Cheap and clean. Rooms are a bit dated but functional .
Nice Breakfast are ,and very helpful staff. I used this hotel as a stop for a Milan game, 35 minutes walk to the San Siro. Taxi's are best to get around to the city centre as a heads up.

short three day stay. bedroom a little basic but as to be expected. My only criticism would be that the bed was too firm. Bathroom was far better than I could have hoped - very nice indeed. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels - excellent service.
Breakfast was outstanding.
Overall this hotel deserves a higher rating than three stars!

We had two rooms for two nights though we only managed to stay one night as had to check in to another hotel our experience was so bad. The photos are not true. Right from the start we experienced a rude man at reception. The aircon didn’t work in both rooms, doors banging throughout the night our door not locking properly so we had to barricade the door with bags. When we complained there was no help so we just left and booked another hotel

I went to milan for the football had a great time at in the city and at the hotel. Except for when we were leaving i asked the receptionist to get us a airport transfer and me and my friend got absolutely scammed got charged 70 euros for a taxi i am convinced that the hotel works with certain taxi driver to make money off you. Bare in mind i spent 30 euros on a taxi when i got to the airport to the hotel. I understand sometimes for a airport transfer that there is some sort of fee but a 40 euro difference is ridiculous.

Quaint property. I saved money here and was nice enough, but far away from city central. I had to taxi everywhere and the dining in the area was more ethnic than Italian. You would need to walk a bit or taxi to do that

Awful, we were given our key card and went up to the room. Walked in and walked straight back out. The place was completely run down. The power cut 3 times while we were in the room, no power slot for the key card like most hotels. The room was nothing like what we had booked and what was on the pictures, no window (fake window) even know it says view. Stains everywhere and very dirty. Bedding look awful. Didn’t even bother trying it as knew it would give me back problems all weekend. Poor location, not advertised correctly. Do not use this place as it was a lie. We want a full refund as we didn’t stay in the place. Will show pictures of our room and what we were meant to have.

The staff made up for location and limited comfort. It's a residential area with limited parking. Used the private parking next door for $25 euro for the night. Walked to nearby bodega to grab items we didn't bring. There is a Lidl supermarket close by but everything thing else is far.

Ok hotel, pricey for being so far out of main town. Good easy transport links into town though. Aircon in room was a joke and only had one setting which didn't cool the air, just blew it round. TV didn't auto connect to hotel network so screen casting was a pain. Fridge wasn't really cold at all. Breakfast selection was great with plenty of fresh, healthy, choices. Staff always present 24hrs so safe and pleasant. Just a little far from town. Chinese restaurant two doors down was amazing!

The beds at extremely uncomfortable, but its clean and the staff is kind enough. The wifi is very weak.
There is an excellent restaurant on the nearby corner. Excellent proximity to public transport.
The accessibility ramp is treacherous going into and out of the building. I almost killed myself taking my stroller down it.

It was just alright. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to do what they could to help us. But the area was not the best. We were pretty far from the city center so there wasn’t much to do around us. The rooms were not soundproofed at all, you could hear any and all conversations going on in the rooms around you. The room was dingy and felt dirty, but I didn’t actually see any issues with cleanliness. It just felt dark. Breakfast was pretty terrible, and not worth the daily fee. Overall we were pretty unhappy and I would’ve expected to pay less for the experience. Regardless, the staff was very nice and helpful and I don’t want to discredit that. Next time I would definitely pay the extra money to stay closer to the city center and possibly have airport transportation. It cost 150 euros to get from the hotel to the airport at 3:30am via taxi.

Easy enough to get around, trains trams and buses all accessible.
Bar was advertised but not open during our stay which we didnt find out until arrival. Hotel was noisy most of the time and tv was intermittent, tea and coffee in rooms but no milk provided.

Hotel was fine, personnel at the counter were helpful and resourceful.

Used it mostly just to sleep. Room did not look like picture. It was more bare and older. It had a small fridge which was fine and we did not use the TV.

The bed was very stiff, and bedding was limited to a drape. There was a small added blanket available in closet. The AC didn't really cool the room and we had to open windows which could not fully open as the wardrobe was in the way.

The worst about the room was the bathroom. Some tiles are falling off and towel/soap fixtures aren't properly fixed to walls. The shower is the smallest shower we have seen in our life's with a door that doesn't work properly. It's hard to understand why the shower is barely 60x60cm when they had room to put a bidet.

Despite this, I was mostly satisfied because of the price and how easy it was to purchase bus pass and catch trams or bus going downtown. There's a few cafes and gelato places within a few minutes of walking and Stefano's restaurant was really good and affordable.

The hotel staff are helpful and they speak English well. The room was clean and they provide daily room service. The Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and the hallway and the speed was good. The hotel is away from the touristic area but it is near to the bus and tram stations and you can purchase the tickets from the front desk and there are many shops around to get what you need. I did not go around at night so I do not know how safe it was at night.Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

Good hotel for a low cost stay in Milan

Great service from the reception staff, rooms serviced daily - good level of cleanliness. Perfect location for a tram stop which can take you all over Milan on the Number 1 or 14 tram. It would also be possible to walk into central Milan within 1hr or so with lots to see on the way. The local area wasn't great but this wasn't an issue for us as we always got the tram into more central Milan.

This is a great hotel with quick access to central Milan sights and activities. There are some restaurants nearby and a tram that will take you into Milan Center. The customer service was excellent at this hotel, even going the extra mile to help me check in for a Venice flight and print out boarding passes. Grazie!!

The hotel is close to the bus stop for the Malpensa shuttle and the staff gave excellent directions to find the hotel. the room is clean and comfortable. walls are a bit thin but no real noise issues. The desk staff in particular were very friendly and helpful. Getting into the centre is easy and you can buy tram/bus tickets at the desk.

Had to change room as it had a stuffy smell. They were able to do that the next day, but drainage smell in 2nd room bathroom.

The staff at the hotel were great, they made sure we found what we needed around the neighborhood and answered any questions we had. The room and bathroom were very accomodating. The blinds can shut completely to black out the room if we wanted to sleep in. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to the center and back.

Milan on a budget

This hotel is fantastic if you just want a base to come back to at night. The staff are fantastic and only too pleased to offer assistance. Adrian on the front desk spoke perfect english and could even understand my scouse accent. The hotel customer service was excellent and offered extra free toiletries, tea/ coffee machine Iron etc if asked for.The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Even though we only stayed for 2 nights the maids cleaned the room and changed the towels/linen each day. The only bad points were the rooms are not soundproof and if someone is watching the tv in the next room you would be able to hear it, the Wifi was a bit hit and miss the signal strength was at times poor.The neighbour it is located in is not the most scenic .At reception you can purchase transport tickets for the excellent Milan transport system . There is a tram stop 100m down the road and this beautiful tram (no 1 every 10 mins) will take you into the heart of Milan in 30 mins or a metro station in 5. The San Siro stadium is close and very easy to get to by metro. In summary the hotel is spotless, good food, friendly and good location to access the city.

The neighborhood is minus as you will not be able to find decent food and vibrant nightlife around. Apart from that, the hotel service and room cleanliness are fine. The hotel is more suitable for a short business trip where all you need is just a place to lay down after your work day.

Too expensive for the money we spent!

I travelled with my husband and our 2 years old baby girl. We spent in Europe 3 weeks, most of the times in 3 star hotels. Unfortunately this hotel was not a good choice. We arrived at night, the area was not very nice. During day time it's just ok. but not at night. To get into the hotel from the sidewalk there are stairs, plus a ramp which is extremely incline too use it with a baby stroller...and I can't imagine anyone with a wheel chair using it! It is not even comfortable to use it for carrying the luggage...So we carried all our luggage plus the baby inside using stairs. Then the elevator was too small for the 3 of us to get into it. And too old and slow as well. We wanted to have dinner as it was late we thought about room service or having something at the restaurant or cafeteria. But they only serve breakfast, so it was not possible. The breakfast was included, again it was just ok. We asked for cream cheese but they did not have. No fresh fruits or scrambled eggs. Just the basic. The bathroom had a shower that again was not comfortable at all, no plastic curtain or glass, there was a kind of metal closing separating it front he bathroom, Did not work well, all the floor was wet after shower. If we had payed 100d a night or less, may be I would not mention all this issues, but we spent 335d x 2 nights,and they charged us 16 euros tax charges x room or something like that at check out. Finally I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

If you love Video Slots

The neighborhood is filled with cheap gambling 'houses' and it is a long tram ride to the 'city'. Desk staff was okay, but they didn't extend themselves. They were just putting in the time.

This hotel is outside the city center but is easily reachable by tram which is a 5minute walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful in giving us information on how to get around the city and what to see. They have a map they give you and you can buy the tram tickets from the front desk. Bedrooms are a bit small but not unusual for Europe. WIFI Internet connection was no trouble. Breakfast is basic but everyone can find something to eat

We fully enjoyed our stay at this hotel.Great location to use public transportation. Bus to the center of Milan is right in front of the hotel. Train is only 3 blocks away as well as the tram. Free WIFI in our room, bathroom has been renovated so it looks nice. Triple room a bit tight with 3 suitcases. Good breakfast also. I booked it because of the good price and it turned out to be a great choice. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
