Worst Hotel stay in my life, the facilities are clandestine, there is no lobby service on SUNDAYS...yeah SUNDAYS and during the week their lobby is close early in the day so good luck trying to check out early in the day... they will keep your 200.00 deposit and not reply your emails... stay clear of this place and pay a little more for the necessities of lobby service.

What do I have to share? When I couldn't even get a chance to stay at the hotel becos they weren't open on Sunday but they accepted my reservation \"for Sunday\" I started calling them since I received my confirmation email from Expedia , no one ever answered the phone or respond to my messages for 3 or 4days before my scheduled date. Atleast if someone responded , they would have informed me they are not opened on Sundays and I would have made other arrangements with Expedia. I arrived there and was stranded, in a strange place , strange city and I don't even understand or speak so much of Spanish , where do I go? You can imagine.
I suggest Expedia remove this Hotel from their list, I read reviews from other customers too and I never knew I would be a victim . Mshewwt I'm so so update

I arrived at 8:45 pm and Reception was locked, nobody around. I rang the night bell and after 30 minutes, an old man told me the lady had to leave and would be back in 1 hr. I left, came back the next day, my reservation was there but they gave a mini room, barely enough to have a twin bed and a night stand with an old TV, no phone, the shower stall was miniature and the running water had almost no pressure. Since I only needed the room to sleep and bathe, I stayed. Second night I found a sizable roach roaming the room and almost every night, there were noises in the corridor, like people going in and out all night.

You need to get there very early to find the front desk staff, if you arrive to check in after 10:00 there is no one to help you and you stay outside in the street because there is no one to open the front entrance. The pillows were terrlible and the bedcover with hair!! Terrible. I think it is expensive for what they offer.

Ambiente muy tranquilo, ubicación residencial agradable, cerca de vialidades importantes. ** INCONVENIENTE** nose si siempre es asi, pero el domingo desde las 3 pm dejaron sin personal el lobby del hotel, osea si llegas a las 4pm no puedes hacer check in, o caso contrario que me paso a mi, si quieres hacer check out nadie te atiende. No pude recoger el deposito de $200 pesos. Al día siguiente hable para solicitar el deposito, les deje mis datos y no ha pasado nada. Lo mismo le paso a otro huesped. El lugar es bueno y la ubicación tranquila, solo el mobiliario un poco deteriorado y descontinuado, la recepción un poco lenta a pesar que solo era el único huésped en el momento, no se ofreció el pago a meses sin intereses como lo ofrecía la pagina de reservacion y ademas se cobro comisión por uso de la tarjeta de crédito, el personal no ofrecía ni un saludo de buenos días a su paso.

La realidad del hotel no es ni el 10% de la foto que muestran en la publicidad, la camas son superincómodas, en el recepción no hubo personas en la mañana que tenía que ir y tuve que retrasar mi viaje para entregar la habitación hasta que se les ocurrió abrir.
