A few miles from Portland, our Forest Grove hotel lets guests really get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of the Great Northwest. From Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course to Pacific University, there are many reasons guests stay at our Forest Grove hotel.

The Cornelius region of Oregon is known for the great outdoors, and there are plenty of recreational opportunities nearby. Check out Tree to Tree Adventure Park for a fun-filled family vacation, or the world-renowned local golf course for a relaxing afternoon.

Wine tours at the local vineyards and wineries are another big attraction. Our location, close to Pacific University, makes our Forest Grove hotel a favorite for budget-minded students or faculty who want a great value and clean, comfortable accommodations.

Many weddings and events also take place nearby, and we are happy to accommodate groups to make your special day run as smoothly as possible. Hagg Lake is the perfect place for boating and fishing.

The Warrior Dash, an epic race, also takes place near our Forest Grove hotel. The nearby town of Hillsboro offers all the charm of a smaller town.

Outside of hotel is nothing special, but room was nice enough and not too far from campus. It’s also nice to have a complementary breakfast, they don’t have everything you might want or expect from a higher end chain (I didn’t see yogurt or fruit), but it’s nice to have something available, including coffee.

Property was conveniently located, fairly priced, clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent value in my opinion. The property has obviously seen better days, everything is a little dated, my mattress had a low spot and probably should have been replaced by now. But the rooms were very clean. I'd happily stay here again when visiting my student at UA.

This was inexpensive and convenient to many places. Parking was easy. Beds were comfy too. Only issue was that the sink and toilet smelled of rotten eggs every tine used and housekeeping didn't restock soaps and shampoo and conditioner but otherwise was a great stay.

Bed were the best & most important thing. That’s why I did not give this property a 1 star. I do not understand why full size beds are a thing at any property. There’s room for queen size! 2 people cannot sleep well on a full size. Also the bathroom floors are just gross. Breakfast was subpar. Everything else was adequate. What you expect from a 2 star motel.

Now what I expected

The night clerk was great!! She was very plesent and helpful. The blankts on the bed were wrinkled, like they had been sitting in a pill or in a basket for days. The room was mostly clean. I did notice some dirt on the floor when I first got in the room. The bed was hard as a rock! The outside of the hotel was very well taken care of. The rooms do need some updating. I was on the back side so it was very inconvenient to go to the oce machine. The breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast.

Property clean and was being worked on every day. Should’ve used the pool but didn’t. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but air wasn’t on upon arrival. Room smelled musty as a result. That wasn’t a problem because I brought plug-ins and room refresher spray. Didnt eat breakfast but should’ve. I preferred to sleep in. Close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The staff and amenities are fine. The room we had (#136), it was not in good condition. The bathroom was not good. There was mold around the tub. Great Breakfast and Staff

The breakfast was very good. The lady working the breakfast area was extra super nice and accommodating. She made sure everyone had what they requested, kept the food areas refilled, kept the tables clean, and even brought e a bottle of water when I was checking out.

My room was clean, but the carpet is old and not as clean. The bathtub didn't drain. The in room coffee machine was clean and stocked with good coffee.
Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I will stay there again.

Not your normal best western

We were passing through on our way home and it was late. I could barely hold my eyes open, we were extremely tired. It was just myself and my daughter. There were Bugs in room so we left early. Literally in the room less than 5 hours. Then noticed that they charged my card an extra $25 for torn sheets which is absurd.

My guy walked around barefoot in the room and the bottom of his feet were black. That’s how dirty the floors were.

Flying bugs were landing on my while I read in bed.

Nasty place! All this for almost $500 a night! So glad I never have to stay there again!

Tired it…. Left it

We chose this location from the photos and some of the reviews. We got to the hotel at 930pm and people had their room doors open and playing loud music and drinking. The beds felt’s like sleeping on the ground. The TV did not work. It would freezes every 60 sec or just go out. We booked for two nights. The next morning housekeeping opened our room door and closed it when they saw us. My husband asked what was going on and they asked she asked us when we were leaving? Really? The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. We went the front desk to get change for a 20 to get sodas from the vending machine and were told no. They needed their change for guest paying cash for their room. We came back the next day from an event to find 4 men’s sitting on the walkways outside drinking beer and loud music playing. Again, at 830pm. We packed our stuff and left. Cut our trip short and came home. It was hard to talk to the front desk because they acted confused or just didn’t listen.
