Terrible shower though. Very small and not directional. Ok if you only want to wash your left shoulder.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was an extremely busy time for the hotel with a major exposition at the Fiera. The staff handled it incredibly well, smiling and helpful at all times and making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was terrific with fresh items and a great variety. The restaurant was also very good.

Great hotel room and the building itself is beautiful to look at from the outside too. Staff is very kind too! Plus, awesome breakfast with a ton of options.

The only thing is that it’s a little walk (~1.6km) from the Rho Fiera metro station which can just feel a bit exhausting after you spend the morning to night walking around Milan or after a day trip to another city. But on the plus side, we walked back at like midnight every night and felt completely safe because literally the only other thing around is a SecurItalia building!

This property has no elevator, I have to climb all that stairs. Staffed was okay, air freshener was too strong. After climbing all that steps, no water to drink. They don’t even offer a bottle of water.No electric iron in the room, poor choice.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful. About 15 minute walk from train station. Only concern was that the room had very strong smell of Chlorine throughout. We tried opening the window to air out the room. However there were small bees that were making Hives just outside the window so we were not able to open the windows also.

The hotel itself is lovely and very convenient for the exhibition halls. The exceptionally poor customer service by Paolo in the restaurant was the one thing that reduced made my overall ranking of the hotel. On two of our three evenings he created problems when trying to book a table in the restaurant culminating in him saying there was not one additional chair available in the entire hotel to enable a friend to join us for dinner, even though the restaurant was never full. He also created problems when our party of 18 tried to pay the bill. At a 4* hotel I would expect a member of staff who was front of house to have exemplar customer service which was not evident at any stage from this particular member of staff.

This hotel was a amazing. When I checked in the front desk gave me an upgraded room. Which was a king size bed instead of the twin standard that I booked. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was every nice. I barely spoke Italian but they understood my English. The hotel was about 20 minutes taxi drive away from Milan. They give you free complimentary sweets and water at the entrance. I would book this hotel again in the future.

Reasonably good business hotel.

Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. I believe most of guests were attending exhibitions in Milan. Of course, there were lost of tourists.
Hotel condition is well maintained. Room and bathroom are clean and serve their purpose well. Hotel staff are generally friendly. Good hotel for business trip.
One missed thing is complementary bottled water. Most of Milan hotels now provide at least 1 bottled water per night but I had to use minibar with charge. Since Hotel is located remotely from any shops, they should provide at least a bottled water for free.

We stayed at the NH Milano Fiera to be close to MICAM Shoe Fair. The location could not be better! The Fiera Rho is literally outside the front door. I was traveling with my store manager so we shared a room but did not want to share a bed which makes some of the room arrangements awkward. We stayed in the Family Suite which was perfect for out needs. We used the coffee machine the first morning but we were disappointed that duiring our 4 night stay the coffee was not replenished. This was one of the very few disappointments. We had wonderful service by a young man who was a one man show at the live music bar at night and then a waiter at the breakfast buffet the following morning. I don't know how this young man gets any sleep but Ricarrdo was fantastic. We hope to see him when we return next September!

Another agreeable stay in the NH Fiera. Although the prices seem to have gone up considerably since my stay last year, unfortunately the quality seems to have fallen. Particularly breakfast. Choice was adequate but the \"hot\" food was always quite cold. Self-service coffee from a machine is never a nice touch. Would it hurt to be seated - which we ere not - and asked? Complained at checkout and received free parking in compensation without asking which is a nice response but clearly indicates the issue is a known one.

I used the hotel as a base for a trip to the 2017 EICMA motorcycle show. The show was 5 minutes walk away, and I'd had a great nights sleep and good breakfast beforehand at the hotel. The parking was easy, the staff helpful, and the room was nice, large and clean. I will definitely use again.

When I booked the hotel, it showed that it was a 13 minute walk to the metro, which is fine. The walked seemed longer, more like 20 minutes to the metro though a desert route, no cars passing by, no people walking around and a completely empty parking lot. It was even a little scary at night. Then the metro to the city was like 20 more minutes. It was definitively not a good choice to visit Milano. The hotel doesn't have shuttle buses to the airport, the taxi fee is extremely high, and the concierge wasn't all that pleasant to talk to. Unless you are going to the Fiera Milano, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Good Hotel, right opposite the Milan Fair

I originally picked this hotel, because of its location. I was driving to Milan on the highway and wanted somewhere reasonably near the highway. I was pleasantly surprised, though I have to say, although it was close to the highway, getting there was a little tricky and I had to use my GPS. I parked on the side of the hotel, and the staff validated my parking, so it was free (or included in my stay).

The hotel itself is modern, clean. And breakfast was excellent.

Only area that could be improved is the wait to check in. It just always seemed like there was a line to check in.

I was traveling for work and book a room at this hotel. It was very nice, the room was smaller than I am used to but I'm an American. It was one of the cleanses hotels I have ever seen. My only complaint was that they still charged for parking in the Hotel parking lot.

We find this hotel is the closest hotel to the fair, however, there is no shopping, no services, I hope there will be some improvement on restaurant(both breakfast and the main dining), also, improvement of the staffs(lack of knowledge and lack of conversational English),I visit Milan almost twice a year, but I don't think I will revisit this hotel for my next visit to Milan.

Interesting location, need a car

Stayed Mon- Fri hoping for a 4* hotel with convenient access to the transport links. A really nice and modern hotel with courteous staff. We were even allowed to use an umbrella during thunder storms it was handy.
Very lovely breakfast ladies will bring you cappuccino to the table if you ask. A nice selection of breakfast items.

Unfortunately, the metro station is not ' just around the corner' as we were told. It is an empty industrial estate away and a set of deserted parking lots to cross. There were no people at all walking from the hotel to the Metro station, not a pleasant trip in the dark. We planed to take a taxi on the way back, but no taxis were at the station either. Also, the metro ticket is 2.50 instead of 1.50 from Rho Ferovia and the taxi from Malpensa at 85-95EUR the proximity to the transport links did not work for us. If you have a car or tourbus ( which seemed to be the case for most who stayed at the hotel) you are probably OK.
We had to eat at the hotel restaurant in the evening as there are no restaurants or grocery stores around. You are stuck. We were told that the few days a year when the EXPO is on it is a lively place, but when we were there it was not fun.

We booked this hotel due to its easy access from the motorway, plenty of secure parking and easy access by underground trains into the city and to the San Siro stadium (the station is a 10-12 min walk). The hotel is excellent, very stylish with very friendly, efficient staff. The room was great with all the amenities we needed, decent comfortable bed, TV, good free WiFi, minibar, quality towels, bath and shower, hairdryer etc. The buffet breakfast was excellent. As there was not an event on at the Fiera Milano we got the room for a very good price. If we returned to Milan we would stay here.

Glitzy hotel, full stop

Very difficult to get top the hotel because of fantastically complex road system to the exhibition site where the hotel is situated. Just one hotel signage outside the site. Drove round and asked locals how to get in as I could see the hotel up close but no visible entry road. A driver helped by telling me to follow his car! Hotel reception team did not made me feel welcome (more geared to business delegates). Breakfast poor value, just a slice of cake with coffee. 10 euros car park fee which Hotel.com website did not advertise or warn about! Cannot open bedroom windows, just aircon controlled.

Ikea like sparse furnishings. weird long tube pillows - cute but not comfortable for sleeping or for propping yourself up to watch tv. tiny desk chair, so you only prop yourself on the bed. no headboard so your head was resting on the wall paper. Tiny Room measured 8.5 feet x 10. Advertised free wifi but it was so weak it was useless. Staff very prompt and courteous. Breakfast is spectacular.

The best experience with this hotel is to don't go there. Service is very bad. Service at the bar just ignore you if you like to order something. Breakfast buffet is big but the quality of product is bad. Coffee is better in any service station shop as there. Checkin and checkout take alt least 20min. each because the personal have to take the phone at the same time also. Wi-Fi is free but so slooooooooooow. The only good thing at this hotel is at front of the fair. The park close to the hotel is full waste (I make some picture but isn't possible to upload here).

A few unfortunate occurrences

It was a very short one night stay for business.

I unpacked a little and headed downstairs for dinner, but the door didn't lock behind me. I called down to reception, and they said that it must be a problem with the door and that I would have to move.

A bit inconvenient, as it was already getting late, and I wanted to have dinner.

I went downstairs and was given a new key card. I requested that my bags be taken back up for me and that I could have a free beer at the bar. After a little convincing, the reception lady agreed.

I went for dinner, which was a bit disappointing, but it was 10pm by this time, so I'm sure that the chef wanted to go home.

The room was nice, but a little small.

Overall ok, but I had the impression that this was a good hotel and that I was just a little bit unlucky.

Very out of the way, poorly designed rooms

We booked this hotel for the World expo because of its advertised proximity and continual shuttle service.

On day one I was told the shuttle was being maintained and would be operational the next day, it was not running during our entire trip. We had to walk a mile in and out to get to the fair each day. I am in great shape however the value of the shuttle was not reimbursed in any way.

On day one I asked for them to send a power converter up. She said that I would have to come downstairs for it, I amped her to send one up to me and she said she would, but it did not come. One gentleman when asked the help find a restraunt did give us a good recommendation and give the taxi instructions.

Now on the room design. We ordered a Jr. Suite or what they call a double room. The layout was rediculous. 1/3 was a giant walkin closet with no furniture. I know this is Milan but do people bring 40-50 outfits for there visits? The 10 I brought looked really lonely while hung. The bathroom by comparison was tiny, so that the door couldn't open without striking the toilet. I understand this at a 200 year old building where indoor plumbing was not antiscipated, but this place was designed that way. Skip the double room unless you have a pallet of storage needed.

The hotel is not close to anything but the fair and pretty far from the train so unless you are attending a convention at the hotel I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The breakfast was good, with a fare selection of pasties and I thought the auto coffee machine was good.

The price was about 320 euros per night, if it had been 120 euros this hotel would have met my expectation.

Smooth in all respects

We choose this hotel because it is very close to the EXPO. It worked very well for that, and when the EXPO is gone it will still be great for any event at the Fiera exhibition venue, which is even closer (just across the street). It is a well-designed, well-managed, large conference hotel with nice rooms, a good breakfast, and a very helpful, friendly and quick staff.

Too expensive for what I got

Not worth the amount I paid. There was an extra bed in the room, which you can only find in a mid-range faction hotel in a Greek island. Furthermore, there was a problem with the bathroom shower. While I was taking a shower, the water temperature was going from hot to cold and back to hot, even though I was not touching the temperature lever. Definitely not worth the money I paid, definitely not going to stay again there in the future.

Location was good, for us just want to visit the Expo 2015. Otherwise there is no other facilities in the neighbourhood.

Checkin and Checkout service was poor, it took around 30 minutes in the queue waiting. There were many staff at the reception, only a couple were assigned to perform the customer service unfortunately. And even so, they were constantly disrupted by answering phones and side conversations, which really didn't help. And you get the feeling that they just ignore you standing in the queue begging to be served.

We didn't get the room with deep sunken bath as specified, I think we got the room that is catered for handy capped instead. Which is a bit disappointing.

Worst of all, my wife and I got bitten by bed bug all over after the stay. The cleanliness of the room definitely requires improvement!!

NH Milano Fiera

Arrived 12:00 checked in left for Expo. Came back at 23:00 and checked out at 9:00 to go to Expo. Room was quite satisfactory and clean. Lifts somewhat slow at peak use hours. FREE wifi extremely slow 0.4 Mbps download and thus basically unusable. Italian mobile provider had 4G which saved the day. Breakfast was generous and varied. Hotel reception did a poor job in explaining the existence and modalities of the shuttle to the Expo. To note, when telephoning from Geneva, and specifically inquiring about getting to the hotel from the train station, there was no mention of the shuttle, etc. Cannot comment on overall hotel service as we spent very little time in the hotel.

Okay for businessy field trip

Hotel was quite okay, no complaints clean, fairly new, if a bit gaudy for my personal taste, but I didn't get to spend much time there anyway, so not a problem as such.

One person rooms are quite small, but again it wasn't all that big of a problem.

On the good side: Everything worked, service was good, breakfast was very good.

On the down side - I requested for a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. It didn't smell bad, and I was too tired to care, so I didn't complain, but it did annoy me.

Convenient location to Fiera Milano Rho

It's right across the showgrounds. However, room is tiny. Shower space is also small. There is nothing much here to do. The lifts takes forever. Buffet breakfast is the same every morning, no change at all. You will get tired eating of the same thing everyday if you stay there for a week of trade fair. I certainly did. Room service is the same. There's nothing fancy but just something to fill your stomach. Staff are nice.

Hotel experience

Hotel is too far away from Milano (center). In addition, there is no store inside to buy like phone card or toilet tries or near outside hotel. It's was a mission to find the hotel once you exit freeway.
