Expedia needs to clarify the spa and pool use policy. We were charged extra for a spa kit which included flimsy slippers and a robe but no towel. It was unclear whether we could have used the pool with our own towels. Other people were at the pool using their own.

Really clean, but a bit dated. Nice staff, who, if you found the right person, would go out of their way to help. The most disappointing aspect was the spa/pool being closed. We were told this was due to maintenance, but saw nothing happening during our visit to actually confirm this. The advantage of a spa/pool on site meant we didn't choose an alternative hotel. To close these facilities without emailing guests to notify them is poor customer service, especially when we booked several months in advance. We came away feeling a bit robbed both financially and of a more enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Misrepresentation!
I booked the hotel and there was no mention that the hotel spa was closed for 1 month. When I arrived I wanted a steam; I was instantly shown a silly little sign which stated the entire hotel spa was closed for some weeks. When you advertise Hotel & Spa and the Spa isn’t available then that in any court of law in the World is a clear cut case of misrepresentation. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the cost is always the same despite any closures. Therefore Expedia bad show!

We were a late arrival. Nothing to eat after the restaurant closing. No room service in a 4*? We had to drive far to find something to eat. Good spa. Pity is opening so late on weekends.

We came here while visiting a company locally. There are few hotels in the region and even fewer 4-start hotels.
This hotel is easy to get to vois highway from Malpenza airport (MXP) and it has plenty of parking (which is a rarity in Italy).
Its rooms are nice, functional and clean. It has an on-site restaurant which is useful when coming back late from business. The restaurant is OK and the breakfast buffet is what you would see anywhere. Note however that the restaurant is not open on weekends.

I forgot 2 diamond rings in the hotel after I checked out. The staff found them and saved them for me until I returned back to pick them. This is a very rare thing to happen in Italy. The only disadvantage is that the neighborhood is not safe in the evening. I went to a 7 minutes walk pizzeria because it was the closest open pizzeria to have dinner and luggage from my car was stolen, facing a police station. so if you arrive late, make sure not to leave the hotel.

Stay was good but away from station and I couldn't a taxi to take me to the hotel. It took me more than 1 1/2 hour to get to the hotel, Also I had to go to customer and they couldn't provide me with Iron or Ironing service and it was embarrassing to wear unironed cloths.

We stayed here one night prior to departing MXP. Everything about the hotel was great. Very clean, nice beds, easy parking and great breakfast buffet. The neighborhood has a great pizzeria within walking distance. Didn't really have time to explore the area around the hotel but would definetly stay here again if departing out of MXP airport .

The hotel room are very clean.the restaurant is another story the waiter dropped the fork on the floor and left it up cleaned by his towel and gave it to me I couldn't believe it and the food arrived my son had a steak and he find a long hair on it and the waiter ask if my sin want something else my son said no thanks I well have a sweet and the sweet as well had a hair on it and we ask for a bottle of wine the waiters didn't know how to opened it was bad experience any way I went to the bar for drink my glass had lipstick on it so if you want to go there the hotel rooms are clean and big but avoid the restaurant and the bar

I think that the staff here makes the experience a great one. The breakfast buffet is also well worth it! My reason for not giving it a 5 is because the hotel allows smoking in the main room of the building, and I could smell smoke in my room on a few occasions as a result. The only other complaint is that it is on a busy circle, not easy to walk to many things.

NO SHUTTLE SERVICE
Got to Malpensa airport last Sunday and was told there was no shuttle for that hotel and I should call them. Spent over €6 on a pay phone only to be told they were sorry but didn't offer shuttle service or arrange for transport and that there must be a mistake on their website and I had to make my own way to the hotel (taxi costing €55!!). Got to the hotel and we argued for a good 30 mins before they told me they would only pay for my way back to the airport as a gesture of good will. I had no more money left so I asked if the could comp me some food and they said their restaurant was closed on Sundays and had no room service. I also booked this hotel for the spa and pool, which were also close on Sundays. No laundrette service either. So yes, this is a good hotel for Monday to Saturday and only if you hire a car? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Tutto davvero perfetto. Lo staff di Palace Hotel ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal momento in cui abbiamo varcato la soglia. Qui niente è lasciato al caso e l’attenzione ai dettagli (nonostante le condizioni post pandemia lo rendano ancora più difficile) regna sovrana. Sicuramente questo hotel sarà di nuovo la mia prima scelta quando tornerò a Legnano in visita alla famiglia. Raccomandatissimo!
