This was a last minute booking for us. We booked 2 rooms. My hubby woke me up to complain about a small bug he found in our bed. I took a small video of it, thinking it might have come from the open window. The next morning, our son and girlfriend complained how “itchy” the sheets felt when leaving the area. I took another look at the video and looked up “bed bugs”. It looked like the same critter.
I called the hotel to report our finding, but they were very dismissive.

This property was not where we needed to be to visit Milan. It is on a commuter and bus line that is on the other side of a very busy divided highway. The decor is very dated. It had a vintage hairdryer on the wall. Over all it is clean, but we were not comfortable. We checked out and rebooked in Milan Center.

The rooms are very comfortable, the only problem is that it is not very close to downtown and it could take you around 40 minutes to get there, which is a problem if your main objective is to visit Milan. The check in also take a lit of time for some reason, but in general it was very good.

There was a lot of difference between the photos and the facilities, and it doesn't look like a four-star hotel. There were no slippers, no manicures in the room. The bathroom was too small for adults to use. And there was no electric kettle in the hotel, so I had to bring a cup of hot water to a paper cup. I don't recommend it.

Horrible experience. Seems like a 50 year old property with horrible bathrooms, no amenities, no parking and bad service. They claimed that 1 child stays free but at check-in they came up with a 3 year age limit and ending up charging me extra for the child.

Stayed for two nights, First night tired from traveling, webt straight to bed , woke up both of us bitten from mosquitoes, (all windows closed)
FIrst thing in a morning made a complain at reception, she gave me mosquito repelent.to put on wall outlet.
Even that i choose to do payment when i stay ,my credit card was charged for one night before i checked in.
Receptionist told me that its only pre authorisation. I showed to her thay its not pre authorisation but charge.
Next day when i checked out i was charged again full price for two nights, again i showed both transfers she told me that during the day first transfer will be returned to me, but still nothing.
I wrote email to hotel and they wrote me back that it takes from 72h to 21 days.
It showes 4 star hotel but 1 star its more than enough.

I brought a group of 8 to the hotel. We cancelled one room nearly two weeks in advance due to an injury but they still charged us after saying they would consider not. A/C turned off, elevator did not work, parking was a block away. Poor experience after all considered. We used 7 hotels over a two week period. This one was the lowest. Cannot recommend it

The hotel doesn't have bar or restaurant. The transport is available only during day until 21:00.
The fridge didn't work properly so we can't get cold drinks and the air conditioning also. There was 26- 27 degrees outside.

No insect screens - expect buzzing bugs and bites if you open the window. The Satellite TV wasn’t working in my room. Toilet was in a corner and your legs had to go under a sink.

Nice Hotel

Clean, warm and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling for business and i was not interested in a hotel located in the City of Milano. Very nice restaurants near by for dinner.
For a business trip is perfect and the price was fair. I will go there again when i will need to travel in the same area. I recommend this hotel.

Air Conditioning Problem, solved very well

There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room and they were completely full, but they were really good about getting us another room with air conditioning at a hotel in their chain that was close by. We really appreciated the effort for this.

Although we were a little concerned from the outside, the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean and everything turned out great. The hotel was a little hard to find and access to downtown is difficult to navigate by car. But, overall, it worked out fine.

Euro Hotel Milan

Ideal as my Client is situated in Trezzano Sur Naviglio. The hotel is situated on a very busy road & can be a little noisy. The breakfast was fine except there was no marmalade. One criticism is that the TV programmes do not contain BBC World or CNN or any other English speaking ones so it is very difficult to keep up with what is happening outside of Italy. Overall I would say it is excellent value for money.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal super freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war definitiv ausreichend (div. Brot, Schinken, Käse, gekochtes Ei und Rührei, gegrilltes Gemüse, Joghurt, Müsli, Cornetto etc., zweierlei Säfte, frisches Obst, Süße Aufstriche). Eine Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür und mit den Öffis benötigt man ca. 50 Minuten bis zum Duomo.
Die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag ausgetauscht obwohl wir diese nicht auf den Boden legten.
Shampoo und Seife sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer hatte sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

La señorita que nos atendió súper desatenta, dijo que le daría prioridad a la gente que llamaba para reservas y como nosotros llevábamos de Expedia , antes de asignarnos habitación atendió a 3 clientes que llegaron y llamaron después de nuestra llegada.

It's a bit far from the city but it's well served by both bus and suburban train bus 327 or train line s9 will get you into Milan in no time, the hotel is gorgeous very classy I'm a classical way the rooms spacious and we'll furnished, bathroom had a bathtub and a separate shower , 10/10

Old, but ok hotel far from Milano center. Staff is really nice, the breakfast is ok, our child aged 8 liked it a lot.
They have a nice outdoor area which is sadly not in use. It was one of the main reasons why we booked this stay to be able to sit outside.
There is a balcony, but way too small and no view due to big plants.
Bed is big, but hard, as was the pillows.
All in all an ok stay, but there is nothing much to do in the area, and the transport to Milano is quite far. You need to take the bus and metro, and it takes around 1 hour to Duomo.

Albergo ordinario, non certo da 4 stelle. Prezzo correlato al fatto che si trova fuori Milano, oltre la tangenziale. Comodo andare in centro in quanto l’hotel si trova A 15 minuti in macchina dal capolinea della metropolitana rossa.

El hotel es muy funcional. A 7 min esta una estacion de tren que te permite llegar en 20 minutos a la estacion de cadorna y relizar el recorrido a pie sin problema.
El desayuno es muy variado y muy bueno.

Hay algunos restaurantes en la zona bien calificados y un supermercado a 5 min.caminando.

C’est écarté des endroits fréquenté mais ça permet également d’avoir la coupure du bruit et des rues fréquentées.

Le petit déjeuner était compris, basique mais amplement ce qu’il faut.

Hotel muito velho, longe de ser 4 estrelas.

A recepcionista da noite queria que deixássemos um número de cartão de crédito como caução para possíveis danos na propriedade, dizendo que houve problemas com outros hóspedes que fizeram a reserva sem ser diretamente com o hotel, mas como já havíamos pagado a estadia completa e, infelizmente, também havíamos nos hospedado lá na semana anterior e ninguém havia solicitado nada, nos recusamos e nada aconteceu, a não ser ela não nos cumprimentar mais até o final da estadia.
O café da manhã é bem diversificado, mas o sabor da comida não é boa.
O banheiro é terrível! Na primeira estadia ficamos no casal superior, um horror! Um chuveiro dentro da banheira (clássico europeu), mas que joga e escorre agua tudo para fora e inunda o banheiro inteiro, porque o vidro do box é só um pedacinho e nem é fechado até embaixo. Já na segunda estadia (só nos hospedamos porque não havia como cancelar) ficamos na suíte standard, nesse banheiro não tinha a banheira, somente um box de chuveiro minúsculo pouco menos de 70x70cm, que com o espaço utilizado pela manopla do chuveiro e pela prateleira dos produtos de higiene, sobra uns 50cm, ou seja, para se ensaboar você bate cotovelo e as costas o tempo todo. E a porta de entrada do box não abre mais do que 40cm, mas pelo menos não inunda o banheiro!
O estacionamento disponível são vagas na frente do hotel, na rua.
Enfim, pior experiência que tive em 23 dias de viagem e 9 hotéis diferentes.
