The room was spacious. It was more spacious than I needed or wanted, so there are no complaints. I had a view of Trogir and the sea from my room. The breakfast was filling and tasty. There was a sauna in my room, which I didn’t expect, so I took advantage of it.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. Upon check-in, we were given a larger room with a living area & balcony which made this stay really great for us. The balcony was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The staff were polite and friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. The hotel itself is a little dated but everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Trogir Palace. The room felt extremely dated and in need of maintenance. Our bathroom had no glass shower door — instead there was a makeshift shower curtain on a broken tension pole that kept falling down, making showers frustrating.
The bed was comfortable and the aircon - although a really old unit - worked and we were thankful for that.
The hotel is directly under the flight path to Split.
The staff were unfriendly from the moment we arrived. No smiles, no warmth, and we didn’t feel welcome at any point during our stay.

Breakfast was the same every day — plentiful, yes, but lacking variety: mainly meats, cheeses, and some fried items. The coffee was very poor.

The only positives were the easy parking and the hotel’s location, which is walkable to the old town with a few nice restaurants nearby.

For a hotel advertising itself as four-star, the quality and service were far below expectations.

It’s stuck in the past and there must be better options for the price.

I stayed here for only a few hours as my flight arrived late and ferry departed early but it really suited my needs and met my expectations.
I would say the hotel is slightly older style compared to a lot of European hotels but I knew that even I booked.
Close to Split airport and even closer to the Bura Lines ferry terminal which was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Hotel is right on the waterfront and easy to walk from here.
Breakfast was fine. Maybe the hot selection wasn’t to my liking but there was fresh bread and yoghurt and a selection of hot drinks.
My room was a pleasant surprise having a sitting area and two beds.
The air con worked well and there was a fridge.

It is very close to Split Airport. We met the cruise people at the airport and returned the rental car. The hotel breakfast was delicious. We walked from the hotel to the town. We had a nice balcony to enjoy a bottle of wine.

Hotel location is good just a short walk from Trogir Old Town and a nearby pebble beach by Brown Beach Hotel and Spa (where I'd stay if I went back). Hotel is dated, our triple room had a very small balcony and the aircon struggled to get the room cool. Breakfast was plentiful but basic. Lots of organised tours use the hotel. Plentiful, easy parking.

The stay was let down by the rooms, we booked a deluxe apartment and it was advertised with a minibar, separate living area. There was no mini-bar, just an empty fridge, no tea/coffee facilities - not even a glass to get tap water. There was no separate living area as advertised in the listing. Our tap in the bathroom was leaking so much that it flooded the floor, we let reception know but as it was about 10pm they cleared up the water and put so towels down but this did not stop the leak. My husband ended up having to turn the cold water to the sink off, fortunately we were just staying for one night.

We stayed just briefly at this property the day we arrived and the day we left Croatia. It is ideal for a short stay being so close to the Split airport. Just a few minutes away. We had a little time to explore the charming little town of Trogir so I would definitely recommend that. Kudos to the staff who treated us so well when the hotel was in the off season. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well finished with good quality fittings and lovely comfortable beds and bedding. We had a view over the car park at the back - so advise asking for a seafront room. We were also disappointed to find the spa area closed and out of service.
However the breakfast was really good, the service was friendly and it was a short, scenic walk along the quayside into lovely historic Trogir with plenty of cafes and attractions.

Just a short 5 min walk across the bridge and along the port from the old town of Trogir. I believe all rooms have a balcony - room 309 on the 3rd floor had water and mountain views so I enjoyed a drink on the table and chair provided. The restaurant is only open for breakfast now but there’s plenty of places to eat lunch/dinner in town. It’s on the direct flight path of Split airport but the windows and shutters are excellent and I didn’t notice the noise whatsoever. The airport is about 5km away but it’s a really busy, slow road so allow a little more time to get there (20 mins,€25 Uber). There’s a small supermarket on the walk into Trogir and also the ferry to Split is very close by (€7 one way, 1hr, buy tickets as you board). In peak summer they leave at 8am or 11.15 in the mornings. Can Uber to the Okrug Gornji beaches for about €5. Many bars there will rent you an umbrella for €5 for the day, and someone will come by to collect €12 (August prices)from you for the sunlounger if you choose to use one. The bars are all along the beachfront - Tutti Frutti had music playing at a pleasant level so it wasn’t too intrusive when reading a book on the beach! Also, there’s a supermarket right opposite to grab snacks and cold drinks - they’ll even open a beer for you to enjoy on the beach!
The room itself is a bit old fashioned but perfectly clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space, good aircon and a fridge. Trogir is beautiful and Split is an easy day trip

Hotel Trogir Palace was the perfect place to stay while visiting Trogir. It was a 5 minute walk to the town. Our apartment was beautiful! It had several balconies one which was furnished with outdoor furniture to relax while enjoying the view. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom had a separate jacuzzi bath, shower and even a sauna. Our flight was earlier than the included breakfast and they opened breakfast early so that we could enjoy a hearty meal before leaving for our flight. The breakfast was extremely well stocked with eggs, a variety of meats, cheese, fruit and yogurt. I highly recommend the Trogir Palace.

The main beach was only a 15 min walk and the ferry to Split and other boat trips were 2 mins away. Our room was superb - a suite with balcony overlooking sea and old town. Located across the water from the old city of Trogir which has many restaurants and cafes. The bridge will be repaired soon so you can walk over but for the time being you have to take a free ferry boat that leaves every20 minutes. Facility is dated but clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and even the restaurant was surprisingly good. Major drawback is that it is right under flight path for nearby Split airport. Also, although very charming otherwise, the church bells ring starting very early in the morning.

They advertised free airport shuttle, when we checked in I was told the shuttle service was available and it was free. The next day when the shuttle delivered us to the airport I was charged for the service, had to come up with the cash at the last minute. Not a pleasant way to end my trip to Croatia.
