Poorly maintained

I stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The property is poorly maintained, with everything feeling old and outdated. The bathroom had very weak water pressure, and it was clear that the cleaning standards were lacking — especially in the shower, where it didn’t seem like proper disinfectants were being used.

On the positive side, we arrived late at night and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and definitely won’t be coming back.

Great hotel stay

Great hotel not too far from the airport, which is why we stayed there. Parked the rental car on site with no issues. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are slightly dated but clean and beds were comfortable.

Our check in and check out process was very underwhelming. The woman that checked us in and out was sort just there to do nothing more than her job….meaning, no smile, no pleasant greeting or interaction. Just checked us in and out and sent us on our way. It was very cold. As clean and as nice as the room was, this interaction doesn’t make us want to return.
There was a restaurant in the hotel that we would have went to, but it was closed. No vending machines anywhere and not once did I see a staff member or employee in the hallway to ask a question. Very odd hotel. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff was nice and helpful. They had no A/C as they stated it was their cool season however the temperatures were in the high 70s. My room was on the 3rd floor and very uncomfortable every night. I tried to open window but ended up both times with several mosquito bites. It was a nice hotel overall.

Excellent business Hotel, with plenty of comforts

Le Favaglie is an excellent business Hotel, with plenty of comforts. Very professional staff. Ideal location for a couple of nights. Some installations are outdated and should be refurbished (electric plugs, bathroom...). Restaurant is a bit pricey but the quality is above average. Free wifi is very stable and breakfast is gorgeous. I did not try spa/gym, but, apparently, are worth a try.

Very professional and welcoming staff. Good location for my business purposes. very easy to get to.
Has a very good restaurant and the breakfast is excellent.. Also has good parking facility at a very low cost per day. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. Just an overnight stay for work. A nice little hotel with friendly people and a very well presented bar. Room was OK, importantly it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - nice selection of fresh pastries, fruit, meat and cheese, and as you'd expect - a cracking coffee hand made on-demand. Was a little out of the way from where we wanted to be, but it was the closest hotel we could find to our office that could hold our party from work all in the same place.

Good size modern room. Very good breakfast and an excellent restaurant in the Hotel.

Great hotel that is value for money

A good quality and value for money hotel on the outskirts of Milan. I recently stayed with my wife and 3 kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay again. I read reviews about the distance from the centre of the city - people should look at a map and works this out for themselves and realise the difference in price vs central Milan for a comparable hotel is significant - there is a shuttle bus to the underground.

This hotel is waaaay toooo fsar from the city. Taxis charge 45 Euros to take you there from the city. You can go by buses and trains but you would have to change at least two lines, a one hour trip to say the lest.

We really liked the hotel, it was on the outskirts of Milan - but we were able to reach all the destinations via metro.

You can find better.

The staff were great and very helpful.
The hotel is in an industrial area, so nothing at all to do outside of the hotel. They provides a free shuttle to the train station which takes you to central Milan and then pick's you up again.
Also to the Milan fair, which i would think is the main reason people book this hotel.
The room itself was just ok, bathroom has its challenges with the shower.
Internet was good. The restaurant and service at the hotel was really terrible and over priced.

Nice Hotel, to many pickpockets operating in Milan

The Hotel was clean and offered a great breakfast, the Staff where all amazing and Spock good English, a great hotel for a business trip or stop over as the location is basically on an industrial estate, however the Hotel offers free shuttle service to local restaurants and the metro, be VERY aware on the Metro as its full and i mean full of organised pickpockets, anyone intending a visit to Milan should Google: Milan pickpockets and take the advise on offer (wish i had know this) you guessed, Sadly my trip was marred by having my wallet stolen on the Metro returning from Malian, the pickpockets are not what they seem, all are clean smartly dressed, they will board the train pick a pocket and calmly walk off just before it leaves the station,
As for the Hotel: I would stay again for a business trip, but certainly wouldn't be going on the Metro again, Its like running the gauntlet

Good place near Rho & Milan Fair--but not Milan

Really liked this Best West. About 20 mins by taxi/Uber from city center (there is a nearby Metro). Both Metro & Fairs accessable by free & frequent hotel shuttle. Place is modern & clean-- the best BW I've ever stayed at, of many. Only issue-- A/C is not on until May (like many hotels) but can be very hot in April, when I stayed. Of course you can open windows, but many Italian hotels don't have screens. Thus, mosquitoes. Can you spell Zika? For the first time in years I carried bug dope on this trip and very thankful for it. Much buzzing around me at night, but no bites. Gooey, but so what--room had a great bathtub!

Get some screens, Best Western Plus Hotel Le Favaglie! Otherwise, great!

First time in Italy with adults and children

We arrived late in the evening and that was not a problem for hotel staff. Check in was very easy. Gave them my name and they handed me my key. Very comfortable beds, rooms nicely appointed and pleasant to be in. Free breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. It was a great introduction to our travels in Italy.

There's a free shuttle to the metro, lovely outside terrace, everything is new and in great condition. It's not in Central Milan and realistically it's 40 mins to the centre after your minibus and then metro but that is reflected in the price. The staff are great and sometimes it's nice to be out of the centre of town to relax at night. It's very quiet. There's a 3 really nice local restaurants 5 -10 mins walk away and the hotel restaurant is good and reasonable priced.

Most suitable if you are visiting Fiera Milano

Overall the hotel is quite nice; this was my second visit and they have greatly improved their breakfast menu since my last visit. If you are in Milan for an exhibition at Rho, Milano then the hotel is quite convenient. They run a free shuttle to and fro. The staff is quite courteous and accommodating. Overall a nice experience.

Also not able to order a movie to watch in the room! Most rare these days as this is a good money spinner for the hotels?? The DVD store at Heathrow had also closed down so it wasn't meant to be.

The Hotel itself is very nice. However, the location is NOT convenient to public transportation or Fiera Milano convention center. They offer a free shuttle (that certainly beats the 20Euro taxi ride), but it is a hassle to plan ahead, so you must call the hotel and request a pick-up. The shuttle dropped me off outside the convention center grounds and I had to walk about 10 minutes to get inside the building. If you go to this hotel, make sure you have the telephone number so you can call for shuttle service.

Excellent hotel- just put the effort in to travel to Milan!!

Lovely staff- incredibly clean- far away from milan but it's only a euro on the underground which takes 20 minutes and the hotel provides a free car to the underground stop...breakfast was a great buffet style with a few hot things i.e. bacon and eggs and cereals, croissants and the usual continental selection.
Only issue was that the hotel was really quiet as it is a proper business hotel so our Sunday was the busiest night there.
The bar tender gave me a free glass of wine which I though was outstanding service in a hotel- where the drinks are usually extortionate. Mini bar was also brilliant for prices- I drank a few Peroni bottles at 3.50 euros which I thought was very reasonable for a mini bar.
I would stay there again as it was excellent service- yet the location isn't where you want to be if your immediate surroundings are important.
Me and my girlfriend (both 24) had a top relaxing break.

Generell ein sehr gutes Hotel. Kostenloses Parken, guter Fitnessraum. Großer Innen Pool. Eine Bar und ein Restaurant im Hause. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sind auch grundsätzlich sehr gut ausser so sachen wie verkalkte Duschköpfe und kaputte oder alte Dichtungen im Bad an und um die Dusche herum.
Maintenance ist generell eher schlecht auch die Gerät im Gym sind zum Teil kaputt und benõtigen Reparaturen oder ersatz!!

El hotel y el servicio como siempre de 10. Es perfecto para ir a la feria sobre todo si vas en coche. Tiene parking a cielo descubierto que cierran por lo que caben furgonetas altas. El servicio de recepción y de comedor es impecable, mejor que 10. Como única pega, decir que al ser miembro Gold entra un desayuno diario y siempre

Ich bin nun schon öfters hier im Hotel gewesen und bin sehr Zufrieden. Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Pool und Fitnessraum. Viele Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und kostenpflichtige im Erdgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet aber nicht modern, sie könnten für den Preis was die Übernachtung kostet renoviert und vor allem moderniesiert werden. Was ich sehr schlecht finde das es nur 1 Steckdose neben dem Bett gibt.
Das Restaurants ist gut und auch ein guter Service aber etwas teuer. Die Bar ist sehr angenehm und super Freundliches Personal.

Es una opción excelente si vas en coche. El personal y el servicio es excelente. El desayuno está muy bien y es muy completo. La habitación está bien pero el baño debería actualizarse ya que se ve un poco antiguo. Tiene un parking exterior muy cómodo si vas en coche o en furgoneta. El hotel es conveniente para ir a la feria pero no si vas a Milán. Debo decir que todo el personal, recepción, desayuno, comedor es de 10 u hay que felicitarles por si bien trabajo. Sin duda volveré

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel pour nous rendre au concert au Stade juste à côté. Très bon accueil chambre spacieuse la déco salle de bain est un peu vieillotte. Nous avons seulement été un peu déçu par les services proposés. Rentrant un peu tard nous aurions aimé boire un coca (il faisait super chaud) il n'y avait rien dans le mini bar à part des bouteilles d'eau. Je trouve que le choix est limité pour un 4 étoiles et évidemment le bar de l'hôtel était fermé même le veilleur de nuit n'a pas été en mesure de nous servir. Dans ce cas-là peut-être mettre un distributeur de boisson ou remplir les mini bar. Deuxième petit bémol il y avait bien une bouilloire dans la chambre mais avec uniquement de sachets de thé sans théine. Habituellement on trouve des sachets de café instantané mais pas là dommage car on a l'habitude de prendre un petit café juste avant de partir une fois les valises faites. La réceptionniste nous a dit que personne n'en avait fait la demande jusqu'à maintenant c'est pour cela qu'il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres mais elle a été sympa elle nous a offert de café à notre départ pour compenser le manque. Donc expérience mitigée sur ce séjour d'une nuit où nous avons dû payer les deux bouteilles d'eau et la place de parking de l'hôtel alors que dans l'annonce il est noté parking gratuit, mais tout en étant bien situé, propre et avec une literie confortable.

Meget slidt og ældre hotel hvor pris og kvalitet ikke hænger sammen!! Man reklamere med at man har aircondition på alle værelserne men problemet er bare at der er der ikke! Hotellet har valgt at slukke for hele aircondition på hele hotellet fortæller de i receptionen! Det er på ingen måder i orden vi var 14 mennesker afsted som alle måtte op hver nat for at åbne vinduer mm. Med dertil hørerede trafikstøj og larm med åbne vinduer!

Le séjour passé à Milan avec mon conjoint était juste magnifique, nous avons passé un très bon moment à l'hôtel. C'est trés calme, les chambres sont propres. L'hôtel dispose d'un sauna et une piscine et d'une salle de sport. La déco est superbe et nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner. La navette était gratuite et le personnel aimable et on a eu un service rapide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel

Fint hotell med veldig god service

Vi bodde her i en natt på vei hjem etter en uke i Italia. Et flott hotell jeg gjerne besøker igjen! Hotellet er moderne og rent. Ligger noe usentralt til, men dette var uproblematisk ettersom stedet tilbyr gratis transport til/fra t-bane, som igjen tar deg til sentrum av Milano. Veldig vennlig betjening som gjerne tilrettelegger og strekker seg det lille ekstra. Brukte ca 15 min på å kjøre til San Siro, og rundt 30 min til flyplassen. Vi bodde her med våre tre barn, fikk et stort og flott rom med plass til alle. God frokost.
