I would have given 5 out of 5 however Expedia were not transparent with their pricing, quoted for 3 then I was told after booking there was an additional charge if 50 euros per night. The charge was there at the time if booking but was hidden, please ensure you read everything before you commit to a hotel with them, they state they have a transparent pricing policy but they absolutely do not! If I out 3 people in the search and get a price I would expect beds for 3 people, the suggestion was for 3 of us to share a bed!

Probably the best hotel in Milan and we had a great lenghty stay.
Many positives but expect to pay premium price.
Down side for us was the length of time taken to get into city centre areas , expect at least 45 mins to 1.5 Hour commute depending on the option used....no issue if you have the time available.

We had an issue with a smell in our room and were given a new room.

Perfect stay

Totally blown away from start to finish we would highly recommend this wonderful hotel, perfect in every way. So easy to get around and ideal for the San Siro Stadium, easy enough to walk to or there’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel.

Stayed here to visit the San Siro which was easily walkable from the hotel or the 80 bus stops outside but on game days will maybe be quicker to walk. Hotel was clean and comfortable but breakfast wasn’t very well organised with tables not being available when we went.

Good hotel, poor service

The hotel is a bit far from Milan city centre but very clean with spacious rooms.
I was charged £45 for mini bar items after I checked out. I phoned the hotel asking what items I was charged for. They couldn't tell me. I emailed asking for an invoice of the items I was charged for, but did not receive a reply.

Typical business hotel in a fairly remote area. Easy to drive from and to for expeditions around Milan. Only complaint is we had bad experience with service at the restaurant when we chose to order from the menu instead of 25 euros buffet (slow, not quite what was ordered, had to repeatedly ask for one of our meal; i was done when my wife omelet dinally showed up).

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well kept. We used a hire car as we were attending a football tournament with our son and never had any issue with parking on the main road. We used the bus right outside the hotel to get into the city but the hotel also put on a complimentary shuttle in the morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Luxury hotel, good service at front office, rooms are big and comfortable. Really nice the taxi line in the morning, so you don't have to call one. Breakfast service definitely needs to improve: it is buffet but drinks almost always require an order and it takes long time to have them. Wasn't exepcting this, given the level of the hotel. Could improve cleaning and ecofriendliness

The nearest public transport was too far to walk
Nothing nearby the hotel (no restaurants/shops/pharmacy for sun cream or little snacks)
No pool bar/cafe at the hotel
On site restaurant was quite expensive

Apathetic to their customers

The hotel was informed that my partner could not travel because of a severe medical issue, requiring a major surgery. They asked for evidence of the issue before they could issue a refund, to which I forwarded her doctors note. Although we found this invasive at least it would secure our refund or the ability to reschedule the trip.
They have, however, completely ignored me since this communication.

Beautiful hotel, staff are very accommodating and friendly - they gave me a lot of recommendations on things to do and see. They even have a great gym!
Note, it is not walkable to shopping areas, but you can get a taxi or take public transportation.

The hotel is quite beautiful and I had a suite for the kids and I. We had a “club” room which included breakfast and aperitifs. We were there for the cold play concert which was a really convenient location.Unfortunately , the staff seemed very overwhelmed at the breakfasts and they were running out of food such as the scrambled eggs and fruit, which was disappointing.

Will stay a 3rd time

Second time around in Milano on a short time. I will choose Sheraton San Siro again. Friendly and courteous staff, willing to meet clients needs. Rooms were very clean upon arrival and daily cleaning throughout my stay was very good.

The hotel itself is excellent. I feel like it’s relatively new, restaurant, bar, complimentary drinks, water (this was the most standard room so I imagine there’d be a couple more extras the more you upgrade)
Very clean, spacious sound proof walls couldn’t say a bad thing about the hotel. Although there was 1 member of staff who’s name was Peter, not the friendliest but it was fine.

The only thing I would be aware of before booking is that if you plan on using the metro or public transport, the stop is San Siro (the last one) on the M5 and from there you need to catch either the 80 or 423 bus. It is around 20-30 mins from central Milan and a couple of trains away. You see the hotel on your left and then get off which is roughly 3 or 4 bus stops away.

Not what i expect from Sheraton brand

Definitely only a business hotel, unless it's for a soccer game . Out of the way although a shuttle service to the Duomo is offered for a few times a day. Poor reception on arrival. Concierge did not bother to assist with luggage and reception could not find booking (?) Yet they knew I had 2 rooms that had been paid for! Eventually got rooms only to find that one was with disabled bathroom/shower (executive room!) - no warning in this regard. Bathroom completely flooded when we used shower . Could not use Bathroom and had to use 2nd room we had. Reported it to reception in morning and they promised to move us ro another room. On return from a day long tour , the receptionist did not appear to know about our flooding. They were reluctant to move us until I got a little stern. Eventually got a room with normal bathroom facilities that didn't and couldn't flood . While I appreciate the effort to take care of the disabled, I think that our experience would have added more unnecessary stress to anyone in that position. The food in the hotel was reasonably good especially the starters . The meat was good but they do not understand medium to well ....only medium. On departure, when asked of experience at hotel, I gave a detailed account of my experience , which was received with empathy. Nonetheless, it is not what I expect from the Sheraton brand. Bed bug bites. Never ever go to this hotel.
They changed my suite & yet they didn’t admit to their bedbug infestation.
Showed them face to face all the bites and still they negated their responsibility.
General Manager of the hotel is arrogant.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
If Expedia has the option, I will post the pictures to expose this terrible hotel!

Pleasant stay; helpful staff

We were there to watch the Inter-Roma match and therefore, were pleased to find out there’s a regular shuttle service between San Siro Stadio station and the hotel. Loved the firm bed and the spacious room, and good shower facility too (so important especially during winter). Only drawback was that there wasn’t many food options in the vicinity. But we had planned to eat at the Argentinian restaurant by Javier Zanetti anyway. My gosh, the grilled meat platter was so yummy and big portioned. In my gastronomic world, it’s enough to feed 4 of me.

Excellente adresse

Superbe découverte avec cet hôtel qui se trouve à environ 15-20 minutes à pieds du stade de foot San Siro. L'hôtel est comme sur les photos et selon nos attentes, voir même mieux.

Il y a un parking souterrain qui n'était pas inscrit sur le site. Information non négligeable donc nous étions très content de cette découverte.

La chambre tout confort et très bien équipée. Aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur. Quelques bruits des corridors par les autres clients qui pensaient être seuls dans le complexe.
Service au bar parfait avec de délicieuses petites choses à grignoter.
Superbe piscine, jardins et terrasse.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu aller souper au restaurant pas eu le temps d'aller au SPA, ça sera pour la prochaine fois.

Deux seuls petits bémols :

1.- Bruit de canalisation quand nous avons pris la douche.

2.- Le prix du parking excesif pour moins de 24h.

Mise à part ses 2 points, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet hôtel pour notre prochaine virée match ou pour un week-end :\") Merci

Hôtel magnifique personnel au top le seul gros problème était que la piscine n était pas ouverte alors qu hôtel.com stipulait que c était ouvert de mai à septembre
Si j avais su j aurai été ailleurs car je voulais vraiment me reposer au bord d une piscine même sans se baigner et la c était tout fermé dommage on a payé un prix onéreux pour ce service que l on n a pas pu avoir
Sinon tout était parfait
On nous a quand même offert le parking pour le désagrément
