Hotel has undergone recent impressive renovation. Room large and bed comfortable. Hotel is about 2 km from centre of old town, and further yet from train station. Best to taxi from train and decide later if you want to walk into town. We walked several times. Breakfast had many options for both European and North American pallet. The front counter staff, Paulo and Tatiana were very helpful and went out of their way to provide rental car assistance and directions. The hotel has what appears to be an artistic safety screen on the front securing balconies. This provides an obscured view, but we were out all day anyway so it was of little concern. Thank you. Good quality hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large and well appointed, bed was comfortable. Bathroom had no vanity cabinet so made it a bit awkward to store personal toiletries, otherwise it was ok. WiFi work fairly well. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Given its location, would benefit by having a restaurant/bistro attached. Overall very satisfied.

Very Good Hotel Bargain For Those With A Car

Stayed here for 2 nights -- it was a nice experience. The hotel was welcoming, with a large lobby, nice-size rooms, lots of amenities in the room, an elevator, and lots of parking spaces. There was an in-room safe, a mini-bar, and a coffee-and-tea set-up upon request and an ironing board and iron also on request. The breakfast was fairly lavish, with lots of choices available. The location -- while very convenient from the expressway -- is too far from town to walk to the center, so a car is necessary (although I believe you can catch a bus on the street in front of the hotel--I didn't use the bus, but I am sure I saw them on that road.) AND -- for those who are as addicted to these places as I am -- there is a Carrefours Store about 1 km. away.

Served its purpose

We are a family of four, and were driving from Vienna to Tuscany, and Udine is about halfway. The hotel is outside the main centre, but easy to find from the autostrada. We saw a retail centre on the way to the hotel so decided to walk there to find a fast food restaurant, but stumbled across a nice enough Italian restaurant on the main road, less than 10 minutes from the hotel. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked and continental breakfast. Undercover parking is available down a steep driveway, for 7 euros per night, or free parking outside (off-street). Happy enough.

We had a rented car so free parking was good. The hotel was modern, clean, breakfast was great, and reception staff were by far the nicest and most helpful of our entire trip. One lady went to great lengths giving us helpful travel suggestions as well as helpful background information about the a rea and its history. The hotel was conveniently located if you have a car and was great value. We would highly recommend it.

Great base for touring alps and Udine.

This is a well-run hotel about a mile out from Udine's city centre and 20 miles from the surrounding alps. It has plenty of parking spaces. The reception and breakfast rooms are large. The bar is usually unattended. My room was kept clean and tidy by friendly staff. Breakfast choice was good with attendant staff keeping the tables immaculate. Receptionist were always smiling and proved very helpful from advising upon local restaurants, calling taxis and giving the times of trains.

Very good business hotel near Udine, great for a night before a customer visit in the area. Rooms are a decent size and so is the ensuite bathroom. Shower worked really well and everything was spotless clean. Only minor comment would be on the fairly high temperature in the room upon arrival, but nothing the AC couldn't fix quickly. Staff courtesy is definitely a plus: all agents were extremely helpful and even suggested a good variety of options for dinner nearby. Breakfast was also one of the best I had recently: high-quality ingredients, lots of options both sweet and savory. Well done!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ben concertato dagli operatori alla reception e dal servizio ai piani. ottima la pulizia, simpatico il servizio di scelta cuscini che mi ha permesso di riposare in tutto relax con un cuscino consono alle mie problematiche cervicali. Ottima la colazione con prodotti di alta qualità, unico piccolissimo neo da rilevare è la completa assenza a colazione di frutta sia fresca che secca, che secondo me in qualsiasi albergo non dovrebbe mai mancare.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein kleiner Feinschliff würde mal nicht schaden. Aber gut mag sein wie es ist, aber die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer war leider unterirdisch, die Dusche hat Platz für sehr schlanke Menschen und noch dazu war Schimmel an jeder Ecke unten 🙈. Wenn schon das ganze nicht mehr am neuesten Stand ist dann sollte bitte wenigstens die Sauberkeit passen

L’albergo è moderno e tenuto bene. Il team molto gentile e pronto a qualsiasi necessità. La colazione (6€ in più a persona) è ottima e molto variegata. Abbiamo avuto però problemi con l’aspiratore del bagno. Non si è mai accesso, o almeno noi non abbiamo trovato modo di accenderlo. Inoltre, la maniglia della porta del bagno è assente, ma il vano dove andrebbe la maniglia c’è... come se si fosse rotta o in attesa di sostituzione. Per una coppia non è un grande problema, ma quel minimo di privacy farebbe comunque piacere.

Personale molto efficiente, disponibile e cordiale. Camera ampia, moderna e con letto King size. Bagno piccolo ma con doccia molto ampia e moderna con blocco multifunzione. La pecca principale è la completa assenza di insonorizzazione, per cui si viene disturbati dagli altri ospiti e, al mattino, dai rumori della strada; essendo l’albergo abbastanza recente, si poteva fare di più.

Lage nicht so optimal, der nächste Bus in 10 Minuten Fußmarsch. Zimmer recht ok, doch zum Badezimmer keine Türschnalle, kein Schloss, nur ein Loch in der Tür, wo vermutlich mal ein Schloss drinnen war. Frühstück für Italien sehr reichlich, Nachlegen recht langsam.
