The property is in Rho e small town near Milano, and is very close to the train station. it´s easy to go From Milano Centrale to Rho. Rho is a nice city wherw you can end your day having tasty italian ice creams.

From check in to check out, I was treated very poorly. This occurred with four different front desk managers, which tells me it’s a management issue. Keys, OMG, you need to check your key in with front desk coming and going and it has an anchor of about a pound. I was never informed I needed to turn key in at front desk every time you left which I am sure precipitated untrusted. I brought my daughter, and she had a female friend from Parma come up for an Opera in Milan and we met her in Milan. Upon return to Motel, I asked front desk if could stay with us or if I could purchase separate room for her. This wasv1:00 am in morning. They sId no because she didn’t have passpor although she showed electronic passport, US drivers license and Parma School ID. We found a different hotel for her to stay in same town with electronic passport. Hotel lied.

Rho is only a 20 minute train ride into Milan city
I stayed in Rho rather than the city centre of Milan as hotel costs in the city centre were high leading up to the Milan Fashion week. Rho is only a 20 minute train ride into Milan. Despite being only a 2 minute walk from Rho train station, I didn’t hear any train traffic. My room was clean and comfortable, good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Nice Turkish cafe a few shops down that make good pizzas and kebabs.
I was getting a night bus from Milan to Brussels, and the staff were happy to mind my luggage after check out, until I returned that evening at no extra cost.
My initial room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, and the staff happily changed my room, und upgraded me without any qualms.
I would definitely recommend Hotel Esperia.

From check in I was treated like family. 24hr Reception service answers questions, have train timetables, collect Fed Ex parcels, make extra Cappuccinos at Breakfast, and ensure that the stay is warm, safe, and happy. I am extremely happy with my 3 night stay.

Nice 3 star hotel in front of the train station in Rho, with easy parking in the area. Rooms are clean and recently renewed. Staff is OK. Good alternative to hotels in Milan, in a quite town near Fiera and the motorway to Turin and to Malpensa (45 minutes away).

Modern hotel with all facilities except coffee/tea maker which would have been nice for foreign visitors. Good choice at breakfast of both continental and normal with local croissant etc. Everything worked efficiently, almost clinically, but the staff, especially the ones serving breakfast, could do with training in charm offensive. There were very few smiles, except from the older lady receptionist, maybe because they have a lot of business people who they do not get to know. A contrast from our hotel in Palermo where they remembered our room number after the first day.
We would have liked to have used the safe in the room, but it did not work and we were given no assistance. We had to put our documents and money in the Reception safe which meant we had to ask every time we needed our money.

Helpful staff, clean, close to train, NOT touristy
First place we stayed in Italy because. Didn't want to be right in Milan to 1) save on parking, and 2) ease into our Italian vacation. Hotel is very clean, staff is super helpful (even told us about nearby free parking!), and the free breakfast was very good. Hotel is right next to the train station for a quick ride into Milan and was only 2 stops from the Milan Expo. Quality place!

Está ubicado justo frente a la estación de tren Rho, por lo que llegas en unos 20 mins a la estación central en Milán. Las instalaciones están perfectas para un hotel 3 estrellas, la habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, la cama cómoda. Nuestra estancia fue corta pero agradable. Recomiendo tener presente que la estación de trenes abre a las 6am.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación si vas a la feria de Milán en rho fiera a una estación pero es muy ruidoso desde las 7:00 hacen limpieza y mueven las camas todo el tiempo, Justo el sábado quería descansar un poco y no pude el desayuno un horario corto y escaso.

Raggiungo questo Hotel per il check-in dopo l'ora di cena e non faccio in tempo a mostrare il cod. di prenotazione che il personaggio presente in reception mi avvisa sostenendo che il certificato dell'esito (negativo ovviamente) del tampone rapido mostrato poco prima (e in corso di validità) non poteva essere accettato. Cerco ovviamente di far valere le mie ragioni, nonché la veridicità di quanto riportato nell'esito del test ma, anche dopo l'intervento di un secondo personaggio dal dietro le quinte, mi vedo totalmente respinto. Rassegnato ormai alla deplorevole idea di passare la notte in auto, esigo il rimborso della prenotazione, il quale mi viene legittimato (a parole) a patto che lo richieda al team di supporto di Hotels.com. Il giorno dopo, nonostante la stanchezza per un sonno quasi totalmente mancato, dopo essermi dedicato alle mie attività, contatto telefonicamente il team di supporto di Hotels.com che mi riferisce che il rimborso è una prerogativa dello staff della struttura, la cui \"direttrice\" non ha alcuna intenzione di erogarmelo... La stanza era adeguata, il personale molto cordiale e professionale. Quello che mi ha fatto decidere di non utilizzare la struttura in futuro sono gli extra, 8 euro di parcheggio, che dovrebbe essere compreso in ogni albergo che si rispetti e colazione esclusa. Mi spiace perchè la struttura merita davvero, ma troppi extra da dover aggiungere al conto.

Albergo un pò datato, ma stanza pulita seppur con forte ordore di chiuso dovuto anche alla presenza di vecchia moquette. Colazione notevole perchè con ampia scelta e personale gentilissimo. Se non fosse per il freddo avuto in camera sarebbe stato tutto ok. Non sopporto sentire freddo in hotel . I termosifoni erano spemti e quando si accendevano erano tiepidi. Per questo la mia recensione è pessima. La prossima volta quando dico che fa freddo in camera vi regolerete meglio. Ma io non ci tornerò. La colazione non so come sia, ho evitato.

Es un buen hotel 3 estrellas,muy clasico y ubicado muy cerca de la estacion de trenes de Rho Milan, con solo 2,5 Euros puedes trasladarte en 20 minutos a la estacion de Republica en Milano y desde alli constas con dos lineas del metro, es muy facil.
El hotel esta ubicado enuna zona muy tranquila frente a una plaza.
Vale la pena para cortas estadias y estar en un lugar comodo, pero tranquilo...
