Last minute booking to Udine, booked this hotel BB, very clean hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable, shower cubicle a little on the small side and the AC to the room wasn’t sufficient to cool the room to a comfortable level, but this was during a heatwave.

The hotel was located only 10 minutes from the old town, bed was fine but the air con wasn’t the best. We came with dog and if you do want to take the dog for breakfast you are not allowed. Other then that was good stay because people were friendly and was comfortable.

I did not get disturbed much, but request a room on the side away from the construction. Tubs of all-purpose gel are the only bathroom amenity, so bring your own shampoo etc

This no frills hotel is very practical for a few nights stay in the city of Udine. The staff we interacted to during our 3 nights, from the reception to the cleaners, were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and all the areas in the hotel are very clean and tidy. The vending machines by the entrance are very handy to get a drink or a snack. They actually sell proper ready meals as well from the fridge. The area is quiet but not far at all from the centre. Overall, a very good hotel that we often use when visiting the area.

Low-cost but perfectly functional hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room is big and clean. You can decide in the morning if you want to have breakfast at the hotel for a resonable price or not. There is a car park a few meters away (you will need a code for it) and bicycles and motorbikes parking on the side of the building. Vending machines by the reption give you the chance to get hot/cold drinks, snacks and proper meals to pop in the microwave. All in all a great experience. Recommend it!

Clean hotel in a convenient location. Nice staff and common areas with a shop area to buy snacks, drinks etc. The walls are thin, so it's a little noisy in the rooms when people are in the hallway or nextdoor. Wifi wasn't working either. Overall, it's a good value for a short stay.

We liked The biew from our room.
Did not like: toilet too close to wall, a little uncomfortable and the seat was loose and broken.
Also in the sleeping area there was some electrical box loose comong out of the wall.
There is a definite need of maintenance.
There should have internal procedures, where the cleaning personnel reports these problems so they can be addressed immediately

Nice staff but noisy room

We stayed in this hotel for the NYE and the day after. The room was quite clean, however, the room size is quite small for 2 people. The bathroom is quite noisy as the water system makes sound when neighbors use water from their room. The aircon is very noisy too. Thanks to the fact that we were drunk on NYE and it was overall bearable. Would strongly recommend people who are sensitive to the sound/have sleeping problems to be careful when booking this hotel.

I had a non-smoking room that had the smell of smoke. I kept airing it out but would come back at night and smell smoke again. Not sure where it was coming from. Otherwise, the hotel was exactly as expected. A great value, everything I needed.

Fantastic value !!

It does what it say's on the tin! The hotel is basic but has very comfy beds, good size rooms and great flat screen telly in the room. Ultra modern design in the rooms, but the bathrooms let them down because they have just had a lick of paint. Well located to the city centre, about a ten minute walk, with a few places to have breakfast/drinks close as well. Staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations, and parking is no problem. All in all very good value for money.

This really was a 4 star hotel, which surprised us given the price! Good breakfast (not included) and service, clean and spacious room. Only drawback is it is a good walk from the centre (15 mins), through dark lonely roads at night.

Emailed the hotel to prearrange an iron to be put in our room. Not a strange request I assured myself as this was advertised as a 3-4 star property. Received a blunt email back saying they to not have an iron do they cannot put one in the room! I've worked in various 3star hotels and this simple request would have bin granted.
Arrived at the hotel to be charged for the accommodation twice! ( I had prepaid and booked through Expedia) but at check in was ensured that I'd only paid a deposit and I was to pay for the rooms in full. It was lucky I brought the Expedia paperwork with me to double check the t's & c's and reception promptly refunded my card that they had just charged.
Breakfast is about €8 for \"all you can eat buffet\" We ordered breakfast and arrived in the breakfast room to find the \"buffet\" was cereal, yoghurt, hard bread and croissants, some ham and some cheese. Not really worth (a) going up for seconds or (b) the initial €8.

The \"do not disturb\" signs might as well read \"knock 10times as loud as you can until finally someone answers and insists they don't need another towel or bin emptying.\" On all 3 mornings regardless of leaving the dnd sign out we were very much disturbed.
The Hotel President needs to find out what it wants to be- a 3 star property with basic amenities or a 4 star property that provides a little bit of service and comfort for its guests. At present its not very good at trying to be either.

Séjour de trois nuits.
En arrivant avons signalé un problème d'écoulement sur la vasque et un problème de débit sur la douche. Avons réitéré à trois reprises ces sujets sans aucune intervention.
Bref, la notion de service et de confort sont des sujets secondaires dans cet hôtel.

Unfreundliches Personal sagt Dinge die nicht stimmen, es gibt keine Überwachungskameras bei den Fahrrädern, Dach im Stiegenhaus hat ein Loch wo es rein regnet, Zimmer im 5 Stock sind nur durch eine Stiege erreichbar, Aufzug fährt nur bis in den4. Stock, im 5. Stock ist es aber durch den Lift sehr laut, dort dürfte der Antrieb sein, Zimmer sind hellhörig, das Bett ist sehr hart und im Bad klebte alles, die Spülung hört man oft und die Dusche hat einen Duschvorhang, der eher unhygienisch ist

Gepflegtes, zentral gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war OK - nichts was den Reisenden unmittelbar vom Hocker wirft aber soweit OK.
Man muss die Bewertung in Relation zum Preis sehen, denn diese war mehr als erfreulich. Das Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht inklusive Frühstück um etwas mehr als EUR 100,-- ist mehr als in Ordnung.
Für Reisende, die Luxus brauchen und auf überbordende Betreuung durch Hotelpersonal Wert legen vielleicht nicht die erste Wahl, aber vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut top!

Ho prenotano e pagato dal sito HOTELS una stanza presso questa struttura.
Dopo aver intrapreso il viaggio con 2 bambini al seguito e contattato la struttura per conoscere indirizzo, sono stato informato che la stanza non era piu disponibile.
La signora della struttura, senza neanche preoccuparsi minimamente del mio disaggio, mi ha semplicemente detto che la responsabilità era di HOTELS e di contattare loro.
Quindi abbandonato con due bambini al seguito.
Sono stato costretto a pernottare su altra struttura pagando il triplo non essendoci piu grande disponibilità di alloggi a prezzi competitivi. Accertatevi prima di alloggiare se la vistra stanza è confermata.
Per avere il rimborso di quanto pagato sono stato 3 ore al telefono con operatore non italiano. Al momento non è sicuro che avrò il rimborso.

Excelente custo/benefício em Udine

O B&B Hotel Udine é uma ótima escolha, muito próximo do centro da cidade, em uma distância facilmente realizável por caminhada. O Hotel conta com bom estacionamento gratuito, o que é importante para muitos viajantes. As instalações do hotel são boas, embora tenhamos notado que alguns reparos nas paredes e no banheiro se fazem já necessários. Já ficamos 3 vezes neste hotel e o atendimento sempre foi feito com simpatia e cordialidade por parte da equipe. Uma opção que deve ser sempre considerada na visita a Udine.

La camera era un forno! Perché avevano ancora il riscaldamento acceso e anche se lo avevo spento ed era tutto a zero usciva lo stesso aria un pò di aria calda. Inoltre il letto aveva ancora il piumino invernale, sintetico, quindi non essendoci lenzuolo, coperta e copriletto, non si poteva trovare la soluzione migliore, per cui caldo tutta la notte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ho scelto l'hotel perché vicino al teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine, dove assistevo a un concerto.
Ho apprezzato molto che nella hall fosse presente uno \"shop\" con vendita sia di cibo e bevande (con possibilità di riscaldare piatti pronti nel microonde), sia di articoli di cura della persona e accessori. Molto comodo se si è dimenticato qualcosa e/o non si ha voglia di uscire.
Carina la camera, bagno piccolo ma ok.
Non mi è piaciuta l'assenza di insonorizzazione delle camere, si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nelle stanze vicine.
Colazione nella media.
In generale ho apprezzato il rapporto qualità - prezzo.

In questa struttura accogliente ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio soggiorno ad Udine.
Un letto comodo per dormire, bagno privato, un buon grado di pulizia, personale disponibile, posizione strategica e una buona colazione.
