molded MLK in the shower. Might try other options next time.

Well located for using the metro to explore Milan. Good breakfast. Shower room was somewhat basic and the rooms are small but reasonably pleasant. The plug sockets didnt work in either of the two rooms we had but we were able to charge our phones in the shower room. Excellent car parking facilities.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms and helpful little shop downstairs, convenient location. only negatives were the nightclub downstairs but I'm used to festivals so slept through the noise once I fell asleep and the hotel does provide earplugs, the second negative was I was unsure of checkout time as my booking said 12pm but the cleaning staff knocked at my door at 930am and made a gesture that seemed like I needed to check out, this is partly my fault for not speaking Italian in Italy and not checking with front desk but I did not want to make a fuss or delay the process so just packed and left.

I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I return to Milan.

Clean and reasonable. There's a snack bar downstairs where you can buy various snacks and drinks.
Wifi required personal identification registration and was small allowance so didn't use it. Bathroom was spacious. Within walking distance from the train station. Aircon was good.
Mattress was old, and compressed and bed squeaky and woke me up quite a bit. Check in was \"weird'.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the cleanliness and customer service because some of the reviews I read were not flattering. The location is horrible because of the look of the neighborhood. However, I did not feel unsafe even though I am a female and went solo. The only redeeming quality about the location is that it is across the street from the train station and other public transportation. You just have to find the entry because it's gated and three other buildings surround it. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is very clean and affordable and walking distance from a lot of sites as well as a 1 min walk to the train. However in my room the shower faucet was at a wheelchair height and it created an akward time taking showers

The location is very good, although it is not a clean hotel. Daily cleaning room service was poor. They did not change my bed sheets while it got stains. The room was cold and it seems their air conditioner does not work properly. Also, I had problem with a strong fragnance at room and you could feel it all the time. The bed is not comfortable and very basic bed. If you have budget restriction then you can think about it.

We spent 4 days there ,the location is great right next to Milan underground and tram. The staff was very polite and helpful, excellent service. The only thing i found as a minus was that the walls in the bathroom were somehow dirty !
Other than that detail everything else was great for this kind of accommodation i would recommend for sure.

A Little Gem

Please do not be fooled by the unusual external appearance of this hotel and its driveway which it shares with a commercial office. Once you’re in the hotel, the staff were highly attentive and provided fantastic service. My room was very modern and my bed very comfy. I would definitively return to this hotel should I visit Milan again. It is also located so close to the metro station which is a major plus.

We didn't enjoy our stay. The hotel wasn't dirty but I also wouldn't call it clean. It needs a good general tidy up- scuff marks on walls, etc. the hotel and room itself are quite soulless. The pics make it look better than it is. The room smelt of bleach when we first checked in. Overall not somewhere I'd want to stay for several nights.

The hotel is ok, with only basic furniture. Not equipped with fridge.
The reception charged me twice. when I booked the room online, the amount was paid immediately, but when I checked-in, the reception desk insisted that I did not pay, and requested me to pay again. In order to stay in the hotel, I made the payment at the desk. However when I checked my bank balance when I came back to my home country, the balance sheet showed I had paid TWICE. I immediately wrote to hotels.com and the hotel. The hotel said they would settle the refund by the end of month, namely June. However unfortunately until now (almost September), they did not refund me a single cent by ignoring my email.
