First room stinked terribly, second room stinked little bit........
Doors were not sealing the outside noise. It was easy to break through main door, they were in bad condition.

Nice and clean hotel room with lots of space to move around. The hotel looks great as well. I have 2 issues with this hotel, there was AC in the room but turning not on. When I inquired, staff told me it’s not on yet, bruh at least turn on the fan. It was really warm at night and we could not sleep very well. I kept the windows open but the shades were too thick to let air in, and who wants to sleep with lights coming in from outside. Then they had no water fountains, when asked about the sink water, those were not drinkable. I literally had to drive to a McDonalds at 1 in the morning to get water. They had parking available and the hotel is close to highway which is great.

Nice hotel located between Milan and Como

Although it is older property it is well kept and is not showing the signs of aging. The room is large, clean, has comfortable bed. The hotel provides a good breakfast

Just disgusting

Breakfast at the hotel was tasteless and just cold. Unfortunately, I ate outside the hotel in Italian places. Breakfast and dinner, I didn't want to eat in the hotel restaurant at all because I didn't want to have the same experience with food. I ate at the local restaurant.
The room I stay are only cleaned on the surface of the furniture, very dirty carpet with large stains after some substance that has Several months. Just disgusting

I have never been insulted as I was arriving to my room to find a mirror on the ceiling, the room can only be described as a dungeon and did not look anything like the photo in the advert. Also it was obvious someone had been smoking in the room and an ashtray was beside the bed, I am a non smoker so you can only imagine the smell. I moved rooms but it was not better.

The distance to the train station was not as described and meant walking on dangerous main roads with no pathways

The hotel facilities are in a bad shape, the rooms are full of dust and the pillows are very uncomfortable in addition the shower looks old and looks like it's not being maintained well. The isolation between the rooms is really bad and we could hear our neighbors playing music. The cleaning staff goes into your room despite the fact you have a not disturb sign on. The breakfast selection is ok but nothing impressive, also most of the warm food was served cold or in room temperature like sausages, scrambled eggs and frittata.

Out of the way! And not much available in the area

The hotel itself was good...felt like I was stranded and not a lot available in the area. Staff were amazing and the restaurant was good and met our needs at dinner.

They offered bus transportation for the Monza Race $15pp and was good.

Nice hotel out of the city

Nice and clean hotel, good standard, wonderful staff. Breakfast included fruits and vegetable.Train station is around 30 min walk where you can take train to Milano, takes 30 min to the city. Perfect if you are with car. You get something for money, not like in Rome, Tuscan and Venes...

Excellent but with a caveat.

Great place for an illicit rendez-vous! Mirrors everywhere including over the bed, pink LED lighting, huge bed. The down sides were no tea/coffee making in the room, no shampoo or shower gel in the shower room - just two tiny bars of useless soap. Nowhere to eat within a few miles so just as well the restaurant was good, if a bit expensive by UK standards.

Checked in late.
Checkin - no issues
Room - had a cob web on the ceiling.
Air conditioning was not working.
Called 3 times in the night after which I came to know that since the heating was on they cannot have air conditioning. I asked that I was not able to sleep and the Recption said pls open the window. I think it was poor service for a 4 star

Comfortable hotel near highway

Located right near the highway, this hotel was in a convenient location. The neighborhood doesn't look appealing if you are going to sight-see, but for a night's stay it was fine. The hallways could really use a new paint job because they looked run down, but the guest rooms were more freshly painted and modern. The staff at check-in was very friendly.

nice and comfy, good value for money

I have used this hotel before. the rooms have been refurbished since my last visit, and are a vast improvement. Nice double shower in bathroom. Breakfast is fine.
overall no complaints. staff are pleasant and speak English (which always helps). will stay there again.
You really need transport if you stay here as local restaurants etc very limited.

We had wanted a hotel in the city (Milan) but couldn't get one because our visit coincided with the Formula1 event. Even if it was quite far from the city, our stay was still pleasant and we only have good words for the hotel staff. They were accommodating and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was quite good and the room was very comfortable and clean. The day before we checked out, we took a train from the city to Cesano Maderno but could not get a cab from the train station. We were very surprised to be fetched from the train station by the hotel manager who drove his own vehicle to give us a ride back to the hotel. That is exemplary service!

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast, and reasonably priced dinner in the restaurant. There was not much to do in the surrounding area with respect to bars/restaurants etc, but if you need to be in this area, then the hotel is clean and comfortable with very nice reception area. An outside sitting area with some tables and chairs would be a big bonus for this hotel.

Was a nice stay overall, however a bit out of the way for where we needed to be. Something we should have planned better I guess, since it was our first time we weren't sure. Was a little far from the center of Milan.

The food in the hotel restaurant is fantastic, that was a nice surprise.

Worst hotel I've ever been to

Staff were beyond rude and we were ripped off in the restaurant twice. Second time it was picked up on and complaints were met by volatile staff reactions!
This hotel is also hard to get to without a car and if you are walking from the nearest train station you are required to walk over a dangerous bridge with no footpath.
Nearest ATM or supermarket is over 2 KM away.

Very nice room, 20€ for a crib seems too expensive for a service that is free almost anywhere. Arrived late and we asked for some milk for our 2 kids so they could sleep, the lady that made the check-in said the bar was closed and was not possible. Had to go down after one hour trying to put the kids in sleep and insist once more, thankfully one of her colleagues opened the \"closed bar\" and gave us some milk.

Das Zimmer war schön und neu, das Hotel allerdings nicht. Um das Zimmer zu erreichen musste man durch komische Untergrund Gänge gehen, war bisschen gruselig ^^
Am nächsten Tag wurde aber wohl angefangen diese zu renovieren.
Parkplätze waren vorhanden.
Lage nur vorteilhaft bei Durchreise.
Hotel wird aber auch als Stundenhotel für Sex angeboten, was wir nicht so toll fanden.
Ist natürlich prinzipiell ok, aber hätten wir dann mit Kids nicht gebucht.

Tutto molto nuovo e bello e colazione abbondante e varia. Purtroppo mi é capitata una camera con dei vicini che tornavano tardi e si sentivano discussioni alle 3 di notte. Un po' scomodo anche il bagno, in quanto ci é capitato uno per disabile che presentava un'ottima accessibilità ma mancava di punti di appoggio anche solo per gli asciugamani. Essendo con una bambina di 5 anni avrei preferito qualche appoggio in più.

Overall good experience. Staff was nice and the place was clean. Our room had some problems with bathroom door, it didn't close. And the safe door as well. Same problem. Minifridge was missing a leg so it was wobbly. Breakfast was cold if you didnt took the food soon when it was arrived from the kitchen to the buffet table. Wifi didnt work well. But still, not bad for couple of nights.

Wichtig zu erwähnen dass wir in einer Dependence waren..und es kein normales Hotel ist sondern Liebesnest für besondere Gelegenheiten alles mit Spiegeln und sonderlicher Beleuchtung mit diskretem PP.. nicht was man will als Geschäftsreisender.. es müsste klar hingewiesen werden falls es keinen Platz im normalen Hauptgebäude hat..

Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale in questo hotel
All’arrivo mi dicono che la camera si trova nella struttura adiacente che era tutto fuorché un hotel… ma un Motel a ore.. con tanto di reception a parte e tariffario a ore. Per cui ho speso 100 euro per una camera quando potevo spenderne 65 per le stesse ore magari trascorrendo una notte di fuoco e sesso. Sono basito..mia moglie è ancora sconvolta. Dormito niente pensando a cosa quelle camere sono destinate. Vergogna!!

Fa parte della catena alberghiera AS , ( garanzia di standard di qualita). Sono arrivato di sabato ed ho preferito una stanza nel Motel per poter parcheggiare la macchina fuori dalla camera. La camera era pulita, insonorizzata e moderna, set di ascigamani nuovi, ciabatte di cortesia , letto molto conodo, e aria condizionata funzionante.
Unica nota da segnalare, avendo scelto la canera nella parte destinata all Motel , ho sentito fare le pulizie nella camera affianco alla mia dopo le 19.

Nos mandaron a un Motel Alejamiento

Fue todo un engaño. Llegamos a las 11 de la noche cansandos del viaje y nos enteramos que a nuestra habitación la habían re vendido, siendo que la pagamos por anticipado. Sin darnos explicaciones, ni ofrecernos un resarcimiento, nos enviaron al un Motel alojamiento que está al lado del hotel principal (Motel para sexo).

Además que nos dió mucho asco, la cama era muy dura y la calidad de la habitación muy distinta a la que publicitaron. Dejo unas fotos para que se vea la diferencia de la foto de la habitación que reservamos y la de la habitación que nos dieron.

Al otro día nos fuimos a otro hotel.

Abbiamo acquistato una stanza che in realtà si è dimostrata essere del Motel. Nella prenotazione questo non veniva specificato. Stanze da motel con tanto di specchio sul soffitto. puzza di fumo, nonostante mi abbiano cambiato la stanza. Dovrebbero essere molto, molto più chiari in fase di prenotazione

Questa volta - sono gia stato alcune volte Vs. hospite - ho trovato la camera (429) abbastanza sporca sul pavimento in moquette. Anche i lampadini a fianco del letto non funzionavano.

Il resto però, specialmente gli asciugamani, il bagno (nel senso della stanza completa), il Minibar, gli snacs, il letto e le sue attrezamenti erano buoni e ben puliti.

Grazie, e volontiere ancora la prossima volta, ma pulito d'apertutto.
