Lacking in customer service verging on rude! Hotel a bit dated, room was dirty. Didn’t bother complaining got the feeling they wouldn’t bother anyway. Booked the spa too. Water was filthy! Murky green/grey colour! They have a cheek to charge for it. The only fridge in the room stocked to the roof with their products! Would be nice to have somewhere to store refrigerated products. They also tried to charge us twice for the spa when we left even though they insisted we pay when checking in. They hold your passport and unless you return they crappy robes, bag, towel etc they won’t give you it back. Would never return! Shame really cause it could be nice

Very beautiful hotel, everywhere was clean, room was nice. The only downside for me was that breakfast was below average as there weren’t a lot of options. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, I needed a charger and they went above and beyond to get it. Great place to stay.

Shuttle service to the Airport Malpensa was €50 which I think is pricey for 10min drive. Wish I put that €50 towards a hotel in the airport then I could wake up later and not worry about traffic.

The breakfast options were limited.
The stupidest policy I’ve ever seen !! At breakfast, if you want sunny side up eggs, you have to pay extra (on top of breakfast fees!!!)
I thought this is a 4 star hotel !!

On top of that, they refuse to refund the breakfast fees. So either pay for what’s common across any decent hotel, or get lost.

Staff was wonderful - every person was extremely friendly. Luca, our server at the restaurant, did an amazing job at showing us hospitality. The property was nice and quiet - compared to the previous days of having tons of people around it was a welcomed difference. The spa and amenities were above and beyond and very reasonably priced. First of this place is a lovely place to stay but the problems comes with having to pay for everything like using their pool, there's nothing like complimentary requests there's a surge for everything. We wanted to have a spa session but they first off said there was one staff who could do it but later said there isn't any staff available after we said we were okay with having turns. The hotel is far from everything and the transportation service is just not it if you haven't got your own. The reservation had breakfast but no one mentioned this and showed us where to go, I requested for a late checkout and it was finalised before the trip only for the hotel staff to inform me on the day of the check out theyre fully booked.

Great luxary Motel / hotel to stay nearby the Milan Airport and the cool town of Busto Arsizio.

The SPA room is only $35 per person and WORTH EVERY PENNY. Its a updated beautiful Spa with everything you could possibly need to decompress and relax.

Too far from the “ nearest “ train station, if you don’t have car you will need to pay minimum $35 to $50 cab to the train station or $50 to the nearest shopping center. The shuttle service very nice but expensive . the town where the hotel is located has limited public transportation, is almost impossible to find an Uber or taxi after 9pm .

Nice place but not as relaxing as hoped

The hotel was lovely but i did struggle to sleep as room was very stufft. Had to leave the door open to ventilate but was awake as a result as was on ground floor with ability for anyone to just enter my room. Used the spa and pool which was lovely. Used the gym for fast paced walking but no air con and very stuffy.

Had to book this place for a last minute stay to get my flight the next morning. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport. My first impression was that it’s very nice looking (VERY pricy though). I walk in my room and there are stink bugs EVERYWHERE on the curtain and bed. The hotel was nice and gave me a new room right away which didn’t have any bugs. I wish they had AC but other than it was fine. The food onsite at their restraunt was good.

Our stay here was ok. A lack of coffee and creamer in the room was extremely annoying after a long drive travelling.
I would have expected a smart tv with apps that I could have watched my Amazon prime or YouTube on, however the tv was only available in Italian and had no apps available to use for international customers.
Due to renovation we could not use the spa or pool etc so we ended up having a very basic stay, entertaining ourselves with our phones.
We had an early flight and had to leave by 7 so we missed breakfast due to it only starting at 7am. That seems a little late to me and is very frustrating when I booked the room because of the breakfast.

The lobby is gorgeous; however, our room was in another building. Although, the room had air conditioning, it never cooled enough to feel comfortable. The hallway felt like a sauna. The pool is not on the premises, rather it is a public pool a long walking distance away. It was too crowded to even get in.

I should have listened to the reviews. Like others, we found the staff to be rude. We also didn’t get their “special limited bracelets” to the pool. I’m doubting if they exist. My kids were bummed. The menu is very limited and there’s not much nearby if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was very good and it was clean.

The only thing good here is the restaurant the food is superb. There is nothing for one to do they say they have a pool but you have to pay for it. basically you have to pay for everything. the TV in the room didn't work. I would not stay here again nor recommend. Also, the hotel is about 15mins from the airport and it cost 50 EUR to and from airport.

You have to pay €34 euros to use the spa or the pool, it does not say this prior to booking. Motel room showers were see through no privacy. Tv is all in Italian no options to change to English or use smart tv. Staff were not very helpful when asking them to do something e.g if you needed an iron you would have to remind them 3 times and even then you had to get it yourself. Breakfast was ok. Gym facilities were awful just 3 machines.

Staying at the Mo.Om was great for us as it was only approx 15 minutes from malpensa airport. We hired a car so getting into town was easy - as the Duomo is 45 minutes away. The hotel is amazing, including the facilities. Me and my husband booked the spa out for ourselves for a relatively decent price! The spa facilities including the pool - was perfect after a long day in the city. We also got massages, could’ve been cheaper but still worth it. Hotel staff were also polite. The hotel offers free parking. All in all the hotel was great, very nice to look at.

The look of the property at the reception look clean and elegant, so my sister made appointment for
2 massages facial cleansing and deconstracting massage, her experience was very bad, she was not happy at all and felt bad for wasting time and money.
The room we got for 4 people was a loft style with king bed on the loft and sofa bed down in the living room, so there were no space to sit in the living room and we have to squeeze by the sofa bed to go to the bathroom. We came back in the hotel at night and was surprised that there were so little lights in the room, 2 small headlamps by the upper floor bed 1 table lamp on the table and 1 led light strip at the edge of the bathroom which was an eye sore to anyone in the living room it was shining directly to whoever sleeping in the sofa bed. The temperature in the room was stuffy , I started to have allergy and runny nose during my stay. In the morning I talked to the staff and wanted to check-out and get a refund for the second night because we were not enjoying our stay Andrea tried to accommodate us by changing the room to the same type but with the light on the ceiling instead of on the side wall, but at that point we were just very upset and felt like we have no choice so 2 of us left and stay elsewhere without changing the room.
Just to mention this hetel doesn't have shuttle service at night and 15-20min from airport, and no train station nearby!

We opted for a junior garden suite, located in one of the separate blocks at the front of the main hotel building. The Mo.Om is an eco-friendly hotel and we found the suite quite dark at first, but eventually got used to the low lighting.
We chose the Mo.Om as we wanted the convenience of accommodation with a spa and shuttle service. On arrival we were told the shuttle was not running and there were no massage services either. It was quite costly to book the spa facilities - although we would have had sole use for 2 hours in the price. In the end we spent a bit extra for a 5 hour experience at QC Terme in Central Milan, which was absolutely AMAZING!!!!
Staff were friendly and helpful - especially with booking taxis and giving advice about places to visit. Would suggest hiring a car, as there are not many amenities close by and walking is difficult with no pavements / fast roads. Getting around by taxi was costly. Didn't realise that Italian taxi drivers start their meters BEFORE they pick you up, so depending on how far they've come from it can be a substantial amount. Trains are cheap, with 2 stations within a 15 min drive that take you to most places.
The accommodation was very clean and hygienic.
Would've been nice to have fresh - not reconstituted juices at breakfast. More options like baked beans, hash browns and more choice for non-pork eaters, vegans / vegetarians would be good.
Had a pleasant stay overall, but would stay more centrally if I visit Milan again.

We stumbled upon this place after our Airbnb in Milan was not what we expected. We needed a place that could house 5 of us..as we are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. It is away from Milan central, but we were happy to get away. From the beginning the staff was friendly and offered suggestions to visit a near by town, which we LOVED. The only thing we wish we had was a car; we had relied heavily on trains and buses while in Italy, and the location of this hotel requires a little more creativity. Luckily, the staff was willing to set up the shuttle they offer or a taxi when not offered. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the breakfast.

We ended up in this hotel due to a flight cancellation. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and our room was clean and fresh.
You are in the middle of nowhere and although there is a spa on site the charges to use it are quite hefty.
We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent and plentiful.
The only negative was breakfast in the morning. Make sure you are down earlier than the advertised time.
The breakfast is served until 10 am. We arrived down at 9.20 am. Although there appeared to be plenty of choice some items needed replenished, such as plain croissants and some of the pastries. They never replenished anything and at 9.30 the staff started clearing away. The coffee machine was switched off at 9.40am
Aside from this it’s a good business/airport hotel.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. We booked a family suite and it’s nothing like what was on the pictures. When I booked it showed a two level family suite, and showed a much nicer room. It made no mention that the family suites were detached from the main hotel. The main hotel is pictured all over Expedia and It is nice, something I would give a 3/4 star rating. what you get when you check-in is completely different. The family hotel is a completely separate hotel and it’s actually a detached motel, and it’s not what is pictured. After checking in we were walked OUTSIDE and directed down the driveway to our room. When I saw the room given to us, I complained, and staff acknowledge that it wasn’t the room pictured in my confirmation and I was told that they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate the suite that was pictured on my booking. Upon checking in I was asked if we wanted to add breakfast for an additional charge, which we added. I gave the receptionist a credit card to keep on file to add the breakfast charge, however the next morning when we tried to get breakfast we were told that we had not paid for the breakfast and were harassed until we got up to pay. I explained to the receptionist what had happened and gave her a credit card again. I asked her to keep it on file for any room services or charges, however the next morning the whole breakfast situation happen again. At that point it was more work to get breakfast at the hotel we ended up eating elsewhere

Das MO.OM Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, es liegt auf fast halbem Weg zwischen dem Airport Malpensa und Mailand.
Unser Zimmer war in einem Nebengebäude, mit eigenem Parkplatz. das Zimmer war normal groß, mit einem schönem Bad.
Der Service war klasse !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel besticht durch eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und eine erstklassige Lage.
Zimmer & Sauberkeit:
Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Design ist modern und die Betten waren äußerst bequem.
Service & Personal:
Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben.
Essen & Gastronomie:
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Abendessen war kulinarisch exzellent und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
