Room was very pleasant! Meticulously clean and with fresh towels. Breakfast was fantastic. I was attending the conference in Rho conference centre and hotel organized bus to and from the venue. Wasn’t expecting that, especially considering poor taxi and especially Uber service in Milano. Close proximity to supermarket is great.

The actual accommodation was great, the only issue we had was trying to actually find the place from Novate Milanese station. Typing the address provided only took us half way. The hotel is behind a large supermarket, so it would be helpful if the instructions mention this. We reached the station as it was getting dark so got completely eaten by mosquitoes on the road while trying to find the place, which made us very distressed. Once in the hotel room it was fine.

We stayed for just one night, and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and felt newly furnished. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it’s about a 10-minute walk to the station, and from there it takes around 20–25 minutes by train to reach the center. There’s also a large supermarket right next to the hotel where you can find everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Nice hotel away from the busy Milan

I've stayed here before so I was familiar with the hotel. If you time the trains correctly you can be in central Milan in half an hour. The walk to and from the station is flat and the area is nice.

There is a big supermarket next door for any snacks/food.

Positives - Room size, the bed is comfortable, hotel is quiet and the shower is great!

Negatives - The lady on reception needs a lesson in customer service, she is so miserable.

On arrival we were over charged compared to the hotel.com price. The hotel staff were very rude and unaccomadating in every aspect.
Be careful of the hotel mini bar as the maids take drinks and try to charge you.
The location is horrendous, taxis to central Milan is £70 plus. Or a 10 minute walk and 1:30 hour train ride to the centre.

Good luck if you are in Milan on a busy weekend as you cannot get any transport back, Ubers will be £100+ and the hotel will not help you at all.

But if you love staying in Chernobyl with the industrial view this is the perfect place for you.

When I checked in the receptionist didn't tell me about the city tax . no information about travel to the central,every time advised to book a taxi . I booked a taxi as we went to a trip and I paid 40euro before I get in the car .the driver mentioned to me that all the receptionist they have comition when they book a taxi .
I didn't want service in my room for 3 days and when I asked for 2 instant coffee they said no.
My breakfast box was one bottle of water one juice one croissant and one iagurt.
The amenities in the room is just one small bottle of 3 in one hair, shower gel and conditioner and one soap.
No bathroobe as on the website,
The breakfast was nice and all the staff polite and helpful.
I don't recommend the hotel as is to far away if you plan to go in a trip the taxi is 70 euro .
Reception very rude not helpful.
Better to book one hotel near to central as you are not safe working from overground station to hotel

Worse experience for a Gold Class customer

When we arrived at the hotel, the booking confirmation stated a check-in time of 1 pm. However, the front desk staff insisted it was 3 pm. With no other option but to wait, we found ourselves in a frustrating situation. Our opportunity arose when there was a shift change at 1 pm, and I decided to try my luck with the new staff. Thankfully, I managed to secure our room. After an 18-hour journey from Asia, we were desperate to freshen up and unwind. Waiting for two hours in the lobby of a seemingly quiet hotel turned out to be one of the most exasperating experiences in my 30 years of traveling.\"

Hotel is too far from major tourists pots, but it is not an issue if you come with your own vehicle. Taxi is pricey in general. Staff are not overly warm, but they are polite. I find putting a smile over a strong accent/tone somehow makes the conversations a bit more pleasant. The room/hotel looks clean and smells clean. The staff were well groomed. Very prompt when it comes to concerns/requests. Our room so spacious. I like the modern design. Plenty of cabinets. The architectural design, staging of the room on the spot. The cleaning lady is fantastic. Overall, the hotel somehow found a way to promote their business making up for it's poor location. Highly recommend and will definitely consider this hotel if we come back to Milan.

Watch out bed condition before you pay!!

Upon check in the reception man surprised me that my reservation is cancelled ! I showed him on the app that reservation is active from.my side, he kept saying cancelled...later he gave me the room and i paid. Room was 2 twin beds( i mean 2 kids beds) unlike what i booked 1 king bed. Fortunatly my room was changed next day to king size bed but the only problem the mattress was damaged and never comfortable, so my sleeping was not good in all.stay 1 night on kid like bed + 2 nights on bad kind size bed. Hotel room is with no phone! If you need tooth brush you must go down and wait in queue to get 1 tooth brush. Usure how this hotel is 4 stars !! Reception ladies (not the check in man) were super nice and helpful honestly they made me feel good despite bad was bad and i was lucky that i didnt meet again the check in man who lacks any customer service and unfriendly. I will.come again but will.make.sure about bed condition before.i pay.

The property has anything that is needed for a short or longer stays, it is very clean and the staff is fantastic. We had a very long delay on the flight and we arrived there very late. Could not get good sleep during the stay because of noise from outside where the night staff and some people having loud talking and smoking, also noise from truck movements at the adjacent supermarket during night and early in the morning.
Breakfast normal, room can be cleaner.
No facilities in the hotel, cannot be a 4 star hotel.
Self laundry was closed because the maintenance staff was on holiday season which was very inconvenient.

Firstly this place is in the middle of nowhere behind a sort of budget grocery store, so you can’t really do much at night. It is immediately clear that this is a hotel used by airport transit travelers as the place was totally empty. The interiors seem to be designed to make sure that this whole place has zero personality. However the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Second, The hotel staff was unnecessarily rude about our checkin and made a fuss when we asked for an extra bed for our child even though this it very clearly stated in the reservation that we were 3 guests and suggested this room which we simply booked it. Breakfast was average.

Fantastic new hotel with great breakfast

This hotel is next to a large supermarket but otherwise out of the way of busy roads. The entire hotel is brand new and the room was quiet and well insulated against sound. It was also super clean and also has a good going aircon which isn’t too loud either. Naturally it comes with power shower and the rooms are fairly large too! The hotel has a large parking lot at the back of the hotel (free) and also an 8 Euro paid underground secure parking lot. Not sure why the underground one is chargeable but it’s not necessary, the one at the back is pretty secure, the entire area is safe.
The buffet breakfast is quite complete with a great cold cuts selection and the usual scrambled egg with sausages as warm selection. In addition, there are cereals, fresh fruit and a delectable selection of pastries and cakes! Delicious! We had a great time there!

Hotel has great access to Milan and the motorway network without being bothered by traffic noise. Area is slightly industrial but does not detract from the hotel. A large supermarket is 2 mins walk away for any forgotton essentials. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, and functional. The only thing missing is tea/coffee making facility which would have been useful.
The breakfast is well worth including as they do not stint on anything and it is a full range including gluten free if required.
I would stay here again.

Terrific hotel with very good staff. Front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even though the restaurant was closed the night we arrived, the bar was open and they had a surprising variety of snacks available for free for bar patrons. There is also a supermarket next door. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff worked hard during our meal to keep everything stocked. Free parking is limited to 7 spots outside the hotel (which is surrounded by a high fence and a secure gate that's closed at night), and parking under the hotel is 8 euros per night. The underground parking also has a secure gate and a nice wide entrance, so you need not worry about your car. The room was spacious and comfortable. I'm pretty sure it had a king-size bed also, because my GF and I seemed to have tons of space compared to most beds. The shower had a pleasant rainfall showerhead and a separate sprayer. The surrounding area isn't great for activities, but it's a short drive to many things, and it's very quiet even with the window open. The Novate Milanese metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Color me impressed.

The check in was quick and easy, the room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner which was reasonably priced but the food was not great - it seemed a bit like microwaved pasta and frozen pizza, but it wasn't terrible. However the breakfast the next morning was fantastic, they had a really great range. The local area isn't much to look at - there is just a supermarket and it's right next to the highway, but it wasn't noisy or anything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Domina this January! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The wifi was good (and free) and there was plenty of free parking in front of the hotel.
I would say the best part of the experience was the complimentary breakfast buffet - the hotel had everything you could imagine. I was very impressed.

The only reason I gave the hotel an overall 4 out of 5 rating is its location. The hotel is close to the highway if you are bringing your car but getting to the city centre takes a bit of time. The train station is about a 10 minute walk but the train that takes you into the city comes every 30 minutes so depending on your luck, your commute can take 45 mins to an hour. Having said that, once you get on the train, it is only a 10 minute ride to the castle. A suggestion would be to look up the train times in your room or ask the staff to look it up for you to plan around the 30 mins between trains.

Because the hotel is in a more suburban area there aren't too many restaurants in walking distance, the best thing is to take your car. We went to a pizzeria called Sacro e Profano (about 5 mins by car) twice during our stay and it was excellent and close to the hotel!

the hotel was close to rho milano fiera so that was good. the hotel had organised a bus to the fair everyday. the room was clean though the bed was not comfortable it was way to soft so had a back ache problem. the breakfast was good different meat, fruits, breads etc. the staff was nice except for one polish lady who at the reeption desk was rude, also overcharged us for the bus ride. it said euro 3 for one way trip and we took only one way trip two days but charged us euro 6 for a day. the only problem there is nothing close to this hotel like restsurants etc,so need to take train to cadorna 15 mins away for such options.

Good suburb hotel

Good suburb hotel –you will need a car stay at this hotel (too far away from the Milan North Railways station, Novate or Bollate, and from the Milan mass transit lines). The car parking is free though. Rooms are new, as December 2014, and efficient (BTW shower water pressure is great). The room cleanness can be improved.

Probably best deal in town if you have a car

Very good hotel - looks brand new, very good maintenance and very clean. In a walking distance (about 10 minutes) from a train which brings you in 15 minutes to Milan city center, for 1.7 Euros for each direction. Due to the free parking this hotel is probably the most cost effective solution for tourists with a car. The only problem is that the train comes every 30 minutes so you should better not miss it, like it happen us, 3 times in the same day... but the hotel itself is UNDER-priced! (we payed 66Euros for a weekend night during September 2014).
