Fun little place - a slice of urban Italian life

My stay was wonderful and Giorgio, the host, was exceptionally nice and helpful plus his English is quite good. A few minor issues came up - nothing serious - and he assisted me immediately and graciously. The studio is a funny little place with charm and pretty much everything you need for a nice getaway for a few days. You learn quickly to juggle electrical appliances with limited outlets and, fortunately there were adaptors as the outlets are old-fashioned Italian ones and the voltage is standard European 220 but the plugs are different. Good supermarket around the corner and good public transport. It is an older neighborhood and what one would expect from seeing movies about an urban Italian area - children playing in the street, someone cooking something appealing nearby and a slice of life. I had a great time and would definitely go back.

Nice place to stay.

Nice place to stay. Some previous guest left a few disgusting surprise that I wished would have been cleaned up but the bed was fantastic, and the sheets freshly washed. Neighbors were a little Loud at night but not for long.

It is a great property, modern clean and we were greeted by Giorgio who is very friendly and told us all we need to know. Also if you are taking in a game at the San Siro, it is only 5-10 minutes walk, we could see the stadium from our balcony (Floor 1 Room No. 8). Will return when visiting Milan again.

Fairly run down area of milan, approx 15 mins to metro (although Buses are easy) so not great coming home late at night on own. Room is clean and quiet, bathroom ridiculously small.

La camera niente da dire pulita e molto confortevole , a parte che dal soffitto gocciolava acqua sul cuscino . Forse una perdita al piano superiore ?! Nel palazzo troppi rumori fini a tardi , difficoltà a prendere sonno . Molto efficiente il servizio visto che sono arrivata tardi

Der Balkon war sehr nett alles andere sehr enttäuschend die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise dem Bild. Das Zimmer ist winzig klein auch das Bad und die Dusche. Das Bett ist gut allerdings gibt es nur ein Leintuch zum zudecken. Der Vermieter ist nur über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir kamen am 1.Tag spät an und hatten kein warmes Wasser. Am nächsten Tag fanden wir den Sicherungskasten und konnten den Boiler einschalten der ausgeschaltet war. Natürlich dauerte es Stunden bis er warm warm und auch da war es nur von kurzer Dauer also 2 Leute können nicht duschen denn es wird wieder kalt. Auch mit dem Herd hatten wir unsere Schwierigkeiten. Der Vermieter meldete sich erst als wir schon die Unterkunft verlassen hatten. Das Zimmer ist extrem hellhörig, die Umgebung nicht schön, abends fühlten wir uns unsicher. Zur UBahn geht man ca.20min. In der Umgebung möchte man als Frau in kein Lokal gehen. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei um die Ecke.

Non mi è piaciuto niente, struttura orribile e fatiscente, in una zona malfamata e pericolosa, avevo scelto questa struttura per il parcheggio dell'auto ma all'arrivo mi hanno detto che dovevo parcheggiare lungo la strada, in più ho dovuto pagare € 28,00 di pulizia finale !!!
non prenoterò mai piu con expedia.

Tutto è andato oltre le mie aspettative! Ottima struttura, ottima posizione e non mancava niente! Vicino alla metropolitana M5 e M1 e molto comodo! Dentro c’è l’angolo cottura con tutte ciò che serve per cucinare! Anche l’accoglienza era Top! Potrei aggiungere che ho soggiornato per molti giorni e la struttura era abbastanza spaziosa!

Gli spazi sono molto ridotti, non lo consiglio per chi soffre di problematiche correlate. Il divano letto una volta aperto non consente ulteriori movimenti nella stanza/soggiorno. Troppa discrepanza tra l' impressione che trasmettono le fotografie e la realtà. OK pulizia e servizi.

Íamos passar apenas uma noite em Milão já que nosso destino era a Toscana. Decidimos pelo Oky por ficar proximo ao estádio San Siro. Queríamos assistir a uma partida na única noite na cidade. Nisso fomos muito felizes, da pra ir a pé ao estádio.
Fomos bem recebidos pelo proprietário (não é um hotel, apesar de não ter qq observação no site que deixe isso claro) que nos levou até o loft e nos mostrou as coisas. Tudo novo, arrumado, bem disposto. Pequeno mas o suficiente para um casal passar a noite. Louça para refeição rápida, fogão e frigobar que não usamos.
Cama e travesseiros ótimos. Secador de cabelo super potente.
O banheiro, no entanto, era minúsculo. Meu marido mal cabia no box onde encontramos cabelos e pelos ao chegar. Quando fomos tomar banho, depois de um dia longo e de assistir ao jogo, tinha pouca água quente e meu marido teve que terminar o banho dele frio.
Não tem estacionamento no local mas muitas vagas na rua. O lugar não parece muito amigável a noite, mas não tivemos nenhum problema.
