Business friendly, however means if you are a tourist you are likely to get the not so good rooms! We got put in a disabled room, before being moved to a room with no sound insulation right above a noisy restaurant garden! TV in that room was then broken!
Location is good, and third time lucky staff got us in a room with installation and of the level booked!
Breakfast was OK, and location is good go Monza and and Milan trips.

Shower weekend at Euro hotel

Great service by the hotel, really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is 20 min from Monza , if you don’t have a car bus is the only option as it is in a small industrial zone.
If you wish to explore Monza village,,best to stay in Monza.
There is no food service 24/7, only breakfast and dinner when the restaurant opens in the evening.
I would say that the hotel is more 3 stars but the personnel and cleanliness were very good.

Very convenient in the Nroth of Milan

Very conveninent hotel in the North of Milan, very close to the motorway to reach Europe.
Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is various and of good quality.
Staff is very kind and helpful. The only note is about the shower that was a bit full of limestone.
Very convenient and inexpensive parking.

This hotel also operates a serviced apartment at the same time. The front desk of the hotel transferred our room to the serviced apartment without obtaining the consent of the guest. When we walked in, we found the apartment to be very outdated and the hygiene was very worrying. I complained to the front desk but as we had a dinner reservation and needed to go immediately, there was no time to change the room and had to put up with a very bad experience for one night.

The overall experience was below average for several reasons. Firstly, there was a noticeable issue with cleanliness as I found dust in the rooms and even on the bed. This was not only unpleasant but also raised concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards.

Another significant downside was the lack of basic amenities in the room. It's surprising and inconvenient that there was no kettle available. Having access to hot water for beverages or simple meal preparation is a standard expectation for most hotel rooms.

Communication before the trip was good, very responsive to our requests re bed arrangements. We arrived late snd I realised I had booked the wrong room - a connecting double rather than an apartment. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating and organised a room despite the late hour. The apartment, which was seperate to the hotel, was large, clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Thank you again to the staff - you were lovely.

We only stayed one night but it was clean and stuff was pleasant.
We got everything we needed.
Breakfast had wide variety of food.
Salami, prosciutto cotto, cheeses, fruit some veggies.
Good variety of croissants and breads.
Coffee and tea, juices and different fresh waters. Also you could find yogurt and cereal.
Would recommend to stay at this hotel
Also, the room had Nesspresso machine which is a bonus for coffee lovers 😊

We arrived about 9 pm just to sleep and continue on the way in the morning. When we arrived on the room, the AC give very hot air so i set the temperature to 23 degree. During the night they waked up us by call from reception, by mistake. Second problem was about the AC, it stop heating and we wake up by cold at 4:40 am... So I don't sleep a lot

The restaurant was excellent. The free shuttle to the Stadium for the onward shuttle to the F1 Grand Prix was fast and efficient.
The only slight criticism was the slow speed of the lift.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable although air-con wouldn't go below 23C for some reason. An email regarding a lost item went unanswered/unacknowledged during my stay, and an attempt to dine in the restaurant ended in frustration when I'd not been issued with a menu more than 20 minutes after being seated despite repeated attempts to get service. Acceptable but not great as an overall stay.

Average hotel, but positioned well for the race track. They put on a shuttle bus on the weekend of the gp which takes you to the stadium, from there you can hop on a bus which takes you where you need to be. Very easy. Hotel itself is ok, but only ok. Beds we're too hard for my liking (and i like a hard bed). There isn't much around the hotel, although you can find a bar and restaurant or two within a few minutes walk. Whatever you do, don't eat at the restaurant next door - it is overpriced and poor quality, with terrible service. I would however recommend the hotel if you're in monza for the race track.

Nice hotel, good staff. Very hard bed though. Also if you stay in the back of the hotel there is a dog somewhere that barks all night. There is a hotel bar that's open sometimes, but doesn't have a full bar though. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and updated. Good restaurant next door and an even better one walking distance down the block Granaio. Fantastic!

Good location for the f1 track. Wouldn't stop here unless going for f1 as it is in middle off no where have to get taxi to attractions.

Bed was uncomfortable and backed on to industrial estate where there was lots off noise early morning around 7am.

Overall a nice stay the staff where good and helpful.

The staff here need to learn custom service.
Politeness wouldn't have gone a miss. When working in a hospitality job role politeness and manners should be a given surly? Welcoming guests? But instead here you are welcomed with rudeness.

Staff need to crack a smile. We are paying customers staying at your venue.

The room was clean but for the price to you are paying there were things coming off the wall, floor badly scratched, and the sofa bed was something cheap from Ikea. Definitely not a 4* rating place. The room we were given was an apartment to accommodate up to 4 guest. No kettle and only one knife and folk!

AC didn't work from the control panel in the room itself. We had to go down to reception 3 times for this to be sorted. Which they then turned the rooms to an ice box! They really must have found it hilarious.

I've travelled many places- cheaper with better service and quality. Changes to be made here and it needs to start with the staff. Even the guy in the morning was miserable.

Close to Monza race track; clean, well-appointed rooms. Only problem was with the thermostat, which was set way too hot and which we couldn't control. Toilet also began leaking at the base on day 4 of our trip (our final day there).

Lovely hotel. Generally good amenities. Would have liked coffee making facilities in room. Continental breakfast good. Need an extra coffee machine as often long queues. Great shuttle service to buses for Grand Prix circuit or a nice 4 mile cross country walk.

Cheap for a night

It's a cheap and affordable stay for one night. Our room had a kitchenette and it wasn't very clean, nor did we use it. The bathroom however looked fairly new and clean, so that was good. Bed however was very stiff and uncomfortable and the sheets stunk like bleach, so it wasn't a comfortable or restful sleep. The restaurant next door serves great food, and the morning breakfast downstairs is very good, great coffee machine and big selection. Hotel staff are very helpful and speak English well. For the price I would stay again.

Very average hotel considering the 4 star rating. Room is ok but no tea/coffee facilities. Quite noisy being able to hear other rooms. Housekeeping woke me up every morning at 730 am by banging doors clanging their carts around and yelling.
Would not stay again.

There was no hot water on our first night... You could not adjust the air conditioning as it is swithed off as of 1st october so we had to open the windows.. Constant external noise and mosiquitos came in... We did not sleep. I booked a 'accessability' room by mistake and the shower made the bathroom slippery and dangerous. We asked to be moved and was told that there would be an additional charge.

Not good for business travel. There is a laundry room in the attached apartments, but the circuit breaker was off and one of the irons was dead. There was no way to add water to them either.

Apart from the location, it's a good value for money, clean and all. But the free Wi-Fi (which is written in hotel description) is only for 1hr, you have to pay for a full day internet access. This is absolutely unacceptable. I believe many people are booking by filtering fro free Wi-Fi.

was disappointed, of receiving a disable room.
asked to the recepsionist, brown hair, that for the money i paid, that is the room assigned.not very nice at all. i do work for a large cruise company as a restaurant manager, if i had such complain from customer, she will receive a formal warning.
second, I found on my living day, 200 undreds dollars was missing from, my hand bag.reported, and, told me that they will investigate, i will wait, for how long, i do not know.

Hôtel bien situé, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Mais literie peu confortable, chambre plutôt bruyante avec le son de la musique du hall qui résonne jusque tard (nous étions au premier). Pas de petites intensions comme une bouilloire, du thé,... Et la salle de bain pas parfaitement propre. J'ajoute qu'il restait une serviette en boule au dessus d'une armoire.
