Lady Lara, the owner of this small guest house, was kind and helpful.
2- This place was very clean.
2- It was only a 3-minutes walk to the Monza train station.

Amazing place in Monza

Amazing place, much better than any hotel in Milan. They keep details in every little thing, from breakfast to towels, everything is set properly. The manager was very helpful over the phone to help in any requirement and the location is perfect for visiting Milano, Monza or business

The property is newly renovated and immaculately kept. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the train station and, therefore, comes with good (e.g. convenience) as well as bad (not the prettiest area). The breakfast is minimal and pre-packaged. So, big breakfast eaters should be prepared to head out for breakfast. Overall, I do not think it could be much better for the price and I would stay here again.

Affittacamerearosia is a superb guest house, and I enjoyed a comfortable three nights stay.
I organised to meet with Lara (owner/manager) for an early check in, and I was given warm welcome and tour. There is no reception desk, but guests can message Lara with any questions or problems - she is very helpful.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained, with stylish decor. The en-suite shower room was excellent, with fresh towels each day. There’s also a contemporary shared kitchen, where you can help yourself to extra tea/coffee, or sit down to chat with friends or other guests.
Tip: be aware the guest house is part of a residential building with can only be accessed via two flights of stairs.
The guest house is 3 minutes walk from Monza train station, and the same from the Orioshuttle pickup/drop off point. It’s €10 and 45 minute coach ride from Bergamo Airport.
Tip: Far fewer coaches run on weekends and bank holidays, so check the times in advance.
That’s about it. I would be delighted to stay again at Affittacamerearosia. It made for a great base for exploring Monza, Milan and beyond, and a superb first trip to Italy.

Only thing is the breakfast eas really juat a prepackaged croissant, coffee, milk and juice, but if you’re not a big breakfast person this is no problem :)

When I booked for a Tuesday night put in wrong date mistake an hour later email hotel explained asked if they could change to Wenesday instead made mistake.
Next day they emailed me back no and to get a room Wenesday it would be 95 euros!
Therefore I lost the money I paid for room and stayed at a different hotel for the Wenesday night! Very disappointed

The hotel is very close to the railway station, it is convenient when you have luggage. It is not very close to the centre, but the town is not big so it is not a problem.
Lara was very friendly and helpful, gave me clear instructions how to reach her place, first by sms then by phone when she understand that I did not receive her message.
Breakfast is rather basic and includes only packed meals, including juice and milk. You can use a
common kitchen and fridge that are available for all guests.
Lightning in my room was good that was important for me. My room looks in the yard so it was quiet.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das uns bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen hat. Auch die Lage ist top .viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

El lugar es bien ubicado muy cerca de la estación de Monza, las instrucciones de acceso fueron bastantes claras.

El desayuno es bastante básico, un pequeño croissant empacado, una galleta, un jugo y café. De igual forma de las dos noches sólo en una se dió el desayuno.

Es buena opción por precio y ubicación pero que lo del desayuno no sea lo que te decida.

Hotel extremamente limpo, nunca vi uma decoração tão bela. Atenção: não tem portaria você precisa entrar em contato com o proprietário antes de chegar. Nosso telefone não funcionava pra chamadas, porem a proprietária respondeu na hora! Muito prestativa e querida! Recomendo!

Etwas seltsam war der „Empfang“. Es wurde im Vorfeld gefragt, wann ich ankomme. Da ich mit dem Zug unterwegs war, habe ich eine grobe Uhrzeit angegeben. Daraufhin hieß des, ich solle mich kurz vor Ankunft nochmals melden. Habe ich dann auch gemacht und stand vor verschlossener Tür. Habe dann mit etwas Verzögerung einen Code bekommen. Passt ja für mich grundsätzlich, aber warum wird der mir nicht gleich kommuniziert, unabhängig von der Ankunftszeit? Einziges Manko: Das Frühstück ist ein abgepacktes Croissant, ein Saft und eine Kaffeekapsel für die Kaffeemaschine. Sonst nahe am Bahnhof in Monza mit guter Anbindung nach Mailand, tollen Restaurants in der Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr sauber, ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und empfehle es gerne weiter :)

No advance instructions regarding the check in process were provided, although they could have easily been sent before arrival (as it was a non-contact process through door codes). Also, received a wrong door code for the room. Unnecessary and unprofessional hassle to say the least.

Satisfaits , nous recommanderons l établissement .

Nous n y avons séjourné que deux nuits : nous avons apprécié tout d abord la situation de l hôtel tout proche de la gare, le parking à proximité mais surtout la propreté des lieux . La chambre était confortable et il était agréable de découvrir le petit dejeuner dans des boites spéciales breakfast. Le bémol est l accueil qui se fait par téléphone difficilement vu la barrière de la langue.
