Room was great. Very clean! Super shower! Kettle in the room but poor supply of coffee/Tea with no milk or creamer? Room was too cool, needed more heat! Bit much information on hotel facilities available, nothing in the rim to advertise hotel facilities? This hotel is quite far from the train station, off the beaten track, you need a car to get here!

I don’t like this hotel it’s in the middle of nothing..: transportation bad if you need to go out to some place you have to pay minimum 50euros if you eant to stay in this hotel you have to rent a car. Terrible

Hotel was very comfy although there was no outlet near the bed so I had to get creative with my Cpap. Hotel restaurant was really good also if GPS says it is close make sure it is not off the lobby had a bit of a silly GPS adventure.

Friendly staff great condition, only issue was with the iron and ironing board. I believe the manual states the items will be delivered to the room not that the guest picks up at reception. Also the iron is a non steam iron, makes iron delicate fabrics difficult.

Arianna was amazing! Her hospitality and stature around stressful conditions was very impressive. And her English was superb!!!! I forgot the lady's name who checked us in but we arrived early due to changes in our arrival time and she made us comfortable. Locked our bags up allowed us to get breakfast. It was truly amazing.

It’s a nice Hotel just off the motorway.Its located near an industrial park so it’s a busy area during the day but very quiet at night.
A 10 minute walk carries you to a very nice park with it’s own lake and after crossing the lake you reach quite a large shopping centre.
A 20 minute walk gets you to the train whitch takes 25 minutes to get to Milan.

Great hotel but out of the way.

We booked this hotel for 4 days to go to the Monza Grand Prix thinking that it would be easy to get to. However, the hotel is on an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere. There is a train station within walking distance but it took 3 train changes to do the short trip to Monza and then a bus to the Monza National Park and then a 30 minute walk to the track.

However, this is a lovely hotel. It looks like it has just been refurbished. Nice breakfast available. Small bar in the hotel. Room large and very comfortable.

hotel is good with friendly staff who speak multiple languages. Hotel is on the north side so it's perfect for day trips to Como or Lugano

you can reach the hotel by taking the train headed to Lentate or Saronno from Bovisa or any other major station in Milan. Hotel is near Palazzolo stop but there are no taxis and you need to walk for 15 minutes. Hotel needs to provide a map or information to customers how to reach the hotel from Palazzolo.

Close to a shopping centre(20 min walk) ideal location if you have a car and are planning to take in the local attractions.

Milano trip

The room was big and spacey. The bathroom was clean and big too. We even liked the modern design. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but we had some minor issues.
Under the bed there was a lot of dust but during our stay they did not cleaned it up. There was no duvet, just the bed's cover blanket. We had to use a normal sheet to cover it during sleeping ; it was a bit absurd.
And at least the room's walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbours speaking and having ..... really loud at night. I mean it's fine for a 3 star hotel, but for a 4?
But these were just minor things, overall it was fine enough for the price.

The hotel is a bit far from de Duomo. We had to go with the car to Comasina and then subway to duomo station. But it was perfect. The hotel was very confortable, the staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious with a lot of food. We recomend this hotel!!

Visitors to Mirage Hotel from May 23 to 26

The Mirage Hotel is a nice place to stay if you have a car and very reasonably priced. This hotel is at least a half hour by car from central Milan. Our room was large, clean, modern, and air conditioned, and the hotel restaurant was very convenient. The food was OK. The wifi worked.

However, the front desk service needs to improve. The hotel shuttle runs until 6 pm (18:00) and the hotel is 3 km from the nearest train station. This issue makes it difficult for people using public transportation to stay out in Milan during the evening (especially with typically late dinner hours).

An average hotel which can be improved by having remote by TV rather it was missing only to be found on last day under the bed frame. Safety deposit box is out of power and broken. Bed is hard to sleep on. Service exist however, little can be done to improve the staying experience.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the station down a quiet road some of which is unlit and un-tarmaced road. A taxi booked by the hotel reception was very expensive. The room was okay but aircon was noisy and the bed hard. It was big and the shower was good. Buffet breakfast was adequate.

Lovely Hotel just a little difficult to get to

Difficult to get to this hotel as it is on the overground train about 8 stops from Milan centre. Once at the station it is a bus journey to the hotel 1 Euro but stops about 1KM from the hotel then you have to walk.
Since our stay we realise that the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the local train station for 5 Euro, so ring them when you get to the station.
We stayed in a twin room which offers a single and a twin bed, which were comfortable but not quite Premier inn standard. Shower room to dream of however and a nice touch with touch sensitive lighting controls.
Overall we were very pleased with our choice of hotel but would say the town doesn`t offer much so probably best to stay in the hotel for food, menu limited but ok and in Italian only, would recommend ordering a side dish with any mains ordered as the main comes without any trimmings.

We were looking for a hotel in the Milan area that would be easy to find and easy to park a car. The area is in an industrial park just off the highway. We drove elsewhere for dinner as there are no choices for food nearby. It's more of a business person's hotel really but once inside it was very good. The largest room I've ever seen with a really good bathroom, big soft towels, toiletries, a good mattress. All the electrics are controlled by a touch panel which took a bit of getting used to. The TV is flat panel with only 2 English language channels that were both news stations. They tried to make us pay for a breakfast that we didn't have. It was probably a misunderstanding when we booked in.

Great hotel, bit too fancy!

This is a VERY clean and modern hotel. The breakfast wasn't anything special but there was a lot of variety. The only reason that 'comfort of your room' wasn't top scoring was because every light/aircon is controlled but touch buttons which was a little difficult to get used to and no instructions on turning aircon off. Would stay here again.

We stayed there for a night in May. As I found the ac wasn't working, I called them up to get it fixed. I was surprised to hear that the ac will not be switched on despite the hotel showing ac as a feature. Their explanation was that the city authorities don't allow use of ac until mid May. I searched the internet but couldn't find any rules like that. Can't believe they lied to me.

Its a decent and nice looking hotel with ample of space inside and out with pleasant looking garden. A good breakfast and business full course dinner is another attraction here. In my view as far as hotel is concern I will give 10/10 but its location probably not very suitable for tourist being at a distant place from the Milan city. Transportation facility from the hotel's side is ok but I find it impossible to get any taxi or other public transport from the nearest railway station which proved little disadvantage.

A stunning hotel

Whilst on a road trip this was a one night stay place and the room was excellent, the hotel staff were friendly and a good place to chill out for the evening ready for the next day. If you want to pay for your meal on your bill tell the returant staff before you order as once a bill number has been produced it can not be changed.

Rummet var stort och väldigt rent. Temperaturen i rummet var 26 grader, vi försökte sänka värmen men det gick inte. Vi sade flera gånger nere i receptionen utan något riktigt hjälp. Man kunde inte sova.

La struttura è piacevole e moderna. Tuttavia il servizio non è all'altezza.

Viaggiando con la famiglia ho chiesto un lettino aggiuntivo per la mia bimba (opzione prevista nella prenotazione) e non solo questo non era disponibile, ma il personale non mostrava alcun interessamento, se non dopo ripetute richieste e in ogni caso poi non sono stati d'aiuto.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore: nelle zone un po' nascoste (sempre nel caso abbiate bimbi...) la polvere non è rimossa da tempo.

Il rapporto qualita' / prezzo e' discreto, ma invito la struttura a rendere il servizio piu' ospitale, amichevole e d'aiuto.

Choosing to visit Milano we couldn't imagine the superior level of the Mirage Hotel Best Western at Paderno Dugnano, a typical nice suburb of Milano looking as nice village. The Hotel is in 2 levels groundfloor and first, fully modernized and with the last smart technology in lighting and design without leaving out the human factor. Helpful smiling reception desk personal. Secured for free parking. And an excellent high quality in prices and presentation restaurant FUOCO E VINO. We are a mature couple traveling and happy for our choose to prefer our stay at Mirage Fiera 4 Stars Best Western Hotel.
