The stay was great had a wonderful time and breakfast was delicious. The only drawback for me was I'm height challenged and my room was on thec4th floor. Next i would request for a room no higher than the second floor. Great Place to stay and so close to everything even walking distance to and around town.

Room was clean, 2nd floor dining/lounge area was also very nice however the elevator and the tiled floors outside need major repairs and maintenance. It was also pretty cold and they could only provide us with an extra sheet. We were hoping for a blanket at least. Not bad for the price though.

No shops. I wasn’t given a parking tag and car was towed from the property and I paid for 2 days. Had to pay to get my car back. The company appare Uses a virtual card not your actual card when booked online. Very sketchy. I’ll never use this property again

Staff MIA when I went downstairs twice. Thankfully I didn't need them but other patrons did. The elevator and space outside of it on the third floor were as bad as a tenement. Disgusting. The TV was way too small for the room but the bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the cleaning crew does a wonderful job inside the room.

This inn is very nice. For the most part the room was cleaned. I did have a smoking room and when I first got there it smelled of cigarettes the room needed to be aired out more before next guest. Towel when I first got the all had hair on them. Staff did respond and changed them. The second day when I went to breakfast the waffle batter wasn't done right there was only 1 egg patty and 1 sausage patty. I get not every one comes for breakfast but if it offer everything should be fully stocked and cooked weather it gets thrown out of no clients eat it. Owner was made aware and had someone fix but the options remainedlike that for the whole week I stood. Staff was nice and sweet.

This was a really great place. This was literally across the street from Tropicana. This is a very cheap option. They have an amazing staff, great pool that goes to 9 feet, the room was pretty clean. There was like a little bit of stains on the couch and the ceiling, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. They had great breakfast in the morning. There is no microwave in the rooms, but you can just go to the place you eat breakfast to do everything you need to do over there so that’s great. You have access to that.

When I got into my room the first thing I saw was a dead bug on the couch, which Google Lens identified as an oriental cockroach. I spent the next hour searching every inch of the room for more bugs, luckily didn't find any. While the bed and bathroom were clean, the couch and chair were stained and gross, I kept all my stuff on the table and in the closet. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety. The furniture in the dining room was all old and stained too. People were screaming in the streets during the night and the area didn't feel very staff. Staff was friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Clarion Inn Atlantic City. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations due to extremely poor room conditions and lack of proper maintenance.

During my stay, I encountered multiple roaches in my room — I personally killed five of them and brought them to the front desk to show your representative Dave this was both unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel stay. The situation made me very uncomfortable; I didn’t feel safe showering, eating, or even opening my luggage in the room due to the infestation.

Hotel was in a convenient location, only 8 min walk to Boardwalk Hall, right next to Tropicana Casino.
The parking was very limited and only $10 compared to $25 at other hotels I saw. Breakfast was okay just limited menu. Waffles were good. Only bad thing was the first room 311 smelled really bad of mildew, they were nice about moving the room, the next room wasn’t a mildew smell but had a little smell to it. Otherwise the rooms was pretty clean. It was good for one night.

Sheryl was excellent greeting customers on Friday and.Saturday and making sure there was comfort in your stay. I cannot say same for young man on Sunday during the day. He was more interested in talking on his phone and looking down when he was speaking to you and you could not tell if he was speaking to the person on the phone or the person next to me. He also started helping someone else when my business was not completed. He had no customer service at all and will hurt the business!

Boardwalk Hall is very walkable from the hotel and I felt safe enough to walk at 11pm. The room is good, comfortable bed. There doesn't seem to be enough parking for the hotel, so get there early to secure a spot. Breakfast was decent and pretty tasty.

The room was clean, and the bedding and towels were pristine. The shampoo/conditioner and hand soap were pretty good. The fridge was clean. The air conditioning did the job, and was pretty quiet. There is a safe in the closet, and the closet had enough room for my bag.
The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
The breakfast was okay. Egg patties, sausage patties, bread for toasting, cereal, juice and coffee, and a make-your-own waffle maker. The dining area was clean, tidy, and large enough that i could take my time eating.
I would stay again.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. I had to switch to my phone’s 5G service, which worked significantly better.

My checkout time was clearly stated as 12:00 PM, yet the cleaning staff knocked on my door around 11:40 and again at 11:50, pressuring me to leave early. I even asked if checkout was indeed 12:00, and despite confirmation, the front desk still called me before that time. This was both disruptive and unprofessional—if checkout is at 12:00, guests should not feel rushed beforehand.

The hotel’s upkeep was adequate but could benefit from more attention to detail. Overall, the service felt unsatisfactory. Customer service standards seem to have declined, and unfortunately, this experience reflected that.

Bars of soap good for one wash. Remote control goes from non HD to regular HD takes forever to chang channels. Refrigerator and freezer doesn’t have separation so food and drinks turn to ice.
