Milan's nightmare

We stay a total of 4 nights, , ,the first two were above average. 3.5-4 stars, the room was in a good condition, there were a couple of minor repairs, that if fixed, it will have made it an excellent 4 stars room. We left for a week and returned for our secind two nights, but this time we were given a toom that was at the most a 2.5 start rating. The room was at the most 150 sq ft. We have asked for a triple room, so we got two single beds paired together and a rollaway bed that was very difficult to walk between beds. The bathroom was grossed molded and holes on the walls as if previous fixtures have been removed or exchanged by smaller or different type. The in-room mini bar was inoperable. When I asked the front desk to move to another room do to the room not being what i had expected, i was told that changing rooms was not possible, but that at least the minibar could be exchanged for a working one. But in order to have it exchanged, we must leave the room. We agreed to at least have a working fridge, but the new one was just as old that tooked all night to barely feel slightly cool. The staff offered ice buckets to keep our food and drinks cold, because apparantly, there were no other working fridges.
The hotel has a 4 star rating, someone should go back and update their review and recategorized them. You cannot advertise a 4 star hotel when only a few rooms are and the rest are a crapy place

Good staff - Tidy spaces and Comfortable stay

I stayed for Salone 2023 - made a booking in advance, many guests has shared their views of the property not clean and tidy, however my experience with the staff and stay was very good. Location is remote however its ideal if you are planning a business trip and have a rental car on hand - 2 ladies at the front /concierge were more than helpful in assisting with city tolls and other matters /inquiries. Over all - good stay in town and I plan to book them in future travels

location awkward. Staff awkward with kettle request for the room, but this was thankfully rectified by the chef, which made us happier.

Breakfast incredibly unsustainable, a lot of meat and dairy is provided- sad news for the animals and the planet. poor vegan options.

The hotel is avarage, the room was dirty and cleaning during the stay was not good.
Breakfast was with limited choice without any vegetables at all.

1. we were not given the proper name of the hotel , nor we have given the address of the hotel .we have straggled finding the hotel .
2. On arrival at the hotel , the reception ( a gentleman ) was very rude and very unhelpful.
3. The shower in our room had a blocked drainage we had to shower in a big peddle of water.
4. But the manager and the staff in the breakfast area in the morning were most nice, polite, and very very helpful.

Nice hotel in the industrial part of Milan / Baranzate. The location (important for me), and the staff were the positive signs of this property. However, it needs some little updates here and there. Bathroom shower in \"deluxe\" room probably had sliding door, which was lately replaced by $5 plastic curtain. Plumbing itself can be hear thru the drain - not the most pleasant sounds one wants to hear when sleeping. The TV has Italian language channels only, and out of 200+ channels listed, less than half of them were available.

If the only thing is business then I would not even rethink to book but unfortunately this hotel is like in middle of no where. Nothing is around. Even the taxi takes 20-25 to go to center.

The hotel claims to be a four star but it is a run down hotel. It does not have a gym or a deal with the local virgin active as advertised on the website. The breakfast is awful (eggs were black and bread was stale) and the staff were very unfriendly. No irons in rooms and no kettle in your room for tea and coffee. Also no places to eat nearby.

Very strong perfume smell in the room which gave us a headache, also the aircon doesn't work!!! Found an opened bottle of water in the fridge which was warm as the fridge didn't even work. This hotel is very far out from the city center. The receptionist told us the bus is a 100 meter walk from the hotel, when it is actually 500 m. The bus route to the city center is long and a cab from hotel cost minimum 40 euros. They told us if we want we could get a taxi from Rho station to our hotel There was not one taxi in sight at 10pm . Was a ghost town. Had to go to each stop on the train to find a taxi!! Rather pay a little extra and stay in the city.

The overall experience was very disappointing. Arriving in the room was greeted with not working air conditioning, after reporting the issue it was fixed few hours later. The room was in a bad condition with part of a mirror looking like its about to fall off. The request for a bath was not granted and only received a shower despite writing the request. The location is very bad far away from the train station around 45 min walk. If you decide to take a taxi to get there you might end up paying upwards of 20 euro. The restaurant menu was very disappointing consisted of just 4 main meals some of which wasn't even served when asked for. The breakfast was very bad, most of the things looked dried up and out of date. At night the main street was filled with prostitutes, would not recommend going to this hotel.

The hotel is situated on a motorway. No city view.

The hotel is very far from milan have to take a fast train then hotel is a 28 minute walk from train station. The road the hotel is situated on has loads of prostitues.

I had an \"superior double room\" the standard cheaper room looked better than the more expensive room.

The room air conditioner did not work. The front desk said they adjusted the temperature but it still did not work. The restaurant staff was wonderful and they gave us a compete tray glass of champagne. We were extremely happy with our meal. Breakfast was also wonderful--the best we found in Italy!

Walking distance to supermarket and Jap Restaurant

The hotel location is quite remote, more than 10km from the city centre. We were self-driving so it was ok to us. Free basement parking. Room was clean and the shower water was really hot. They give 2 free drinking water bottle everyday.

Excellent hotel, extremely nice staff, was first put on the 8th floor, which was the only room on that floor. It was next to the Bar they have, so you could imagine the music and loud noises, asked to be moved, staff was very cooperative. They moved me to another floor. It was much calmer and nicer, the blinds would close all the way which made the room completely dark, which i loved. Excellent hotel and management!

I have stayed in countless hotels in Europe and by those standards, this hotel falls short. Used bottled water left in room by previous occupant, excessive noises all night long, inconsistent hot water, moldy shower stall, and indifferent staff. There are other hotels around the area of the Rho Fiera that may be a much better value.

Good place to stay for the Expo. The shuttle driver was very accommodating and best of all on time. They did have limited hours for the shuttle but the hours worked out well. I don't know if they can do it all the time but they even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Good breakfast with lots of options. Only downside is there is not much around the hotel. There is a grocery store a short walk away from the hotel though.

The hotel was comfortable and close to exhibition centre . But the Resturant was poor .
Breakfast buffet was poor , no bread available at 9.15, when the hot food was gone , they refused to cook more .
The terrace Resturant had no menu available , offered to cook anything we wanted but the reality was they had very little available . Just some grilled chicken and lettace. Dessert was either a pineapple or ice cream but not both ! Disappointed with the food .

Monza F1 weekend

We stayed here for the Monza F1 weekend as we needed to find a hotel for three consecutive nights. The hotel in itself is fine, standard 3 star facilities and services. Rooms were clean and no real problems. Breakfast was good, buffet style and was included in the room rate. The dinner menu was a little sparse but food OK, the house wine good value but I would definitely recommend the Italian restaurant about 500 yards up the main street, which we were informed about by the Reception.

The main issue with the hotel is location, especially getting into town via the Metro. The nearest station was about 2 -3 km away, not really walkable due to the motorway layout and the taxi fare was something around €25 - 30 one way. On Saturday when coming back to the hotel, there were no cabs available at any of the local stations, presumably as the areas is more geared around a working week / industrial basis.

Overall, OK place to stay, but if you are sightseeing in Milan I would pay the extra and stay in town.

Modern hotel at the gas station

The hotel is only 3 years old and has all the modern conveniences. beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, updated lighting and gorgeous bathrooms. The hotel breakfast was over the top with fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and cappuccinos. The only oddity is where sit is located. You have to drive through a gas station to get to the parking lot and just across the street is some sort of power plant. I would stay here again -- convenient location for flying out of MXP airport.

After being stranded at the local train station the hotel staff came in their own car to pick us up as there were no taxis. Nothing was too much bother for the staff, who were helpful and spoke pretty good English. The breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were returned to pristine condition every day. The one drawback and the reason I wouldn't recommend it is that it is no where near any public transport links. It is not possible to walk to them,but if you have a car then the location is fine for either getting into Milan or going North.

In the same parking lot as a gas station and auto repair.
Room very bland uncomfortable brd and pillow. Broken toilet paper holder. No ventilation they said it was giving them problems but they managed to turn it on when asked but they set the temperature so most likely they are controlling costs this way. Breakfast is pitiful, almost everything gone by 8:30AM. Poor quality of food for breakfast. In all fairness dinner on the 8th floor restaurant was fresh and done right and service was very good. Unfortunately not close to being enough for me to recommend.

This is a fairly new hotel and as such, the rooftop solarium wasn't completed. No informational pamphlets in our room or suggested tours to take. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. But deep in my heart I don't think I could recommend staying here. The location is not within walking distance of anything other than a very nice supermarket. No restaurants, no bus service, nothing. The staff called for a taxi for us but it was almost 20 euros to the train station. We discovered we were overcharged---imagine that---when a different taxi service took us from the train station to the hotel via a shorter route and it was 13 euros. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and kind. Our first night when we discovered there was nowhere to eat close by, the chef prepared spaghetti for us. There is supposed to be a nightly buffet upstairs in the bar, but that didn't happen any night we were there. If this hotel provided regular meals, provided information about things to do, and had a less expensive taxi service, it would be okay to stay here.

Weekend stay

This hotel is in an industrial area on the outskirts of Milan. The area is being developed for Expo 2015. We went there for the Grand Prix. Unless you have a car it is very hard to get to it on public transport and even more difficult to get to Monza. Having said that the hotel is brand new and as you would expect looks very good. The room cleaning was first class. The staff were the best hotel staff I have come across for a long time. The owner and his manager spoke good English and couldn't do enough for you and the Deputy Manager Roberto even drove us and came and picked us up from Monza which was 25km away because we were stuck on how we were going to get there. That to me is first class service. The breakfast was very good continental and plenty of it and they serve some food at night too and they even ordered a pizza and got it delivered for us. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is new and spotless. Location is good if you drive and need to reach around Milan, since close to Highway. Malpensa airport around 40 mins away. Bergamo around 50 mins away.
Hotel include free bottled water, free WIFI. Breakfast was OK, selection not too big but sufficient. Stuff was helpful and friendly.

Camera: La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa a sufficienza e ben dotata di tutto il necessario.

Colazione: Purtroppo una grande delusione. La colazione era prevista fino alle 10:00, ma quando siamo arrivati alle 09:10 al buffet erano rimasti soltanto un piccolo cornetto, un pezzo di torta e dell’acqua. Nessun pane, uova, altri cornetti, torte o affettati. Abbiamo chiesto più volte quando sarebbe stato rifornito il buffet e la risposta è stata sempre “tra 5 minuti”, ma l’unica cosa aggiunta è stata un po’ di salame che, essendo incinta, non potevo consumare. Dopo la quarta richiesta ci è stato semplicemente detto che la colazione terminava alle 10:00. Troviamo questa risposta inaccettabile, considerando che eravamo presenti già da 40 minuti senza poter fare colazione. Nel complesso, il servizio colazione è stato pessimo e assolutamente non all’altezza.

A mio avviso l'unica pecca potrebbe essere la difficoltà nel raggiungere la struttura con i mezzi pubblici in tarda serata, in quanto posizionata fuori dal centro.

Unfortunately, not at all a 4-star level

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a good experience. Here are some points that stood out negatively:

Condition of the Hotel: The overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The furniture was old and worn out, some of it in a state of disrepair.

Room Furnishings: The furnishings were extremely sparse and there was no decoration, making the room very uncomfortable. Additionally, the mattresses were hard as boards and there were far too few power outlets.

Bathroom: The interior bathroom had no ventilation, leading to an unpleasant condition.

Service: On the first day, one room was missing towels, and on the second day, the other room had no towels. Additionally, the rooftop terrace was closed, even though we had been looking forward to it. The floor was dirty, and dust bunnies were dancing behind the door. On the balcony of one of the rooms, there were still empty beer bottles from the previous guests.

Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was extremely annoying as it had to be reset every time we left the room.

Breakfast Reservation: Even though we had paid for breakfast in advance, our reservation was missing. This led to unnecessary discussions at check-in, which the incompetent staff member could not resolve.

All in all, this hotel was not a good choice. We have been to Milan many times, but we certainly will not book this hotel again.

Hotel con chinches cinas

Chinches Asiáticas en la habitación, me dicen que no se tiene que abrir la ventana. Que hagan una desinfeccion de plagas. Me cambiaron de habitación y no había. Horible.

Convenable juste pour une nuit de transit mais l’environnement n’est pas très agréable,
Le rooftop était fermé à 17h jusqu’au lendemain. La chambre était propre et jolie mais la salle de bain en très mauvais état : il y avait dû y avoir un dégât des eaux non réparé, le sol gondolait, les murs pas très propres et à peine peints.... Bref suffisant pour une nuit mais pas plus....!
Attention : il est indiqué sur le site de reservation qu’il y a une piscine mais ce n’est pas le cas!

Personale cordiale. Colazione da migliorare

Ero già stato in questo albergo prima del cambio di insegna e prima del covid. Siamo passati da una incredibile colazione continentale ad una colazione estremamente misera, inaccettabile anche ai tempi del Covid.

L'hotel è situato in zona strategica tra varie arterie autostradali. Il personale cordiale e disponibile, le camere sono ampie e pulite, il soggiorno confortevole. Ottimo per lavoro

Provare per credere!

Riportato come 4 stelle.... Anche no! Esterni bene, ma poi quando si arriva in camera... dolenti note! Una camera organizzata male; tanto spazio senza poterlo utilizzare al meglio. Il bagno vorrebbe essere \"piccante\" (quando ci si fa la doccia, una vetrata divide dalla camera!); abbiamo trovato questa soluzione per la coppia anche altrove, ma molto ben fatta: luci diffuse, colorate e, specialmente, comunque, una tenda che poteva dividere la visuale; in quanto se di notte ci si alza per i propri bisogni, accendendo la luce del bagno si illumina tutta la camera e comunque la \"privacy\" non è proprio riguardata! La doccia è obbligata dall'alto: per le donne che hanno i loro problemi con i capelli, potete ben capire; inoltre vasca di materiale troppo scivoloso.
Al mattino abbiamo dovuto chiedere lo yogurt: un quattro stelle?
Per il garage ci hanno chiesto la targa: ma se poi non fanno rispettare le dovute maniere per parcheggiare... anarchia!
Mia moglie ha chiesto un ago e filo... niente! Un quattro stelle?
Per ultimo: spero che mettano a posto la zona solarium/palestra/piscina: così com'è, meglio tenerla chiusa; si fa più figura.

Bella struttura, personale gentilissimo, colazione ottima, pulizia camere davvero eccellente, vista balcone spettacolare, personale pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema!
Unici problemi (almeno nella nostra camera) il parquet nel bagno accanto alla doccia rovinato e alzato (colpa dei clienti maleducati che quando si fanno la doccia allagano tutto il bagno sapendo anche che nel pavimento c'è il parquet), frigo che non funzionava, luce comodino e spalliera del letto fulminate. Ma ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
