The shuttle was good the price was very expensive, the refrigerator never worked because maintenance never showed up.Staff stayed the maintenance man was not end ir they are going to send but nothing got fixed. The TV has one language...Italian I speak English.

The property was out of way and not convenient to dining or activity options. We were only there for one night so this was not a great inconvenience for us and the property did abut a small lake and was not entirely unpleasant. the parking garage was small and the access to the property limited. Our impression was that most of the other guests were workers on a local project rather than people on holiday. the rooms were decent with the exception of the inconvenient shower setup. the towel rack was at the rear of the tub and the shower in the middle so that you either had to stand in a small area at the front of the tub or with your back to the shower curtain. We did get the breakfast which was a continental buffet with good options and a coffee machine to make any coffee drink you desired. the staff were friendly and did open up a secondary room when the main room was full upon our arrival to breakfast.

Not what we would expect from a IH Hotel. The hotel bedding situation was terrible with the bed about 8 inches off the floor with a mattress that gave you no support.
The breakfast served was terrible. We arrived at midpoint in the breakfast hours and the food trays were empty.with the attendant talking with a guest but doing nothing to refill the trays. BIG disappointment.

Heat was turned off during the day and rooms were bitterly cold. As we are elderly, this made us sick. The door to the balcony in our room was not properly sealed and the cold air cane in. The clothes dryer did not work. Menu was very limited in the restaurant. The only good thing about oyr stay was Hostess Jessica Beltran. She was very accommodating.

I can’t believe how great this hotel was for the price. What a bargain! We have been traveling in Europe for 2 weeks now and at most places we pay $30 a night for parking and they want $20 a person for breakfast. So that is $70 extra. But at this hotel all of that was free and I paid less than $70 for my night. The breakfast was the best I have seen yet. They had thick towels, unlike most hotels in switzerland. It was clean and the day staff were very friendly! The A/C worked and the only thing that could have been better would be a better mattress. But for the price we paid I couldn’t believe how great of a deal it was! And they give you free drinks and then also have a minibar available. Plus lots of free thi bc s in the bathroom. Yes, some say it isn’t in a great part of town. But we didn’t care because we parked our car for free in the parking garage and we just needed a place to stay the night. They also let us use their laundry room to do a load of laundry for $10 euros, including laundry detergent. I was just really impressed how nice this place was and couldn’t believe how little we paid for what we got!

We arrived and was shocked that the area and hotel looked much older and worn than in the photos. As we were riding the elevator from the parking garage to reception, we noticed a sign saying there was no working hot water. I asked at check-in and he said it was working but you had to let it run for a long time first. As he was checking us in, I noticed he had a fan on him so I asked to verfiy that the room had AC. Not until then did he tell me that the AC was also broken. One of my requirements was AC so we were forced to book elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was a convention going on so we had alot of trouble finding a hotel and finally had to rent an apartment for a night and pay much more than what we were expecting to pay at your hotel. It is very sad that there were issues with both hot water and AC, it does not seem that this hotel is kept up very well and someone should have let us know that there were issues.

Great place to stay for exploring Milano
This is a wonderful hotel: free parking, rich and varied breakfast, excellent mattress. Very clean rooms. It's easily accessible from the highway. Its disadvantage seems to be its distance from Milano, but in fact (as I have found out not listening to the receptionist whose advice was to use the parking in the city itself) that the P+R Famagosta is just a 10-min. drive away and from there the M2 line (2,20 euros for a single journey) takes you directly to the city center, train stations, etc. This covered parking costs 1,50 euro for up to 5 hours and 2 euros for up to 10 hours.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful lake view! The breakfast was lovely and the minibar (a couple of sodas, water bottles, and juice) was included in the stay! The hotel does not offer room service nor do they have a restaurant on site. There aren't many dining options around either so plan for that. We ended up ordering Uber Eats both nights and it was delivered pretty quickly.

The pictures of the hotel online do not match reality. It is set back at the end of the street, very isolated, in an industrial area. When I booked the reservation I did so because the pictures look beautiful, the hotel is situated on a lake but it does not look like the lake in the pictures. The hotel listed a restaurant, room service, a hotel shuttle and a bar, but none of which was available. We brought back some things to the room and asked for ice but was told that the was no way to provide it to us since there were no containers to use. We improvised and went up to our room to retrieve the trashcan from the bathroom in order to bring back down to the lobby to get ice. We ordered from the menu in the lobby for dinner from a nearby restaurant since there was not a restaurant in the hotel.The food took more than an hour to arrive and we did not get cutlery. The person at the front desk directed us to the breakfast area, which was a large dark room which made it very difficult to find the cutlery. I felt like the team at the front desk did an adequate job, but did nothing to go above and beyond. While the room was very comfortable all of the other features were very disappointing. Note the photo accompanying this review that clearly states that a restaurant is on site.

This is NOT the place to stay. Although the staff are very nice, this place is extremely run down and old. We stayed in an end room on the second floor by the lake, and our room had at least 5 beetle type flying bugs that we killed in the room as well as other small bugs. We know that they probably air out the rooms and leave the windows open to do so, therefore with no screens, letting all these flying bugs in that are by the lake. There was no hot water to shower. The beds were extremely hard too. The parking is sketchy and very tight and is underground. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with a lot of different options. We will choose another hotel next time we come to Milan.

After a long drive this was the perfect hotel to recharge your batteries. For the price, I would not ask for anything more. The staff were very friendly and eager to help.The room was spotlessly clean with all the usual amenities you find in a 5 star hotel. The area is nothing special and no supermarkets or restaurants within walking distance. You have to use your car to go anywhere. The breakfast was ok, served by a huge terrace overlooking the river

The restaurant was closed for the month of August but that was not stated on the website nor noted in the reservation itinerary. There are no restaurants or stores close by. There are no vending machines and as far as I can tell there is not even an ice machine. The only beverages available are in the room refrigerator . The staff however is very friendly and very nice . the room was clean and neat but the hotel itself is located quite far from Milan which I did not realise and is my fault for not looking at the location more carefully.

Spent the night there on our way to Genoa. Extremely clean rooms, fantastic service. Arrived after midnight after a long drive and check-in was very speedy. Area outside the hotel needs some work done and it was abit difficult to find at night, because the hotel sign was not lit. Breakfast could also be improved. Apart from that great hotel.

Un hôtel avec un parking payant, un hôtel ou vous passez des nuits blanches, vous ne pouvez pas dormir, un hôtel qui fait payer des petits déjeuners alors que dès notre arrivée 'ois avons demandé à ne pas être facturé du petit déjeuner en car nous partions trop tôt le matin, une salle de bain avec une cuvette jaune, vous ne poivez pas vous endormir avant minuit et on vous réveil à 5h du matin et après 7h du matin. Imanginez dans quel état nous étions...

The hotel has a good price and breakfast is nice. But you have to be aware that you need a car/taxi to go to the metro station. It's a bit far from the nearest metro or bus to the centre. If you like canoeing on the small lake you're in the right area though. People were nice but nearest diner option 1 km away..

Ingesamt ein ordentliches Hotel. Frühstück eher einfach gehalten. Frühstücksraum sehr klein und schnell überlaufen. Kein Restaurant im Hotel, allerdings gute gastronomische Möglichkeiten an der nicht weit entfernten Hauptstraße. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, die angebotene Tiefgarage (€ 10,-/Tag) daher nicht unbedingt notwendig. Mussten leider, unangekündigt, einmal das Zimmer wechseln. Hier wurden unsere Sachen ohne unser Zutun einfach mal in ein unbekanntes Zimmer „verfrachtet“. Diese Aktion wurde auch noch sehr unfreundlich von der Rezeption kommentiert. Alternativen zu diesem Hotel sind breit gestreut in der näheren Umgebung. Daher nur eine bedingte Empfehlung.

The hotel is easy to reach by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room (two beds, standard) was well equipped: safe, work area, power sockets, light sources, bidet, minibar and more. Breakfast was in a large, attractive hall with a varied buffet and large windows on the terrace. We were very satisfied all round.
