Comfortable and clean accomodation, great location for accessing city centre and san siro stadium. Also on site parking was v helpful for an early morning drive to Malpensa airport. Staff were very helpful even after we left, when I thought we’d lost an important item, I contacted the hotel and they made every effort to find it (turned out it was actually buried in our suitcase all along, but I was v impressed at the effort they made)

Nice place near the conference center

I came to Milan for a conference, and the hotel was well located for that (just a block away from the conference center and a metro stop). The hotel was clean and everything worked in the room, and the staff was helpful at checkin and very friendly. One minor negative: there was some road noise and wind-related noise during a storm that woke me up at night. Earplugs worked great but were unnecessary most nights.

Enjoyed my short stay here in early November. The location was fantastic for my needs as the hotel is just 2 mins walk to the closest Metro station and 20 mins walk to the San Siro stadium.
I found the hotel itself clean and presentable but is starting to show it's age a little in places. My room was spacious and had everything required for a short stay. There was a comfortable bed, ample fresh towels, plenty of storage options, a really handy small fridge/minibar, good WiFi, and more than enough plugs/charging points. The bathroom in my room would benefit from refurbishment, the shower was very slow to drain and the whole bathroom a little tired and rough around the edges.
The staff I encountered were very helpful and multilingual which was big help as an English speaker with a limited Italian vocabulary.
Overall I found the hotel to be as expected for the number of stars and price per night. Not outstanding but not bad either. Would stay again.

The room was good - beds were clean and comfortable and we didn’t need much else since we were only staying for one night.
In the evening it was pretty noisy as some people on our floor met up in the hallway and had a get together in one of the rooms.

Super nice staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. They have a little store in the lobby for cold drinks and snacks which we appreciated. They are close to the metro to ride to the center of Milan. We are traveling by bicycle and this hotel had secure parking for them.

Fine - but the AC wasn't enough

it was fine. but the AC settings in the room don't actually lower the AC. It was 90 degrees in Milan and our room felt like it was 85 degrees, even though the setting was much lower.

Shower is dirty, old and moldy; and not draining
Asked to switch room, was told not available until the second night. In the morning I was told to wait around. We had a full tour schedule, so I asked to fix the shower drain instead. But when we returned at night, the shower was still not fixed. So I had to take shower in the pool of dirty water. All the clerks at the reception desk for all the days, don’t care about this inconvenience and problem. HORRIBLE HOTEL

The bathroom appears to have been designed by a stylist. The open shower gets water on the floor, and there is no floor drain. There is no soap dish in the shower which is absolutely required to hold the soap, shampoo and conditioner. There were very few places to hang the bath towels and nowhere to hang the hand towels and face clothes.

There were no USB charging ports, which are essential for a business hotel.

There were only Italian TV channels, which is inappropriate for a business hotel.

AKA Mini Hotel (That's their name)

No frills hotel that is clean and relatively close to San Siro stadium, without being too close to San Siro stadium :) (About a thirty minute walk). Close to Portello metro. Please note that the name of the hotel as it shows on the street is \"mini hotel\" and not B and B Hotel Milan Portello. That caused some confusion especially as Apple maps shows them as two separate hotels. They have a little store on the ground floor that isn't really overpriced where you can buy drinks and snacks, and hygiene products - loved that! Sadly, our tv didn't work - no connection to channels and the streaming, so we had to watch Eurovision on my Ipad. That was sad.

Good for a short stay

Very friendly staff, bedroom has been refurbished (bathroom a bit dated), TV has some German channels as well. Breakfast is really good. Close to the Portello Metro station and a 10min walk to a shopping center with supermarket and many food outlets.

Hard uncomfortable beds, noisy area and even with windows shut you can still hear loud noises outside of the traffic and horns going off all the time. Building site opposit that works through the night!!

Hotel is in good location for the metro however if you want to stay for the football game at San siro it's just 5 mins away using the underground

This is generally a business hotel best for people with meetings nearby or visiting the convention centre. Not much around of note except a few bars and restaurants. Fine for a brief stop over but you get what you pay for. The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome.

The Hotel was overall pretty fine. Room is very small and less than basic I would say; no coffee, no iron, no space. Was clean and bed was ok. Breakfast was great and the front desk was either nice and helpful or terrible attitude and rude (depending on the guy there).

Nice hotel near the metro

Good breakfast, nice rooms, located near two metro stations and close to Milan convention centre. A few stops to Expo and a few stops to city centre (the same line). A couple of good restaurants nearby (de peppino, carne y pesce). Overall, not very expensive for a memorable stay in Milan.

Clean, basic and convenient for MiCo

The hotel is extremely convenient for the MiCo congress centre as it is only a short walk. The public areas of the hotel are modern and stylish but the rooms are a little dated and could use a re-furb. The staff are extremely helpful and always willing to assist you in anyway. It's worth noting that there is no restaurant or room service, the mini-bar is quite limited and there is only a very small bar in the foyer. I would definitely use this hotel again.

\"minimal\", clean, reasonable price

It was a clean hotel, with friendly staff, a very good free internet connection, close to M1 metro station which makes access to all Milan's attractions very easy. Considering its location close to the city center, and its 4 stars I think the price is also reasonable. However, if you are searching for luxury, this is not your option. All things at this hotel are clean, function-able, and minimal and there is no luxury. Remember that this is a MiniHotel.

Hotel close to San Siro

We stayed here for one night because we would like to find a hotel closer to San Siro. It is 25 mins walk distance, and it is so good that you no need to squeeze to railway station after the match. Surrounding area is quiet but looks safe. High value in terms of good price and if you are looking for a place to stay close to
San Siro, this is your choice!

An average hotel for a lot of money

Think premier inn but without an up to date room or tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were functional, clean and averagely maintained. But it felt like a mid range (at best) budget hotel for a lot of money. If you're in town for one night then it's OK. I wouldn't plan a long stay though. The one upside is the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They exceeded expectations at every opportunity.

Good for business travellers.

Clean and comfortable (but quite small) room, free wifi access (reasonable speed) and a fair selection on the breakfast buffet (no hot food). No restaurant in hotel, but a reasonable trattoria up the road and a supermarket not far away. Easy access to public transport (Lotto metro station) to get into central Milan.
Not really suitable for a holiday/sightseeing, but more than good enough for someone looking for somewhere to stay while on business.

Nice breakfast but poor sound proofing ruins sleep

The hotel looks quite plain from the outside but is fairly modern inside.

The good points included the extensive breakfast buffet and the modern room.

The major bad point for me was the connecting door in my room. As a solo female traveller I always find it unsettling to have a connecting door in my room and this was made worse by the person next door returning at 1am and the realisation that there was no sound proofing so I could hear every noise from their room for the next hour, as though the door was open. Not what I needed before an important meeting the next day.

My advice, make sure your room does not have a connecting door before you check in to ensure you get a good nights sleep.

No luxury here, but an adequate place to stay for a cheap rate. Poor soundproofing between rooms and between rooms and hallway. But it worked out ok, except for when we wanted to sleep later than 9. the front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
No roomservice, but restaurants w/takeaway are within 100 metres.

Only real thing to recommend it is its location and excellent front desk staff

Good location if attending the congress centre and very friendly and helpful front desk. Wireless internet connection good and reliable. Large safe.
Room was grubby, old, dark, and desperately needing renovation. It had a mouldy shower, blankets and cover on bed (rather than duvet), and thin uncomfortable pillows. Was quite large, though. Continental breakfast was ok - not brilliant, but acceptable.
Way overpriced. Very poor value for money.

This hotel is in the Fiera district and close to San Siro stadium. As a business location for the Fiera or for footie fans it is just fine. It is not in a tourist location but the Duomo centre is only about 20 minutes away on the underground. For my business /conference purposes it was ideal.

Perfect for the San Siro and the staff were extremley helpful, giving us advice on how to get to the ground, where to get a take-away and also ringing nearby restaurants and booking us tables. The hotel was very clean and the foyer was really nice. Breakfast was vast and the hotel rooms were very clean.

La chambre était insuffisamment préparée, absence de bouteilles d'eau, frigo vide, absence de consommables dans la salle de bain et notamment réservoir de savon vide dans la douche...
Réponse de l'accueil, \"vous auriez dû demander\", il est évident que le timing est un peu juste quand le matin on s'aperçoit sous la douche qu'il n'y a pas de savon !
A noter que par ailleurs, il manquait une grille sur la porte de la salle de bain (trou béant en bas de porte).

Hotel discreto, sarebbe più corretta una classificazione a 3 stelle anziché a 4. Costo del pernottamento elevato, in linea con gli standard milanesi. Camera pulita, ma insonorizzazione insufficiente: si sentivano distintamente gli ospiti della camera adiacente che parlavano con tono normale. Buona la colazione a buffet. Personale gentile.

Muiito boa localização, o atendimento, a limpeza, o conforto, banheiro/chuveiro, tudo ótimo! Não usei o serviço de café da manhã, mas sei que é possível incluir pagando uma taxa de 9€. É mto próximo da estação Portello da linha roxa do metrô, parada de ônibus de diversas incluindo de serviço de Hop on hop off da empresa city-sightseeing.

Ideal für Kurztrip mit kleinem Budget

地下鉄から徒歩1分、アリアンツクラウドに徒歩で行けること、日本で言うビジネスホテルと同等クラスを探していたことから選んだ。受付、朝食、清掃全てのスタッフが親切で、笑顔の挨拶が良い。贅沢ではないが清潔で居心地の良いシングルルーム、写真通り。道路側で眺望は期待していなかったが、8階の窓からシティライフの3つのビルの夜景も朝焼けも綺麗だった。シャワーの水の出は強くはないが普通。排水は問題なし。トイレの水量も問題なし。寒くなる時期だけど部屋の中は暖かった。朝食は野菜が少なめ、スープはなかったけど、シリアルもパンも種類充分、自分で絞るオレンジジュースが美味しかった。ハムもチーズもあったので満足。次も利用したい。

Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet während dem 1days Festival. Check-In am Display war sehr einfach und schnell. Zimmer hat den Erwartungen entsprochen und war sehr sauber. Personal wirkte sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Gesamthaft eine sehr gute Unterkunft, die ich nur weiter empfehlen kann.

Unser Aufenthalt in Milano war sehr angenehm und sicher. Das Hotel ist mit der Metro gut zu erreichen, sei es vom Bahnhof oder auch dem Dom. Auf Fragen und Anmerkungen wird eingegangen. Unser Gepäck konnten wir mach Check out noch dort lassen. Check in war auch problemlos und schneller als angedacht. Wir waren vorher angekommen, sodass wir nur bisschen in der Lobby warten mussten. Das Frühstück würde ich auch empfehlen. Es ist simpel, sättigend und lecker. Ggf. könnte man ein ticken mehr auf die Hygiene der Bettwäsche achten. Sonst top und gerne wieder.
