Hotel located about 20 minutes from city center by bus or tram, excellent connections and frequencies.
Staff is the best, super friendly, attentive and helpfull. The rooms are very, very spacious with comfortable beds.
Breakfast, loads of choice. All fresh with a large variety of fresh good quality produce.

Spotted an empty glass of drinking water in our initial room without a bathtub. We booked a room with bathtub and was subsequently given another room. The staff who handled our check in was really casual with us when we pointed out the issues and his attitude really surprised me. Other than that, everything else was great.

Milán Suite Hotels is one of those hotels I gladly recommend as the go-to hotel for anyone staying in Milan. The suite is pretty nice, clean, with a bigger than average bathroom with a big linebacker size bathtub. All the employees I interacted with were nice. Hidden charges. Avoid this hotel

Hotel was nice however they took a £100 charge on booking in to pay back on departure. Any items used would be taken from this money. We ate one bag of crisps which were less than 4 euros and for some reason i got charged £25. Room was comfy enough but i wouldnt stay here again

Upon arriving I had realized I had been here 2 years ago and was disappointed at the time. It was going through renovation then, but was very surprised to see how wonderful it turned out now. The junior suite has a great zen feeling with a spa tub and shower with a little garden patio.

From the wonderful greeting and check-in, to the perfect recommendation for dinner, to the very best shower, to the excellent and extensive dinner, this hotel was AWESOME! The private patio was icing on the cake. They leven et us srore our luggage the last day so we could go exploring Milan. If youre staying anywhere else in Milan besides the Milan Suites Hotel, you're missing out on a great experience.

I booked Milan Suite Hôtel because the listing made it seem like the main attractions; the Duomo, Cathedral, and San Siro Stadium, were just 10 minutes away. That’s absolutely misleading. In reality, these places are at least a 40-minute drive, and getting around by Uber will cost you €60+ each way.

The same goes for the airport: they claim it’s 30 minutes away, but it’s closer to 50 minutes, costing about €100. This was a huge disappointment, because location and accessibility were the main reasons we booked.

On top of that, the service was very nonchalant and far from welcoming.

The only positives are that the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are spacious. But honestly, what’s the point of a nice room if the location and service completely ruin the experience?

Poor breakfast Buffett, both days the counters were mostly empty when I asked if more food was coming they said it was still being made. They didn’t honour the room upgrade even though they were showing availability. The kettle wasn’t working in the room, no hair dryer and when I told them they would take over an hour to resolve. Very disappointed as I booked this because it was VIP so very misleading.

Very wonderful large rooms def get a balcony room!

This hotel is wonderful..the room was fantastic…large, stylish..clean..Comfortable..and I can definitely recommend getting a room on the first floor with its huge private balcony. Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. Very quiet residential neighborhood…I really enjoyed it

My wife and I recently stayed at Milan Suite Hotel and had a wonderful experience, a perfect mix of comfort, style, and calm after long days exploring the city.

We highly recommend booking the suite with the garden. it’s absolutely worth it. Having that private little outdoor space made our mornings and evenings feel extra relaxing, especially with a coffee or glass of wine in hand. It really adds a peaceful touch you don’t often get in a city hotel.

The room itself was spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated with modern finishes. The bed was super comfortable, and the rain shower was a nice luxury. One thing to note, the TVs in the room aren’t smart TVs. But the hotel does offer a USB-C/Lightning to HDMI converter if you want to connect your phone. That said, they only have a limited amount, so if you’re planning to stream movies or shows, I’d recommend bringing a Roku, Fire Stick, or even your game console.

Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and we loved sitting in the quiet courtyard to start our day. The location is outside of the main tourist hustle, which made it feel like a true escape, but it was still easy to reach the city center by tram or taxi.

All in all, Milan Suite Hotel was a great choice for our trip. Stylish, peaceful, and just the right amount of luxury, we’ll definitely be back.

Great hotel, good breakfast, very nice accommodation albeit the outside furniture of our room was starting to look quite worn. Very friendly staff and had an excellent front desk lady that was very helpful and directed us to 3 great restaurants The hotel is a bit out of the way to central Milano however easy retrain and bus connections. The maintenance staff should trim all of the weed growth against the street curb next to the hotel. You have a beautiful and modern structure and right out at the front sidewalk there are weeds growing half a meter tall.

The accommodation was excellent. Very spacious, clean and well maintained.

We did not have the breakfast option as we were out early each day, so can’t comment on that.

You can get public transport nearby into the centre or easily get an uber.

There was a lovely cafe nearby for morning coffee and fresh pastries, which served dinner in the evening. The staff were amazing and the prices reasonable. A good sign that the locals used it. It was called Nuovo Fiore - as you step out of the hotel turn right and walk down for about 5 minutes and it’s on the other side of the street on the corner.

There were a couple of local shops nearby for supplies (there is a fridge and microwave in the room) although we found our fridge temperature not to really chill anything.

We stayed in one of the Junior Patio suites aka Naked Suites and it was probably one of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The oriental theme with bamboo hanging rails for clothes, and wall coverings was beautiful and in some way soothing bringing a sense of a natural outdoor organic environment inside the room. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable giving excellent restaurant recommendations within easy walking distance of the hotel, our favourites being L'Immagine Bistrot and Onda da Gusto Pizzeria. The shower and bathroom facilities were fabulous, including bidet, the shower had 3 settings, waterfall, rainshower.and handheld shower. The housekeeping were efficient and thorough every night of our 3 nts stay. I truly cannot find fault with anything, top marks to The Milan Suite hotel.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean and extremely comfortable. We bought the breakfast each morning and it was more than worth the money. The restaurants that they recommended and the extra little perks, such as wine glasses and a cork screw for the patio, umbrellas to use, and the easy in and out service in the garage made this a place that I will come back to on my next trip to Italy.

We chose this hotel because it advertised as close to San Siro stadium and we were in town for an AC Milan game. It was not close, so we opted to stay at a different hotel the night of the game.

That aside, the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions, offer assistance, etc. Itvis not situated in or near the city center, so it was quiet, and public transportation was within walking distance and fairly easy to navigate.

The room was a nice size and was cosy and modern. They offered WiFi pucks and power banks for free, which we took advantage of on our day trip to Lake Como. That was a major perk for us.

This is an excellent hotel for a great price, but it's in a non-central location. If you're prepared for a short commute to central Milan, it's worth using. The surrounding area isn't great. The Staff are fabulous and the breakfast is amazing. I'd book here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early after a long flight. They also gave me a bottle of wine and some snacks. The breakfast was good, the hot food wasn't very hot but there were a lot of choices. Overall, my room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

As a VIP I would have expected a better location. Outside my window was a dirty gas station and graffiti all over the buildings, no light outside of my junior suite the entire 5 days and I addressed it on the first day, same breakfast everyday, elevator slow, My bed was not the same as in the pic. It was low to the ground and it squeaked. Tub was TOO long. Location is around 25 30 minutes away from Duomo. Taxi would have cost $150 one way. We rented a car for 5 days for $150. I feel like the reviews are fake. This was definitely a 3 star not a 4 or 5. I would not recommend.
