The hotel itself is absolutely fine. Excellent service & helpful staff.
Just need to be aware that it is a good 25 min walk from the town of Sesto & its railway/metro station. And probably not the most pleasant of walks especially at nighttime. Good if you have access to transport. Only 10/15 min drive to monza. Not so good if you are a solo traveller as I was. Without a car.

Giulia in reception is very polite and professional. Also, the dining staff and Alberto (early morning reception). Room is very adequate for a quick overnite stay to get to Linate early morning. They will arrange for a taxi which was on time....you worry when the pick up is 4:30am!
The food in the restaurant was quite good for a hotel and all in all, I would stay there again.
The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that there was a cherry stem on the floor of my bathroom behind the door, so made me wonder how thorough the housekeeper was....

The bus 701 run until 23:30 and which takes you to metro station M2.
If you want to come after that time definitely you need a taxi from metro to hotel which is 2 KM

I'll be honest; it took us 4 1/2 hrs to get to the hotel from the Malpansa Airport; it shouldn't have taken no more than an hour; it's 50 kms.; our GPS couldn't find the hotel either; we were driving around in circles; lost for hours and then finally a nice young man literally drove his vehicle in front of ours and got us there. it was 8 p.m. We were beat. So getting to the hotel is a bit convoluted, so location is our only complaint.

Too far from town

This hotel is decent, similar to a holiday inn or la quinta in quality. However, It is too far from the center of Milan, with no direct way to get there. It requires that one walks to a bus station, wait for a bus which comes every 30 min, then ride the bus for 15-20 min to metro and then ride metro for another 15-20 min to the center of town. The area the hotel is in is quite dumpy, which is true for all of Milan outside of the city center. We stayed at a downtown hotel as part of this trip and it was amazing what a difference there was in the overall experience. I wouldn't stay here again.

The directions to the place were wrong. When we did find the place, no one was there to greet us. We arrived about 7:30p.m. One of the occupants let us in. We called to get access to are room which we were never sent. My wife and I stood in the lobby for 20minutes before someone showed up. After a nine hour train ride, this was not what we expected.

Nice hotel despite the distance from Milan Central

This hotel is located quite a distance away from Milan attractions. You need to take the subway (red line) to Loreto and change to green line to Sesto Marelli. Then you can catch the free shuttle bus to the hotel (pls note that this free service only operates at specific times ie 8.00am, 8.30am and 9.00am hotel to station and 6.00pm 6.30pm and 7.00pm from station to hotel). We arrived late which made everything a bit more tricky. The hotel is nice with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was fine. There was no coffee making facility but we were given one when we requested it at the front desk. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we had to leave early to catch the shuttle bus to get to Milan. Overall this is a nice hotel and a pleasant stop over if you are not bothered with the distance from Milan.

Away from Milan, but still close enough

If you're looking to stay in a quiet area near Milan, this is the perfect place. Not too far from the metro or train station, and you can easily get to the city center in less than 15 minutes. There is a shopping mall in a walkable distance, most of the stores that are in Milan, but without the crowd and tourists. Very modern, new and clean facilities.

Not the right hotel for your stay...

The location is extremely incocvienient. Very unsafe feeling neighborhood. We were very displeased to learn that there was no shuttle to the airport even though it advertises it. It actually ended d up costing us over $35 for a single cab ride to the airport. Really disappointed in our stay here. I wouldn't recommended staying here.

When we finally found the hotel, we were a bit disappointed by its location. The neighborhood is less than desirable (there's not much close by), and the parking for check-in was an issue, because there are no obvious parking spots in front. The staff was kind enough, but our room was in the furthest possible part of the hotel, which was less than ideal. The amenities in the room were modern and clean, so the room was easily the best part about our stay at this hotel.

In general, a nice hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly front-desk people, strong breakfast. On the flip side, the nearest metro station - Marelli - is about 2 miles away (being conservative). So, mobility might be something to consider for visitors without vehicle. If you get a nice deal, just budget some money for taxis.

This is a lovely hotel, very clean with nice furnishings. Our room was on the small side but it had everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi worked well from inside the room. We did not choose to pay for the breakfast. The location is north of Milan but there is a bus stop across the street from which you can ride the bus to a subway station that will take you into Milan. Combo ticket for a single trip is 1.90 Euros which is available from the hotel front desk. There is a large shopping center which includes restaurants and a grocery 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel, staff, room , facilities all excellent . Unfortunately locality is mainly industrial and undergoing reconstruction. Didn't get to Central Milan on this trip but would certainly make use of this hotel again when visiting the area as it is very close to Lake Como , a beautiful place.

This is a very nice hotel overall. It is just inconvenient if you don't have a car. They have a shuttle to a metro station but it only runs 3 times in the morning (8, 8:30, and 9) and 3 times in the evening (6:10, 6:40, and 7:10). Those are times going from the hotel to the metro. It also picks you up from the metro (8:15, 8:45, 9:15 mornings and 5:55, 6:25, 6:55 evenings). We ended up taking the bus to the metro. The restaurant is very good. It is a very modern hotel. The only thing I did not like was the shower/bath. If you want to take a shower, there is just a half pane of glass covering one side of the tub. It is impossible to prevent water from splashing out of the tub. Thus it gets messy on the floor.

Great alternative with easy access to downtown

We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities, cleanliness and the hotel restaurant (good option if you don't feel like going out for dinner after hours walking the city attractions...).
The hotel supplies a shuttle service to the nearest subway station, so you can easily get to the Piazza dei Duomo in 20 minutes, without having to pay the high prices of hotels closer tho the touristic areas.

Great hotel but horrible location

Yes the hotel is very clean and the staff were very nice. It is very new . A huge warning though the location is very far from the center of Milan. It takes about a 20min bus ride then another 30 min train ride. They do provide a shuttle to the first metro stop bût it is only for 8am , 8:15am and 9am. If you have a car defintly stay here but if your depending on public transport don't do it. It cost us 60 euros to get to airport and another 35 just to get from center of Milan.

Hotel staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was very nice and updated. The restaurant offered a good breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. The location is not the most ideal as it is about a 30 minute ride by metro to the city center but the bus stop is conveniently located across the street so it was easy to navigate around the city- Metro tickets can be purchased from the hotel desk so that was also convenient and the staff was very helpful in advising us on how to get to our desired locations.

Hotel runs a shuttle to the underground rail for easy access. Back late at night, cab was only 8E from train station. Room was the best one we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Neighborhood is not very good, lots of construction and old buildings. Not a place for walking around. Free Wi-Fi in room.

We spent two nights at this hotel and it was great. The decor was modern and contemporary, the room was clean, free wifi, friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located about 2km away from the train station and therefore it needs a little bit of a walk. The location of the hotel is easy to find as it's just located along the main street but it's not near to the city about 15km away, about 20mins train ride. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

4 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service

Was visiting family in Milan, and decided to stay at the Best Western Falck Village Hotel.
Service was number 1! Check in staff very polite, and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms very clean, large shower.
Location is in an area just outside of Milan, it took us around 15 minutes to visit family that lives right outside Linate Airport. Breakfast was very good with many choices. I'm cabin crew for a major airline so I know a good hotel when I see one, and this is it. I truely recommend this hotel. Like the title says, 4 star hotel with a 5 star service. Bravo!!

Best Western - outside Milan and minutes from hwy

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We used this hotel as a stopover between Venice & Cannes since it is only a few minutes from the tollway. Parking is visible and free in the middle of the street in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. We had the restaurant to ourselves - the food was fantastic as well as the Artisanal beer selection. The breakfast spread was also delicious. There were no other food options in this industrial area so we were glad that the restaurant was excellent.

Fantastic except for location

We had a very comfortable stay here for four nights. It was chosen because of it's distance to Monza. Everything in the hotel was perfect....the room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable. However, to reach the centre of Milan is either a 30 min walk to the station.....or a short cab ride. Although there is a hotel shuttle bus to the station, that only operates three time in morning/evening weekdays. Taxis charge whatever they like - despite the meter (some have a start price as highas 10 euros....which makes a 5 min taxi ride to the station cost as much as 16 euros which is ridiculous). Breakfast buffet tasty - good choice of food. The restaurant also offers a fixed price buffet but the food on the buffet was very average. Would return here.

An Outstanding Hotel

One of those rare experiences when I had to re-check what we were being charged as it seemed too little for a night in this lovely Hotel.We stayed in many hotels during our trip through Europe and this was by far the best....its beautifully set out with very modern decor and the Receptionist was highly professional..we arrived tired and stressed after our long drive from Genova but his cooland calm manner was very reassuring..I felt as though I had walked into a 5 star Hotel.The Falck is probably priced the way it is because of its location...an outer suburb of Milan....but to be honest once your inside you forget all that..the room was luxuriously appointed and the restaurant was really nice....its worth going just for the coffee machine that serves thick flavoured lattes at the push of a button!...I was really sad to have to move on.....I really cannot find any fault!

Mi nombre es Francisco Temprado y hospede en el Best Western Falck Village Hotel en la habitación 009.

Sesto San Giovanni - 20099. Llegué el 7 de junio y después de pasar la primera noche, le dije a la recepcionista el día 8 por la mañana que la calefacción no funcionaba en mi habitación, ella dijo que avisaría a mantenimiento. En la tarde del 8 todavía no funciona el clima y la luz tampoco funciona con la tarjeta de la habitación, así que vuelvo a la recepcionista y le informo de esta situación, esta recepcionista enciende la luz en la recepción pero la calefacción sigue funcionando. no funciona En la noche tengo que dormir con toallas en la cama porque no hay mantas en la habitación, hoy es 9 y si no se soluciona este problema voy a poner una denuncia por todo lo anterior Firmado: Francisco Temprado

hotel located just outside Sesto San Giovanni. The rooms are very basic, without any particular comfort. Considering that the structure is located on a busy boulevard, that you can only get there by car and that most people who stay do it for work, I find really very inconvenient the lack of parking and any solution in this regard.

Maravilloso!!!
Excelente servicio, personal de primera , educados, amables, de muy buena disposición..cada dia buscaban hacerte sentir en casa y tener una linda experiencia.

Muy acogedor. Vale la pena a pesar de estar un poco alejando del centro
Lo mejor , el.desayuno y ppoder dejar las maletas varios ( sin costo) si planeas viajar con poco equipaje por europa.
