Located in the very centre of Trogir, this hotel is only a kilometre away from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of shops, open air coffee bars and charming restaurants. A leisurely stroll amongst the labyrinth of peaceful and charming pedestrian streets that surround the venue is the perfect way to prepare to the delicious meals that the latter can offer.
The hotel itself is housed in the 19th century building that has belonged to the old Buble family, but which has been carefully renovated in order to preserve its unique era atmosphere. Still the interior is decorated with 19th and early 20th century unique furniture, which allows its guests to bask in the spirit of centuries past.
This in no way means that the tastefully furnished rooms aren't as comfortable as the modern travellers are used to expect.

Extremely loud at night. People partying until 4 am (and this was at the end of the season )below us. The rooms are very old and sparse . The waitress at lunch could not have been more indifferent-hard to get more coffee. Avoid the breakfast ravioli-cold and barely cooked. (I was expecting something like blintzes) The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean

It is really well situated hotel, it looks really nice, restaurant is good and employees are friendly and helpfull. But the rooms isn't the most comfy, the a/c is making a lot of noise you can't sleep with it on and the fridge in the room as well is making a lot of noise.

Bathrooms, beds, and linens excellent. This is a refurbished 500+ year old house. Lots of stairs to rooms. Fold out foam couches for extra sleeping and not bound shag carpet squares didn’t match the rest of the experience.

Wonderful step back into the old world with a spacious suite, very convenient and walkable access to all of Trogir old town area. 10 minute walk from the bus stop that comes straight from the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!

This is a lovely clean hotel. The staff are lovely and location is fabulous. It’s a bit dated but facilities are fine and we have had a great stay. Everywhere is walkable. Great dining and 10 mins to beach. It’s only 10 mins from split airport. Get a bus from outside. €1.25 Airport taxis are a rip off.

We only stayed for 1 night but we really enjoyed it. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and just nice.. We liked the old world feel and the owner told us he is working on modernising the hotel but wants to be sympathetic so as not to spoil the style and ambience. We ended up having lunch, dinner and breakfast and it was all top notch, great flavours and very good value. Thank you for a great stopover.

We were waiting for receptionist for a long time. When she finally came she said she had been at the restaurant. There should have been a sign at reception telling guests to check the restaruant which is further on beyond the hotel. It would have been good to have an apology for the wait. The young lady at check in was outstanding with her service all through our stay. All the other staff were also fantastic. Unfortunately our room had an air con on the roof that was not for our room and very noisy. We turned our air con off but made no difference. I did bring to the staffs attention but it upset our sleep for both nights. Avoid the upstairs middle room which was ours. Apart from that we enjoyed the hotel and would stay again but not that room.

Walkable distance to the main tourist attractions of Trogir. Breakfast was underwhelming with a set (a la carte) portion that left a lot to be desired (I advise not paying for it).

Wonderful stay staff was very helpful and friendly but didn’t always know how to be helpful. Seemed like restaurant staff would help at the front desk and they were very friendly but didnt always seem to know the specifics of individual reservations. My friend was given all the info for free breakfast and I wasn’t so I did miss one morning of breakfast and we didn’t get the welcome drink but the stay was great and I’m sure if I would have inquired they would have accommodated us. The hotel is in an excellent location, in the sense that you can drive right to the hotel and park on the street. They have a proper staffed reception. From the hotel you can walk all over the old town. However, the parking is not free and might be difficult to find in the high season. We were there in November. But parking was only 12€ per day, so not exorbitant. I wish Expedia's website was clearer regarding access to, and cost of parking. In this case it worked out well.
My only complaint was that there were a few pieces of broken glass near the fridge in our room, and my husband cut his foot. While the room was cleaned every day, somehow that got missed.

This was our last day in Trogir after sailing for a week. The location is both central, yet tucked away, in Trogir.

Decent enough hotel in Trogir old town. The decor is quite old fashioned but the rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable. There isn't always someone at reception so you may need to get the attention of someone in their restaurant to ring for help if you need it and be aware that the airport transfer needs to be booked at least 24hrs in advance which we weren't told at check in. Their profile on Hotels.com suggests they have 2 beach bars - they don't, this isn't anywhere near a beach. Perfectly fine hotel for a short stay in Trogir though.

Unique hotel in a world heritage site. The rooms were charming with beautiful antique furnishings. The bathrooms were modern and well equipped. We were located on the third floor. If you have trouble managing stairs I would ask for a room on the main floor. There are no elevators. However, a bonus of our third floor room was the community terrace overlooking the city.

We were disappointed to learn at our check in that we were moved to an apartment location away from the hotel due to plumbing issues at the hotel. We had not slept in over 30 hours and could not find our way to the alternate location after walking around Trogir’s old town. The hotel was easy to find but the apartment was not. We had booked the hotel based on location and for the room character/charm advertised on the site. The room missed on both of these. Additionally, the single bed was quite uncomfortable. The airport shuttle service was excellent and the hotel staff were extremely helpful.

Nice, quiet location in Trogir. We took a boat from Split instead of using the bus; highly recommend that mode of transport. We arrived at the hotel early and they were happy to watch our luggage. The free airport transportation very early in the morning was handled perfectly. The driver was there early, ready and waiting. The hotel and restaurant staff were warm and friendly and we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and our complimentary drink upon arrival. The rooms have an old world charm that added to our experience in Trogir.

The staff cannot be more helpful and accommodating. Despite booking and paying for this hotel over 6 months ago, I was told at checkin the hotel was full and would I mind staying in their ‘sister’ hotel. They had a group booking! I eventually managed to get non-monetary recompense that was fair. I therefore cannot review the rooms as I did not see one. I personally found the whole experience unfair and stressful.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a family owned boutique hotel in the heart of old city Trogir. The location could not be better. It is steps away from most everything you would want to see. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have upgraded this old hotel and have used period pieces that make it quaint and authentic. They offer a very good breakfast. The rooms were spacious.
