The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. The hotel is in a wonderful location, a short (uphill) walk into town.
Our apartment was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a really great little kitchen too.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, but dinner impressed us the most. Every night there were many excellent options and we never left hungry! I recommend half board if you want the ease of not having to go out for dinner.
The wellness area was well kept and had great sauna/steamroom options.
Overall a 5-star stay in a 4-star hotel!

We stayed just one night in an apartment style room with a Murphy bed. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our favorite part of our room was the balcony with stunning views.

We enjoyed live music (pianist and a saxophonist/clarinetist) that the hotel offers on Friday nights.

We would stay here again!

Good hotel with good facilities

A week in a one bedroom apartment here was comfortable. Space was excellent and well equipped.
Restaurant was good and the staff there were attentive.
Live music was offered in the bar/reception area on several nights.
The booking had been for a valley view and this wasn't provided.
Car parking beside the hotel was fully occupied during the whole week. The alternative (free) parking was a long walk away and VERY uphill.

Apartment for 4

Very satisfied with the apartment room. 4 friends fit fine and we enjoyed using the kitchen to make our own breakfasts and drinks. The spa facility is clean and diverse. Two suggestions: the whirlpool water could be hotter, and the Murphy beds need a new mattress. Not the most comfortable sleep due to the soft and worn mattress, but in all ways this was a very enjoyable stay with great service. Will definitely return.

Uphill hike to ski lifts

This hotel was very nice. Only drawback is that it is a very steep uphill hike to get to the ski lifts. This is the case for most of the Bad Gastein hotels, however. I recommend renting ski equipment from a shop near the slopes that will let you leave the equipment there overnight. I cannot imagine trying to make the hike up the hill in ski boots carrying skis.

Good value for money.

The hotel was good value for money. It was close to the rest of Bad Gastein. Staff at the reception were friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok value for money and a reasonable choice. Bowling was a good free activity. The section of the hotel that we stayed in needed an unloading/loading area... seems like a picky thing to say but we ended up with a flat tyre because we had to mount a curb and it cost us a fortune! Otherwise a great stay.

Kun på Felsenbad er for dårlig!!

Schönes Hotel. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit einem eigenem Charme. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Hatte ein Studio mit Kochnische. We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. The only disappointment was a dinner in hotel’s restaurant, for 36€ very modest food choice, not included water or coffee. There is a number of good places to eat, we ate in the hotel just last evening because of curiosity. We will be back, no doubles. Thanks for great memories, good care, comfort and pleasure

Family ski holiday in Bad Gastein

Great stay. Nice room and nice breakfast and dinner. Staff service was great. Shuttle bus to ski lift for 3EUR/person. Ski lift is not far away, but a steep uphill with boots and skis. We used the shuttle going to the lifts and walked home. We had half board option which was great. Drinks were not included for dinner, which I am OK with, but even tap water was 3 EUR, which I think should be included at a four star half board option.

Hotel zum wohlfühlen

Wir kamen am späten Nachmittag an. Der Kollege am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher unterstellen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und hatten einen Balkon. Das Hotel hatte einen sehr schönen Pool und auch eine Sauna mir Ruheraum. Es wurde auch zu jeder vollen Stunde ein Aufguss gemacht. Der Aufguss war super habe schon lange keinen so tollen erhalten. Der Mann war auch sehr freundlich. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, sogar mit Sekt, so fängt der Tag schon mal gut an.

Dejligt lejligheds værelse. Dejlig velkomst og vi fik ved udtjekning en pose med vand og slik til hver person. Overfyldt pool og spa af familier og børn. Højt støjniveau. Det er jo også juli og højsæson. Måske man kunne holde åben kun for voksne over 18 år den første time om morgenen og den sidste time om aftenen. Området er rigtig skønt og gode restauranter. Kan anbefales.

Helt fantastiskt. Bad Gastein är ett underbart resmål även på sommaren. Vi hyrde en lägenhet för 3(4 hade funkat också). En lägenhet med suverän standard. Allt som behövs finns. Stanza da letto piccola, in un appartamentino con salotto e cucina. Nessuna attenzione al cliente nella stanza, non un bollitore a disposizione con bustine di the o caffè. Prima colazione non inclusa ( 23 euro adulto e 12 bambini), parcheggio 10 euro al giorno o altrimenti il parcheggio dell albergo gratuito che è piuttosto scomodo e soprattutto molto difficile trovare un posto libero. Vi sono alberghi in paese a metà prezzo con più comfort e accoglienza.

Helt fantastiskt hotell med underbart läge i Bad Gastein. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gott om faciliteter. Det lilla minuset som finns är att kuddarna är allt för tunna. I övrigt är allt femstjärnigt.

Schönes Hotel in prachtvoller Gebirgslandschaft.

Freundlicher Empfang, in einem schönen Ambiente mit einladender Bar, wo auch ein kostenloser Willkommensgetränk serviert wurde. Sehr glücklich, mit einem Upgrade auf eine schöne Suite bedacht worden zu sein. Die Suite sehr geräumig und einladend und mit allem erwünschten Ausstattungsgegenständen ausgerüstet, auch mit einer vollständigen Küche ausgestattet. Weiterhin hat die Suite einen großen Balkon, auf dem man/frau bequem zu viert sitzen kann.
Die Schrankwand im Wohnzimmer verbirgt noch ein Doppelbett, so dass insgesamt 4 Erwachsene gut Platz fänden-wir waren nur zu zweit. Eine Verwandte hatte ein Comfortzimmer erhalten, auch dieses mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Allerdings hatten wir das gute Frühstücksbuffet mitgebucht, so blieb die Küche kalt. So kommen wir gerne wieder!

Cosy stay in a small apartment.

We are a couple, staying in a cosy apartment with own kitchen. Very comfortable, very good service. We tried the evening buffet - very nice, tasty food and drink, very nice.
We asked for and got very good guidance and advice for activities and hiking.
We will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at hotel Mondi bellevue. The personell were helpful, the room spacious with everything we needed. The kids loved the swimming pool. I would highly recommend this hotel for families.

Vi åkte 4 familjer och då var upplägget på hotellet perfekt med halvpension. Hotellet hade också faciliteter för alla genom spa, spelhall, mm. vilket förenade alla i familjen.
Höjdpunkten var fondue på hotellets alpstuga i backen - Riktigt trevligt! Personalen var fantastiskt serviceinriktad och vi hade det toppen hela veckan. Rekommenderas!

Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere vom Restaurantteam, dass uns freundlich aufgenommen und unsere zahlreichen Sonderwünsche (unser Sohn muss sehr spezielle Nahrungsmittel essen) sehr bereitwillig und hilfreich erfüllt.
Gut, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtete Appartements.
Die Wellnessbereiche (Sauna) sollten etwas längere Öffnungszeiten haben (mindestens bis 22:00 Uhr sollte standard sein).
Schöne Lage im Herzen von Bad Gastein.
Einzig einige Fehlübermittlungen der Buchungsdetails (Halbpension, Abreisetag) von Expedia ans Hotel haben die Reservierung & den Aufenthalt getrübt. Dies hatten wir bei vorherigen Buchungen direkt beim Hotel nicht gehabt.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in einem der Apartments des Mondi Bellevue. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war Ende Oktober/Anfang November Bad Gastein komplett geschlossen zum Essen mussten wir nach Bad Hofgastein fahren, im Hotel haben wir keinen Platz bekommen für das Abendessen was ich sehr schade fand und dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck etwas gedrückt hat. Hotel, Zimmer, Wellness, Spielraum, etc. waren in Top Zustand, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Heel ruim opgezet appartement. Keuken goed geoutilleerd. WiFi ok. Neem vooral verlengsnoeren mee, niet veel stopcontacten. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Net als in heel Oostenrijk: heel strict met handhaving ivm Corona. Iedere maaltijd word je gecheckt. Zelftestfaciliteit is gratis beschikbaar. Geweldig zwembad met aparte whirlpool en ruime sauna’s. Prima keuken. Helaas maar 1-weekmenu. Als je er 2 wkn zit, krijg je dus de week erop weer hetzelfde. Twee liften op loopafstand (wel flink omhooglopen). De andere twee prima met de auto te bereiken. Veel wandelroutes. Tip: relax in de Alpenthermen in het volgende dorp. (de thermen in BG zelf zijn een stuk kleiner). Kortom: zeker een aanrader!

Väldigt trevligt hotell som vi gärna besöker igen! Rent och snyggt hotell med bra städning av rummet. Rummet var stort och bra, klart plus med dubbla badrum och ett väl utrustat kök. På hotellet fanns det ett flertal kul aktiviteter att göra, där vi bl.a hyrde bra och prisvärda E-cyklar under en dag.

Komfortables Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

Ein wirklich komfortables schönes Hotel. Wirkt richtig nobel. Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf ein sehr großes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit Wohnzimmer und Küchenbereich, sowie Schlafzimmer. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal am Empfang und im Service. Geplegtes großes Hallenbad mit Whirlpool und Saunabereich war inklusive. Dazu kostenlose Benutzung der Kegelbahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

역사가 있는 좋은 호텔

유서깊은 고급스런 호텔. 오래됐지만 정갈하고 침대 편했고 조식 훌륭했음. 늦게 도착해서 사우나이용해보진 못했지만 좋아 보였고 분명 아침식사포함가격으로 예약했는데 아니라고 해서 한글로된 메일보여드리고 해결했음. 문제해결과정에서두 매우 친절하셨어요.

Apartment whit kitchen

Hyvä huone jossa oli keittolevy ja micro. Loman aikana oli mukava välillä tehdä omaa ruokaa. Myös aamupalat tuli tehtyä huoneessa. Saunaosasto oli ihan kiva, mutta ei saanut heittää löylyjä. Hotellilta on aika kova nousu yläkylään, mutta siinä se kunto nousi.

Mkt bra hotell

Mkt bra och stort rum. Enda som saknades var en helkroppsspegel. Var där på vandringsresa. Undrar hur skidåkare gör för att ta sig till och från hotellet då det är riktigt branta backar ned till hotellet.
Ett minus är att personalen i receptionen inte var så behjälplig när vi undrade över vilka liftar som var öppna, samt var osäker på åt vilket håll vårt rum låg. Annat minus är att när man skulle lämna sitt bagage i bagagerummet fick man låna nyckeln och gå dit själv. Känns inte så säkert.
