The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing and did not meet expectations. It feels like the good old days of this hotel are gone.

The only positive aspect is the location, which is still very good and convenient.

the staff at check in was great. i added two mornings for breakfast. this is a separate payment from the hotel stays. the second morning, i called the operator telling her that we overslept and we need to cancel that morning's breakfast. she assured me we can do that upon check out. the staff at check out will not refund our payment. i completely understand if i purchased the breakfast WITH the hotel stays. but this was a different transaction. the manager on duty was of no help either. he just moved his head sideways saying ok. i was not going to stress myself fussing over the refund. but they were so dumb to handle the situation

Great location, and the place was spacious for a family of four. It was very neat and clean. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of English and South Indian options, both hot and cold. The supermarket in the hotel was reasonably priced, and there are plenty of shops, including an ice rink, within the hotel. Overall, excellent value for money.

The apartment was amazing at all levels. The space is comfortable and got everything one needs. The designer who designed, furnished and equipped the apartment is very thoughtful. The hotel location is close to the metro station and the market.

There's a mini market that got everything at standard prices, from fresh fruit to frozen food.

Staff are very friendly and it's super easy to speak to room service.

The spa facilities are great. There's plenty of parking onsite.

The hotel has 2 buildings - one is only hotel rooms n is definitely nicer and feels like a 4 or 5 star property. The other building is the apartment only property called Residence which is large apartments but lousy and the lobby looks like some cheap 2 or 3 star hotel.. and being very reasonable on price, it attracts that kind of crowds as well.. totally avoidable.. unless ur only requirement in a hotel is lots of room space..else just go for an other hotel.. even the location is lousy..

The only thing I don’t enjoy staying here is their old fashion television sets still in use here. I couldn’t connect to YouTube or other apps. Their internet connection was poor,which I don’t know why.

The location is good only when I booked it I thought I booked in the hotel then later I thought I saw like we booked in a small like apartment and it’s totally different than the hotel and the carpet was not clean. They don’t change the sheet every day, I have to tell them we didn’t like it over there.

The hotel was in a great location, opposite Naif rd if you enjoy cheap shopping. It was big and clean. However, breakfast although in the revolving restaurant, was extremely busy and often food as well as cutlery would run out and there would be no where to sit. The variety was little and tasted average. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

Probably one of the worst stays of my life as they wanted name of all guests at checkin or they said we won’t be able to check in. Even hotels.com customer care team was not able to help. Finally I had a look for another hotel and Hyatt even offered refund.

Little feedback. Please work on your communication responses to my email or phone calls were horrible.
Please note not every traveler is from India. Please learn that some of your security features are a little horrible and intimidating at times made me feel like as if I had stole something. Example checking out had someone check the room and the fridge while i was in the room. If you are truely 5 star hotel let’s please act like one.

Our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Deira Dubai was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is ideal, close to the vibrant Gold Souk and bustling markets, making it easy to explore the city. The convenience of an on-site shopping mall with a supermarket, diverse shops, and even an ice-skating rink added a unique touch.

The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. From providing essential items like water bottles to promptly addressing a minor issue in our room, they ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife was a truly heartwarming touch.

The hotel offers well-appointed rooms, many with fully equipped kitchens, making them perfect for families or long stays. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the unique dining experience at Al Dawaar, the revolving restaurant with breathtaking views.

The free access to the spa and gym was a welcome addition, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.

While the hotel could be more responsive to online inquiries, this minor drawback did not significantly impact our overall positive experience.

Highly recommended for families and business travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai.

Management is terrible, No customer service at all, I booked through Expedia and paid in full, the amount I have to pay per Expedia hotel did not honored and charged extra and mentioned that Expedia did not correctly charged for New year Gala dinner which was mandatory.

The reception waiting was terrible. For such a busy hotel only one person are at the reception.
Room service is more or less not in existence. I called serval times, hardly they pic the calls.

I checked out and left my luggage behind. When l came 4 hours later, my luggage was still at the lobby area. I asked why? I was told they have no storage to put my luggage
I found this so ridiculous for a 4 star hotel.

The lobby looks rough and rowdy.

Honestly such a poor quality “luxury” hotel. Stayed at the apartments and people in the apartments were treated as secondary by the staff. Reception staff were dismissive, room service barely cleaned anything and took very long to deliver whatever was requested. On the day we were leaving we called for luggage carts, 10 minutes passed there was no cart, so we just physically took our 3 large and 2 carry on suitcases to the taxis. At the 300$ New Years party, we were served cheap alcohol. Such a disappointing stay overall, I will definitely stay away from this hotel in future.

The only thing l would say it would be nice if you could make a call directly from the room instead of having to go through reception and also on the last night we asked for towels which we never received it’s a good thing we brought a spare hand towel with us.

Good apartment with modern amenities. The building is occupied by different types of tenants which is typical of the location. Uber was easily accessible. Small convenience store on the ground floor. Nice view from the apartment. Checkin staff could have been more helpful and polite. People who delivered the luggage to the room were nice.

Stayed at the Galleria residences for 3 nights and the apartment was really nice. The location is amazing in Deira with Gold Souk across the road.
What was very disappointing was the service levels as they were kind of non-existent-had to ring multiple times to get a single item such as coffee mugs. Rooms were also not cleaned until late afternoon. There is no specialist staff for room service and everyone does everything in this hotel hence the delays.
will not be staying here again despite the location.
Definitely not Hyatt level service-quite deceptive.

When I checked it the water was cut off. It took them 6 hours to get it back. My son had to stay in his dirt diaper for an hour before they could provide any.

When u call them asking for anything it will take them forever before they bring to you.

The apartment conditions when I first checked in was bad .. one of the cousins was torn and the carpet under the beds is dirty. After complaining they moved us to another which is slightly better.

No valet parking, No bathrobes, not allowing to use the same pool in the apartments building and will force you to use the far pool in the hotel I got to use the pool after making a big fuss about it.

No tech support is available in the building. I faced some issues with the wifi connection and the technician was trying to solve it remotely over the phone which it took a lot of time and it was an un pleasant experience as the technician kept trying to guide me how to fix it without luck.

Open parking lot is next to the hotel and you have to park it in the sun
