Very nice traditional old-fashioned hotel run by a team of friendly and helpful staff; nice bar and breakfast room.
There is no lift (elevator) but that wasn't a problem for me personally.

This hotel is rated as a three-star, but it felt more like a two-star experience. The room had a strong, overpowering fragrance coming from the vents, which seemed like an attempt to mask another odor. It was quite intense and not very pleasant. The room itself was outdated, with old carpeting, and the shower door didn’t close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor and even soak part of the carpet.

Another concern was the key return system. Each time you leave, you have to return your key, and when you come back, a different front desk staff member is usually there. All you have to do is say your room number, and they hand you a key without verifying your identity, which felt like a security issue. While I didn’t feel unsafe, I do think this process could be improved.

I didn’t try the buffet breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, the hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, and it takes about 30 minutes on public transportation to reach Milan’s city center.

Updated hotel with a cosy feel. Breakfast and coffee are available each morning. You turn in your key when you leave and ask for it when you return - kind of like an old time movie. The bathroom floors are heated, and the beds were very comfortable. No elevator is available, so be ready for stairs. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and it was directly in front of the trams. It was, however, 2.6 miles from the stadium which was a longer walk than we had hoped for.

Although the room was clean, the toilet seat was wooden and broken inside... ghhhh!
And then there is no elevator!!!???!!! In this age? and *** Hotel? Going to 2nd floor was a pain with all our luggage. Towels were very thin and the bath was very tiny and no room to hang any clothes

Tram stop is only a short walk from hotel.
Breakfast available, basic but acceptable for the price paid.
Bed comfortable, stayed 2 nights, bed made daily.

Great for the price. The beds are very comfy, Wi-Fi is great and it’s directly opposite a tram station (20 mins into centre).

The only negative is the air con which takes a long time to do anything and is quite noisy BUT it does get cold *eventually*

It’s a good hotel to stay in for max3 days . Trams and buses are 1 min from hotel. Very easy to get taxi. Cleaning daily and was extremely clean. Shower very small and tight. Breakfast was very basic but the lady who served breakfast was extremely nice. Staff in general were very good but they were very resistant to give any informations about the public transport (which I didn’t understand why and I was getting disappointed few times) and therefore I have to struggle outside hotel and ask people on street whom speed very limited English to advise about public transportation. I had to pay taxes which I thought it’s included when I booked through Expedia.

For the price one cannot complain about this hotel. It is convenient for the tram service to see the city. The staff was incredibly helpful. You have access to restaurants, laundry mat and convenient store. There is a large shopping center not too far for eating and shopping. I would gladly stay again because of the convenience and the staff. You cannot beat the price.

Can’t fault it. Old fashioned but clean. Helpful staff. Very friendly. Only 1 tram to the centre city - so easy- in straight like- 20 min and you are in centre Milan. Also had shopping centre & big grocery shop walking distance!

It was old and the room was small. Like only the size of the bed. Bathroom was really nice and so was the service. They gave you an actual key on a big key ring and if you wanted to leave the hotel you had to turn the key from your room in to the front desk.

We decided not to stay.

We arrived at the hotel close to midnight. The first thing we saw was prostitutes just steps away from the hotel door. Front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the room was really run down, old, there were four beds and nearly no space. One of the beds was in a tiny, tiny room with yellow tiles on the wall. That room probably functioned as a kitchen at some point. We decided not to stay, as we didn’t feel it was a nice/safe area and definitely it was too old and cramped for our taste.

it was a small room, I could touch both wall at the same time. No coffee/tea facilities. wifi was okay. Balcony glass door was double glass & quite. furnishings very very dated...bathroom was a tight squeeze. it was fortunate I could put luggage under the bed so there was \"some\" space.

Comfy and cosy

We stayed here for ease of attending a concert at the stadium. Trams run right outside the hotel and connect easily to buses and the metro. We had no problems getting around the city despite being out of the centre. The staff were very helpful, especially Giorgio who couldn't have been more friendly!

A pleasant budget priced small hotel. It is a little tired and needs some renovations but for the price well located just 15 minutes tramride from Duomom Square. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Good breakfast bar too.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ok, ich würde es aber nicht Buffet zu nennen. Der frisch zubereitete Kaffe am Morgen war sehr gut. Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt war gut, 2 Tramlinien stehen zur Verfügung.

Meget slidt hotel. Virkelig dårlig lugt på værelse og badeværelset. Sort hænder/aftryk på væggen og bare slidt og lidt ulækkert. Rene håndklæder og lagen. Flinkt personale ved reception. Utrolig meget støj fra biler der kørte hurtigt på gaden. Tror rengøringen har taget mine pyjamas bukser med da de skiftede sengetøj, det forsvandt og jeg har ikke set dem igen.

Minha estadia foi ótima! O hotel é perfeito para quem viaja sozinha e não busca luxo: seguro, confortável e o atendimento é muito gentil e as pessoas são muito prestativas. Quarto para uma pessoa tem tudo o que é necessário: a cama é ótima, o ar-condicionado funciona bem, chuveiro é ótimo. Meu quarto não era de frente para a rua, achei bem silencioso. O hotel é em frente a parada do transporte público através do qual é possível chegar em todos os pontos de interesse turístico com facilidade. Próximo a dois mercados e alguns restaurantes. O café da manhã é simples porém ótimo pelo preço.

Die Lage des Hotels ist eine Katastrophe! Liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, wo Autos und die Strassenbahn fährt. Das Zimmer war viel zu warm (April), und die Klimaanlage konnte man noch nicht gebrauchen. Das Morgenessen ist typisch italienisch: grässlich, kleine Auswahl und schlechter Kaffee. Nie wieder dort.

Hotel situado a medio camino entre Milano Fiera Rho y el centro, con posibilidad de aparcar en la calle gratis y parada de tranvía a escasos metros.
Es un hotel viejo, pero correcto. Las habitaciones son de los 80, el desayuno suficiente, pero sin maravillas.
Los recepcionistas son muy atentos.

Esperienza nella media, receptionist gentili e disponibili. Albergo vecchio stile che conserva il suo fascino, purtroppo con il bagno qualche problema (acqua calda bollente che non si riusciva a raffreddare e scarico che continuava a perdere per tutta la notte). Nel complesso ok con poche pretese. Colazione simpatica e anche discretamente fornita, servizio bar buono.

A szoba nagyon gáz..... Régi, kicsi, elavult, elhasználódott, a falak koszosak, minden ezer éves, a hűtőben vastagon a jég. Az ágy kényelmetlen, viszont az ágynemű tiszta volt. A fürdőszobán látszott némi felújítás, de nem tartják karban. A tisztasága kicsit jobb, mint a kinézete, de az is hagy kívánni valót maga után. A törölközők tiszták voltak.
Egyetlen pozitívumot tudok mondani, a személyzetet. Ők nagyon kedvesek voltak.

В целом все очень неплохо,персонал приветливый,на ресепшен парень чуть-чуть по-русски разговаривает.Номер маленький,но чистый.Не хватало в нем столовых приборов (не было вообще ничего),хотя мини-холодильник был.Убирали номер хорошо.Завтрак хоть и разнообразный и небольшой выбор,но голодным точно не уйдешь.Баристе спасибо большое за вкуснейшее утренние кофе.Кофе делает бариста на баре,так что нужно подходить на бар и просить,чтобы сделали кофе.В 5 минутах ходьбы огромный гипермаркет и различные бутики (Zara, H&M,Intismini,Kiko).Рядом трамвайная остановка,до центра можно добраться на 14 трамвае,потому что пешком далековато (до Собора почти 5км).В целом все понравилось

Per essere un 3 stelle ha le camere e gli arredi troppo vecchi e con troppa moquette e carta da parati. Si trova anche in una zona periferica quindi il prezzo pagato era pure troppo. La colazione invece normale .

Parcheggio se lo trovi per strada, Frigobar spento

Sul sito viene indicato il parcheggio, arrivando li la sera con auto, e non trovando l'ingresso per il parcheggio, mi è stato detto che loro intendevano \"Parcheggio\" la possibilità di trovare un posto per strada.... ho dovuto lasciare la macchina a circa 1km di distanza e arrivare a piedi all'albero.
Viene indicato il frigobar in camera: è presente ma è spento e vuoto.
Credo che è da correggere la descrizione dell'albergo.

Che dire... camera piccola, arredamento vecchio in tutta la struttura come in camera. Il box doccia non si chiudeva, l'acqua scendeva nello scarico a fatica e usciva dal piatto del box. Frigo bar prodotti inesistenti, ho trovato comodo solo il letto. Colazione un po' scarna. Personale gentile.

Senza infamia e senza lode

Un posto senza pretese ed economico se bisogna soggiornare per qualche sera a Milano per lavoro.
Le stanze hanno quello che serve , un po' piccola la singola. Ma in compenso
pulita ed il personale è gentile.
