Staff are lovely and pleasant, unfortunately the rest of the hotel starts to let it down. I can imagine a few years ago it was a 4 star hotel but now I think it would be a 3. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and unfortunately there were a few flaws.
AC was leaking in our room with the ceiling drooping, there were hairs and interesting stains on the bed, damp in the room, very dark, general areas of poor upkeep and exposed electrics!

One to watch and excellent value!

Our group of four had a lovely stay at Living Hotel for our week in Milan. In terms of value for money, you will be doing well to find a better deal than this hotel. The buffet breakfast was 5*, the bathroom quality (aesthetic, water pressure, cleanliness, stocking of soaps and towels etc) was 5*, HOWEVER, (and this really was a shame) the room itself was quite outdated. Upon arrival we discovered that quite a lot in the room was damaged (power outlets and furniture for example) and then (most importantly), the air conditioning did not seem to work. This was the case in both of the rooms which we booked. The hotel as a whole was lovely and so were the excellent staff but sadly due to the condition of the rooms, I would only recommend this hotel if someone was looking for a bargain with an exceptional breakfast. The rooms need a considerable amount of TLC. If you upgraded the rooms this would rightly be a 4* or even more.

We originally booked this property as we were meant to be travelling by rental car and the price seemed reasonable - unfortunately when we arrived to Italy we found out that we needed an international driver’s permit (and a physical one not just an electronic one), this meant that it took us two trains and a EUR25 Uber to get to it. Quite remote and off the beaten track. Pool was not operational (should have read the fine print - but I don’t believe it will be by 1st May either). Beds were super comfortable with great pillows. Shower was great. Breakfast was awesome. Dinner and drinks were pretty expensive.

A good stopover

The family room was excellent - spacious and clean. I'd have liked a proper king sized bed rather than two singles pushed together though. Pool was great but it's unstaffed which meant that a toddler in a filthy nappy was allowed to ruin everyone's experience of it. Breakfast was fine if you have a sweet tooth. Fruit was limited and a bit mushy. Staff were lovely. The guy on reception was dealing with lots of clients singlehandedly but remained friendly and professional throughout. It's a good stopover hotel if you want to avoid Milan city centre.

We used this hotel for an overnight stop on a long journey and were messed we did. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The pool and pool bar were lovely and we enjoyed this after a long day’s driving. The restaurant is great and we had a lovely meal too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Is definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and overall a good place to stay! The breakfast was great, and while we didn't get a chance to use the pool it looked really nice. The staff were helpful and considerate as well. However, it is not easily accessible via public transit and is quite far from the center of Milan, so it is less convenient for travelers without a car.

Good hotel, excellent value

So much better than it looks from the outside with the closed shutters and concrete facade. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Room was big enough, had all that was required and the beds were very comfortable. Nice to park the car right outside the room. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, bacon and loads of cold choices including very nice fresh fruit. Pool was very nice, warm and not busy throughout our 6 day stay. Used as a base for Monza grand prix, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel as value for money with more than basic requirements.

Hotel not Motel with a Fantastic Breakfast

As a concept the Peralba Auto Hotel is wierd.. You drive up to the outside door of your room like a motel and park in a designated spot...that's even if your room is on the first floor.
Once in the room however you are in a comfortable well appointed hotel. The rooms are reasonably large with good airconditioning and the ensuite shower rooms are good. Everything was clean and tidy.
The minibar and room service are better than a lot of hotels at this price point,
Downstairs there is a good bar area with a well stocked and the food menu was also good although I didn't try anything myself as I had made other arrangements.
There is a great outdoor 20m pool and you can order drinks and snacks to be served there. Snacks that come free with drinks are generous. Towels for use by the pool and pool loungers are free to use.
The breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts I have had in mainland Europe with a wide choice from Italian Torte, French pastries, Bacon and Eggs with various bread and toast options, an amazing selction of fruit and fruit juices, cereals and of course fantastic Italian coffee.

I had a great stay at this hotel.
Room was refurbished recently so it was spotless.
Paulo on reception was a great man, even providing me with an ice pack for my swollen knee.
All the staff were very helpful and did as much as was asked of them.
Lovely swimming pool with really good loungers and umbrellas.
Ample parking spaces even for my large van.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

A hotel in the middle of no where

I booked a trip to Milan and I got a trip to cornaredo An allegedly 4 star hotel in the middle of nowhere
the double bed is actually two single beds put together
There is no complimentary tea or coffee and what we though was a complimentary basket with a bag of crisps and pouch of peanuts was part of the minibar with no information in the rooms or at registration what so ever
The rooms weren't handed over to Us by staff and instead we were given the keys to sort ourselves out But what really got me was the realization of the commute we had to do in order to get to the nearest restaurant or indeed to Milan itself.
If you want to take a taxi from the hotel that will be a return journey of 70 euros a day
The nearest bus stop is almost one kilometer away and then you take it to the nearest underground station then another 45 minutes journey to het to Milan . There is a sparing bus service on Saturday and none on Sunday.
The hotel restaurant closes Friday, Saturday and Sunday so another 1-2 km journey on foot to get to a restaurant . Also not even water is available so another 1 km journey on foot to the local supermarket.
The swimming pool maintenance takes place over the weekend
The journey to the airport does not follow the rates for Milan so another 100 euros to go to malpensa
Again the staff at the front desk didn't arrive for us to handover the room at checkout and after they ordered us a taxi and we loaded our bags then phones us repeatedly for missing

This hotel was chosen at random as part of a driving tour around Europe and also, last minute at the roadside as we were near Milan, but didn't fancy driving into the city, nor the selection of hotels.

I didn't realise what an \"auto hotel\" was until we arrived and first impressions were not great - concrete ramps down to a car park and as we then found out, up to parking outside the room!

However, things got much better when in the hotel itself - the room was comfortable, the bed perfect and little noise - the reception staff were all very welcoming and friendly with English ranging from good to near perfect (certainly better than my Italian!) We ate in the hotel as well for dinner and it was excellent, much better than I would have thought given the look of the hotel from the outside. Breakfast was very reasonable and I took away some delicious home made cake which I couldn't fit in and polished it off later - scrummy!

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed early evening drinks chatting with the barman, the olives, nuts, crisps, and small pieces of toast drenched in olive oil with various lovely toppings, went down a treat and made us feel so relaxed, we thoroughtly enjoyed our 2 night stay before we had to head off.....

Outside of Milan

This is a rather strange looking hotel from the exterior, but the interior is fine. Wonderful breakfast which was included with the room rate. We took the subway into Milan which was easy. We did have to drive to the subway which took approx. 15 minutes. We liked the small town the hotel was in but it is limited in terms of restaurants. We stayed here because we did not want the hassle of driving into Milan and for that reason, the hotel served its purpose.

Great hotel - clean, comfortable and good price

Great hotel - location suited us perfectly as we were visiting family nearby. The rooms were nicely renovated, very clean and comfortable. The ability to drive up and park next to the room was handy as wel. Wi-fi did not work during our stay however staff did everything possible to try and fix the problem (albeit unsucessfully). Overall, outstanding customer service and we will definately return.

Non mi sono trovato bene con la direzione o comunque con la reception .
Dopo aver prenotato esclusivamente per la piscina , con largo anticipo “ ed aver specificato di essere in due ma che avrei dormito eventualmente solo io “
ma erroneamente sulla prenotazione ho selezionato una persona .
Rispetto all’app circa 8€ in più me ne son stati chiesti il doppio dalla struttura , e va bene così dato che non c’era la cancellazione .
Check-in alle 15 dove non è stato comunicato da nessuno di pagare la maggiorazione , alle 18 decidiamo di fare il check-out per esigenze lavorative . Ed anche durante il check out non ci è stato segnalato da nessuno di dover pagare una maggiorazione .
Fatto sta che dopo qualche giorno mi arrivano delle e-mail dove mi viene richiesto un supplemento , anche in maniera parecchio fastidiosa .
Nonostante la loro dimenticanza in fase di check-in e check-out
