We enjoyed the big rooms and the ability to sleep three in the room and not to feel cluttered. The shower was excellent. Had hot water all day long. The staff was very helpful with finding a restaurant for the evening. Thank you very much for all your help.

Lovely hotel & Staff. Just a little too warm.

We loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and worked hard to meet our needs. The hotel was super clean and the staff service in our rooms were excellent. Always cleaned very well. Our only struggles were the lack of air conditioning in our rooms. It was just too hot. We went to a store and purchased fans. The second issue was the buffet breakfast never changed. Same things for 15 days.

Difficult to get too if you’re not driving

The hotel is really difficult to get to unless you drive to it. I arrived at Legnano train station and struggled to get a taxi and next morning had to walk 45 mins to the station as could not get a taxi and the staff weren’t especially helpful. Rooms were a bit tired, carpets a bit drained but bed was comfy. Won’t be going back.

El horario de cena indica que es hasta las 10:30 llegué a las 10:25 y no me quisieron vender. Solo aceotaron venderle a un vuelo que llegó tardio que eran 30 a 40 personas. Les dije q iba a pagar mi comida y no aceptaron por mas que insistí por eso les doy una estrella al servicio. Dia de desayuno ahora bajé tomé un jugo y café luego decidí irme al cuarto con una tostada y 3 nutellas y estaban enojados q no podia sacar 3 Nutelas de 10 g q me las comierda en mi mesa. Hotel de pesima atencion.

I stayed here as this location was advertised as close to the airport. I paid $70 euros via taxi to go from the airport to the hotel. By the photo of the hotel it appears to be right outside the airport. The ride was 30 plus mins. The staff wouldn't book my taxi back to the airport the night before, they told me to request this an hour before I need to leave. The phone in the room had no legends and I could not reach the front desk and had to go downstairs in the morning to ask for a taxi. What?! The rooms were clean and price was fair, but the food in the restaurant was not good at all, not even the bread. I felt nauseous after my meal. I had the porcini pasta. The restaurant manager was attentive and ontop of things as if it was fine dining. Overall its an OK stay for the money, but not an airport hotel. I've stayed at the Una Hotel in Rome and that location is much better and more elevated than this one. Totally different experience. I would not come back here.

الفندق جيد ونظيف جدا والتعامل لا بأس به ولكن المكيف لا يعمل نهائيا وعندما ذهبنا للأستقبال لإبلاغهم قاموا بتغير الغرفة إلى الطرف الآخر من الفندق ولكن بدون جدوى فعليا درجة الحرارة في الغرفة 28 ونحن في شهر يوليو وفتحنا الشبابيك لنستطيع النوم
The hotel is good and very clean, and dealing is okay, but the air conditioner does not work at all. When we went to the reception to inform them, they changed the room to the other end of the hotel, but to no avail. The temperature in the room was 28, and we were in the month of July and we opened the windows to be able to sleep

Good deal for this weekend in Milan.
It's a good hotel 20km from Milan, clean and quite new.
The car is essential to move in any direction.

The only minus is the TV, just few channels and terrible line.

I could not figure out the room fixtures of leaving the key in the slot. it was frustrating, an instruction card in the room with information would have been very very helpful. Food in the restaurant was not good and the room service options were all frozen. After traveling all day i was hoping for a late lunch between 3 and 5 pm--absolutely nothing was available except for Burger King and McDonalds.

Came in for a late checkout and called a little while before to ask if the restaurant would still be open/room service. Arrived at the desk and they told me that it was closed, that I can go to the burger king next door, which, okay, but then tell me it will be closed when I call. Bed kinda uncomfortable but otherwise okay hotel for quick overnight stay, nothing more. Business type of hotel.

It was a pleasant stay and the staffs are accommodating to our wants. Unfortunately, there isn’t any free supply of simple bottled water in the rooms.
The trip to the Milan trade fair is within 15mins. However, it’s far from the main town. Not so for a tourist stay, but more for working and trade fair visit stay.

Hotel claims to be located at the Milan international airport, however in reality it is 20 Km from the airport, when I asked them if they provide me the transportation to the airport, receptionist told me, hotel will charge 50 euro for 3 people transporting to the airport. I cancelled the booking, will dispute with my credit card,as they refused to reimburse my payment

A MUST for any Northern Italy stay.

UNA Hotel Malpensa was beyond my expectations. Perhaps was a bit sceptical at the beginning when I booked our stay, as we are especially picky with accommodation. All was great: facilities, comfort, location, restaurant, amenities, despite the heat wave that has been around central Europe for the last days. I definitely recommend whoever would like to spend a nice and relaxing holiday.

I booked this hotel because it came up in my Expedia search as \"near the airport.\" I only needed a one night stay because I was flying to NY the next morning. This hotel is NOT near the air port It was a 20 min. ride, a taxi to the hotel cost me 60 Euro, then a shuttle back to the airport the next day cost me 40 Euro.

The hotel is also a 45 minute bus ride to Milan Center -- I'm not sure why anyone would use this hotel, except maybe for a conference.

For this reason, I was very unhappy with the choice of this hotel.

OK for a quick stay if you have a car, a bit tired

No where near Malpensa airport, it's closer to Milan. It's a taxi ride of 40 euros to the airport. 30 to 45 minutes away. The surrounding area you taking your life in your ands to get to a walking area, there is a bes to Milan every 30 to 40 minutes but you have to cross car parks and roads with no pave,met to get to it. Staff a really nice, friendly helpful when they can be. Menu is limited in the restaurant. There is the Burger King a sushi Bar, grill and Chinese in the cinema next door. Heating in the hotel was only controllable by opening the window, and I have still to susout how to switch off the bathroom light. Saying all of that the cost was not high.

Check-in was fine, staff was pleasant and welcoming. We arrived before midnight and thought we'd grab a drink at the bar to unwind from a long day only to find it was closed (too early in my North American opinion). Exterior looks far newer than the inside. Hallway decor could use an overhaul. Nice size, quiet and clean room except I'm not a fan of the black bathroom, and I did notice a bit of mold starting around the tub. For a quick nites sleep it was fine though.

This hotel is well out of town which suited me as I was in the area on business. If you are in town to enjoy a break or the highlights of Milan you would be best to stay closer to town.
There is not much going on in the area of the hotel.

Our family was traveling from Venice back to the USA via Milan. We got there mid afternoon after having a long train ride and what seemed like a longer taxi ride. We needed to get up at 4 AM to start the trip back to the USA. Therefore, we wanted to eat a good meal and relax before going to sleep. The hotel restaurant was unavailable until 7:30 at night. VERY inconvenient. We were also unaware of the controls for the room lighting and no one advised us of how they worked, adding to our frustration. he shower was uncomfortably small, just a curtaining off of about 9 S.F. and there was only one towel for two people in the room. We would not stay there again!!!

Not an airport hotel!

This is not an airport hotel!! It is a $40 shuttle ride away from the Malpensa airport and even farther away from downtown Milan. It is in a bad looking area, we did not leave the hotel because of how the area looked when we arrived. The exterior grounds are not maintained and have weeds. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot. The restaurant was fine and the complimentary breakfast was very big with all the things you would available. The staff were very professional.

Signage for hotel entrance was minimal and hard to see even when going several times around the roundabout.
On arrival we were not informed that their restaurant was fully booked for a private function. Had we known this we would have searched for an alternative dining location. After settling in to the room and dressing for dinner we made our way to the restaurant to be informed a table was unavailable only room service could be provided at no extra cost. We went back to our room to order and found there was no menu. Trip back to restaurant to find menu, then back to the room to order. This became a frustrating exercise for tired and hungry travelers on their last night in Italy after a very enjoyable 2 week holiday. The food, although it was pleasant, was not very warm and lacked the ambiance of a restaurant.

The hotel has been chosen for proximity to airport Malpensa(20 minutes) and for the brand. The hotel has a large room, well equipped, great soundproof despite nearby highway, great service. We had an early check-out and the receptionist asked us at check-in if we want to prepare something to take away. Indeed in the early morning two boxes were prepared with sandwiches and snacks. Also the hotel has an outdoor parking free of charge and if you want also an indoor parking but with a small fee.

This hotel is conveniently positioned only about 15 min drive from Milan-Malpensa Airport. The drive in from the nearby round about is a little shocking with a dilapidated building that you have to drive by/behind to get to the hotel, but beyond that I found it to be reasonably clean and the service good. Price was remarkably affordable.

The hotel was lovely. We had a meal in the restaurant because the nearby food outlets were fast food. The meal was lovely and there was a choice of Milanese dishes. The service was excellent. Would recommend this hotel if you want somewhere near to the airport. It is next to a busy road but the windows were well glazed so we didn't hear a thing. Would stay there again

the hotel is OK location is very convenient to the airport the shower was horrible the size of a sink with a curtain that literally sits on your back. i had to shower with an open curtain which flooded the whole bathroom and i had to wipe everything back to the shower using a towel. they were nice enough to give me another room for the 2nd night but it was a hassle anyway

We loved this place- highly recommend!!!

We stayed here because it was relatively inexpensive and near to the airport. The room was clean and well prepared, including the infant cot that we had requested. Breakfast was included in the price and was tasty and filling. We will use them again given the opportunity.

We stayed here on business and found the hotel very nice, it is mainly a business based hotel with fresh modern look and very clean. Our only criticism is that the beds and pillows were very hard and the Air Conditioning did not work (was 24Deg at night in our room). Overall good location, just off the motorway but you will be beneficial if you have a car.

We were looking for a hotel near the Malpensa Milan Airport. Turns out this hotel is several KM away from the airport. It took a 20 minutes drive to get to the airport. However, the airport did have a shuttle service to get us to the airport, although it did cost 35 euro each. The hotel restaurant was closed on a Sunday night. Thus, we trekked to a nearby mall for take-out pizza. Not an easy trek across multiple parking lots. But, no other choices for dining @ that point. Pluses, were good service and a nice room.

Location seems to be in the middle of nowhere. Not located near the airport as the name incorrectly suggests. In fact it is a 15 mins or a €40 taxi ride from the airport & a €35 euro taxi ride from Fiera Milano. It seems that the only realistic way to travel to the exhibition site is by taxi. The free shuttle leaves 8.30 in the morning & returns @ 19.00 with nothing in between. So if going to any exhibition it is better to pay slightly more & stay in a hotel next to the Fiera Milano

Would highly recommend hotel. We arrived from Sydney after 26 hours of travelling. Hotel was not far from Malpensa Airport and easy to find.
Check in was fast and restaurant still open for a meal.
All the staff were very courteous and helpful.
Rooms were large, comfortable and quiet.
Only stayed the one night before travelling to final destination.
Good hotel for airport stop over.

The room was good, big but the mattress was little hard but eveything was good.
Two bad things about this hotel are even if its four star hotel it was unable too use wifi free in the lobby and the other thing is that usually when you go to a four star hotel you want to have somewhere to relax maybe a pool, massage place or training place but this hotel dont have anything of this. But the restaurant was good, breakfast was excellent and good service.

This is a really unique and great hotel

This is such an unusual yet fantastic hotel. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, great amenities and the restaurant was exceptional. They have got a great chef on board. We got an excellent price through Expedia and it was pretty convenient to the airport. I would highly recommend it.

Everyone in t he hotel, front desk and restaurant were so helpful, yet so professional. Rooms were immaculate and Very, very quiet. Easy access on and off A8.

UNA Hotel - Malpensa, Italy

This is a hotel appropriate for tour groups on buses. Hotel called one wake up call early and forgot the other room. I would look elsewhere for a convenient hotel for the airport.
