This place is unsafe and absolutely disgusting. This should be rated a one star hotel and not a four star hotel. This is false advertising. 1 inch pads for mattresses, blood on the sheets and the receptionist, Gaia was vile. She announced what room the stay was in to all the guests in the lobby. We asked for another room because of this and she threw a fit and then scrambled the new room number on our key holder. Stay away and see pictures for review.

Not too impressed. Menu for breakfast was poor with only scrambled egg & bacon as a hot option but these were cold also. Dinner menu was ok, service was incredibly slow and unfriendly however. Despite the restaurant being empty we still waited 5 minutes to be seated, then a further 25 minutes for our order to be taken even though we told the staff we were ready 3 times.
Room was large and fairly comfortable except the lack of working air con which meant by the middle of the night the temperature was up to 24/25 degrees! Overall tidiness was ok apart from the squashed dead beetle on the window ledge which stayed there for the 4 days i was in the hotel. Lack of room service or in room kettle & condiments was also disapointing. Given the choice i probably wont be back i am afraid.

Very nice staff, who spoke English. Three restaurants and grocery store across the street. They arranged for taxis and kept the luggage in a locked room. Room was good, staff very helpful and good lobby with separate alcohol/coffee bar and good restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location and it is well cared for, room sizes are great. Breakfast is okay, not great, given it is not complimentary, I would go as far as to say below what would be expected. Hotel staff were neither rude or attentive. The real negatives for me is the Wi-Fi which was poor and for a hotel this size not acceptable. The TV in my room was broke and the air-con was pretty ineffective, with the room staying at 27 degrees all night. So, I will not be back, but do not let that put you off, it is well priced, clean and great location.

Is a great place to stay... very friendly staff.. nice restaurant. A store right next to it. So if you need food or other items.. not a problem. Secure parking lot.. 15 minutes from airport and the same to the subway station. Secure parking at the station.. 2 euros for all day parking. 4:50 euros for 24 hour subway ticket.. easy hotel to get too.. I loved the place and would stay again..

Great hotel close to foodstores

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It had lots of amenities and was close to supermarket and food stores and a big shopping complex(IL CENTRO). However, it is a fair distance to being able to access the Metro for the Milan city area. It is preferable to have a car to get to the Metro stops,as the bus is not very reliable and finishes running to the hotel quite early(8p.m).
Also the buffet breakfast is just okay, it needs a lot more variety in my opinion. However, I would say this hotel is a very good choice.

Good hotel for Micam

I always stay in this hotel while visiting Micam at Rho.Always good but this time I was given a room overlooking the busy motorway. Even though the are double glazing windows I could still hear the noise from cars and lorries over night.I am a very weak sleeper so unfortunately did not get much sleep. I have stayed before on the other side of the hotel and slept beautifully.

McDonals and grocery at entrance.

Chose this hotel after reading positive reviews. Somewhat conveniently located to the Expo site. It was a bus/cab and a train ride to get there. The hotel was clean and in brand-new condition. There was a McDonals and a grocery store right outside the entrance. I do recommend this hotel if you had a specific thing to do in this area.

Good, then bad

The hotel was close to the Expo outside of Milan, so we chose to stay there. It is new, clean and modern.
The only problem I had was upon leaving. The girl at the front desk was trying to help us by booking our next night's hotel at another Ibis in a different city. She did it wrong. We got to the hotel and she had actually booked us at a different hotel across the street. It was more expensive then she had shown me too. Plus I never got a confirmation email. It was a mess.

Get to know your hotel's neighborhood, staff...

Despite the location right next to the highway (noisy from the traffic), the hotel condition was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in staff was slow however (we waited 10 minutes or more when there was only one family in line before us), and at check-out when we asked for a nearby gas station they had no clue what to advise us (they tried \"Google\" and after 5 minutes or more we thanked them and departed).

Great hotel if you are going to Milano Fiera

This hotel is a great find I highly recommend it.
I stayed at the Ibis Milano Fiera for a trade shoe at the Milano Fiera.
The rooms are comfortable and have all you would require for business purposes.
The Internet works well, is fast and free. The hotel staff are friendly and very professional.
The breakfast was basic but adequate.
The hotel has a free car service to the Milano Fiera. If you are staying at the hotel for this purpose I would advise you contact the hotel prior to your arrival and book your seat.
Really could not fault this hotel at all and as a constant business traveller I would highly recommend it.

I know the hotel has only been open a few months, but everything was so clean you would think it had never been used. Very impressed. I was not so impressed that we had to queue for about 20 minutes to check in even though there was only about 4 people in front of us and 2 staff checking them in.

Nur für die Durchreise - leider

Grundsätzlich für ein Hotel für die Durchreise, soweit OK. Was wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist, ist das Personal. Man hat schlicht den Eindruck, dass alle genervt sind. Das gilt für die Rezeption genauso wie auch für das Küchenpersonal welche das Frühstücksbuffet betreut. Das Frühstück ist brauchbar aber für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen qualitativ unterdurchschnitilich. Im Zimmer ist die Geräuschkulisse der Klimatisierung sehr störend gewesen und eine Abschaltung war nicht einmal möglich oder die Steuerung dafür defekt. Ohne Ohropax hätte ich kaum geschlafen.
Für mich leider ein Hotel in dem ich genau zweimal übernachte, nämlich das erste und letzte Mal.

Das Hotel ist außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, sehr gut für Durchreisende. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber eingerichtet. Das Personal mehrsprachig und hilfsbereit. Nur beim Frühstück gibt es Engepässe, da nur ein Kaffeeautomat für alle Gäste vorhanden ist. Das führt zu deutlichen Wartezeiten. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück für den Preis sehr gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Ho dato una nota bassissima al servizio, ma i funzionari sono molto gentili e disponibili.
La nota negativa è dovuta al fatto che ho passato 12 notti con l'aria condizionata spenta. Quando ho chiesto alla reception mi è stato risposto una prima volta che c'erano \"PROBLEMI GENERICI\", poi a una seconda richiesta mi è stato detto che dovevo parlare con la responsabile, che però sarebbe tornata al lavoro solo dopo pasqua. Non credo possibile che un hotel di quelle dimensioni con il pienone che c'è stato nei giorni di Pasqua resti senza una persona responsabile. Credo non si volesse trattare l'argomento!
La macchinetta frigorifera che vende acqua è tarata sui 10° (acqua fresca ma non certo fredda) e anche il frigobar in camera non aiuta in quanto rinfresca appena.
Insomma.... il soggiorno avrebbe potuto essere molto più confortevole!

Unica pecca, aggiornamento trasmissioni televisive, la tv in dotazione era troppo vecchia, quindi purtroppo non si vedeva nulla. altra cosa la colazione. troppo troppo povera di scelta. inizialmente pensavo l'hotel fosse mezzo vuoto, ma così non era. avrei gradito maggiore scelta per la colazione e se chiedo del pane integrale anche di essere ascoltata.

Séjour correct dans cet hôtel 4 * où ,malheureusement,je n'ai pu que très peu communiquer du fait que le personnel ne parle qu'aussi peu le français que moi,l'italien.
Oubli ou absence de verre au niveau de la salle de bains.
Par ailleurs,l'hôtel est idéalement placé à proximité de l'autoroute pour une personne qui,comme moi,séjourné pour le travail.

Trendy IBIS hotel naast de snelweg tussen Milaan en Como. Handig tijdens een doorreis of tijdens een beursbezoek in Rho Fiera Milano. Heel vriendelijk onthaal.
Kamer was deze keer wel warm (26°C) maar de airco werkte niet. Raam openzetten was geen optie (naast de snelweg, muggen, vliegen). Dunne topper op de matras is niet comfortabel, maar o.k. voor een nacht.
