A equipe demonstrou boa vontade e tentou ser atenciosa, mas o serviço ficou abaixo do esperado. Acredito que a demanda atual do hotel é maior do que a capacidade e eficiência operacional da equipe. Percebi que havia funcionários novos sendo treinados diretamente na prática, o que acabou gerando desorganização e impacto na qualidade do atendimento — um erro de gestão, pois esse tipo de capacitação deveria ocorrer sem prejudicar o hóspede.

Reservei três quartos, e em todos houve entrada de água durante a chuva. Um deles estava com o box entupido, o que nos obrigou a trocar de quarto. Foi apenas uma noite de hospedagem, mas considero um número alto de ocorrências para um período tão curto, o que mostra que há vários pontos a melhorar.

Os quartos estavam limpos, porém antigos e com sensação de desgaste. Apesar da limpeza, o ar de desconforto causado pela antiguidade da estrutura é perceptível e merece atenção.

Reservei quarto triplo executivo e p primeiro quarto que me ofereceram era muito ruim, as camas eram moles e velhas, no segundo quarto as camas era pouco melhores, mas a foto não é igual ao quarto, pois o quarto que me hospedei parecia um quarto standard.
Ainda o quarto não tem uma acústica boa, a tv não pega todos os canais oferecidos e o wi-fi é ruim, não pega direito, caia todo hora.
O café da manhã é bom, padrão Dan Inn.

Já havia ficado neste hotel três vezes e, em duas, tive algum problema. Nesta última estadia, solcitei quarto com cama de casal, porém vieram duas camas de solteiro \"adaptadas\" como se fosse de casal. Colocaram um lençol \"ligando\" as camas. Resultado: afundamento no buraco que liga as camas quando se mexe muito.
O chuveiro também deixou a desejar, pois a água não saía quente. E o clima estava frio.

Bom mas precisa reforma

O hotel está precisando de reformas! As portas do banheiro toda com a madeira lascada. As camas só c um lençol! Sem conforter! Banheiro bem apertado! Elevador barulhento e em um dos dias ficou pessoas presas no elevador da esquerda na recepção do hotel! O atendimento é impecável! Tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante e no valet de carros!

Fiquei apenas uma noite. Localizado perto da rodoviária, é ótimo! Porém essa região precisa de um pouco de cautela durante a noite. Muito bom, mas há observações.

O hotel muito bom, as acomodações confortáveis, limpeza excelente, o café da manhã com muitas variedades, e muito gostoso por sinal, mas se o hotel estiver lotado, atrapalha um pouco o serviço do café, falta as coisas, demora reposição, mas mesmo assim um dos melhores cafés que já vi. Tem uma outra coisa importante que deve ser observada, eu achei desnecessário ter terceirizado o estacionamento, um custo adicional, mas com o serviço muito atrasado, demora pra entregar o carro, a burocracia para usar o estacionamento é muito demorada, para ficar satisfeito com isso deveria melhorar os serviços da empresa terceirizada. Um último ponto a ser observado o espaço da piscina estava desorganizado com biras cigarros e latas de cerveja no chão.

Tive vários problemas na estadia. Após o check-in, o 1º andar passava por uma manutenção em grande parte dos aptos e o corredor se encontrava bastante sujo e molhado. No segundo dia a equipe de manutenção lotou todo o corredor com novas camas e colchões que impediam inclusive o acesso aos elevadores.Tive que solicitar a retirada das camas para ter acesso ao elevador. Não tivemos limpeza do nosso quarto. A forração da parede utilizada para cobrir o antigo AC de parede permitia a entrada de penas de pombos, dando um aspecto de falta de higiene na acomodação. Na segunda noite, hospedaram no mesmo andar que eu um time de futebol que fazia muita algazarra e barulho até as 23 horas. O café da manhã de sábado passava a impressão de uma comida mal acondicionada, com frutas queimadas pelo frio. O iogurte parecia \"batizado\" com água de tão ralo. O hotel parece antigo e mal conservado. O elevador apesar de indicar capacidade de 480 Kg, não pode andar com mais de tres pessoas segundo o pessoal do hotel. No sábado ficou parado por quase 50 minutos com os hóspedes dentro.

Somente o banheiro do quarto precisa de reforma, pois o box enche de água e fica empoçada,.pois não tem caída para o ralo. É ruim entrar no box cheio de água do último banho. No mais, a piscina e sauna maravilhosos, estacionamento fácil e com manobrista. Enfim, recomendo o Dannin. Muito bom!

O objetivo foi somente dormir no hotel, pois teria uma viajem longo no outro dia. Infelizmente não tive uma noite agradável, pois além de alguns barulhos na circulação, ouvimos barulhos dos quartos vizinha, mas, o que MAIS incomodou, e não tive uma noite se sono agradável, foi o barulho do ar condicionado do nosso quarto (210) e mesmo desligando o barulho dos quartos vizinhos foi infernal. Não consegui dormir o suficiente devido a este zunido de motor das máquinas de ar condicionado. Outro detalhe que me deixou muito constrangido foi verificar que a porta do nosso quarto tinha sito arrombada anteriormente e estava toda quebrada, esta suíte deveria ter sido interditada para o devido reparo.

No geral o custo benefício é válido, no entanto achei a senhora do café um tanto indelicada retirando tudo porque o relógio marcava 9:30 e esse é o horário final do café. Penso que ela apenas poderia fechar a porta, que as pessoas que lá estavam já iriam se tocar. Fica a dica!

A estadia foi bem razoável. O chão do quarto estava sujo, e o banheiro era minúsculo. A cama era ok, mas dava pra ouvir as pessoas no corredor. A unica coisa boa no hotel foi o café da manhã, porém o hotel estava bem lotado e a equipe não estava dando conta de repor.
O hotel do lado, considerado express, tinha melhor estrutura do esse. Foi bem ruim no geral.

O hotel em si é muito bom. Oferece camas confortáveis; quartos bem organizados e uma limpeza impecável; ótima variedade no café que é servido; bem localizado para quem viaja em busca de passeios familiares.

No entanto, apresenta uma falha muito grande por não notificar, no check-in, sobre a taxa do estacionamento (que não está contemplado no valor da estadia; e, no nosso caso, só ficamos sabendo horas depois). Também não nos foi informado que poderíamos usufruir alguns benefícios oferecidos aos hóspedes, como piscina e academia. Também só nós inteiramos disso minutos antes do nosso check-out. Um despreparo da equipe ou um descaso com os hóspedes? Eis a dúvida.

Café bom, mas com muitos hóspedes o serviço ficou insatisfatório. Demorou um pouco a reposição e a máquina de café não estava funcionando na última manhã. Acomodações muito simples e antiga (nas fotos a impressão era diferente). Somente 2 elevadores para muita gente. Chegou a ter fila para acomodar todos no café da manhã. Recepção um pouco falha. Só paguei estacionamento pq perguntei, senão iam me liberar sem cobrar.

Dan Inn hotel apresenta ser uma boa opção, através do hotels.com consegui um desconto importante na estadia. Mas no dia 14/03/25 fiquei em um quarto ruim devido a acústica, escutava tudo do outro quarto, inclusive momentos de intimidade, e isso não e e culpa dos hóspedes, mas do hotel, foi uma noite desagradável. Não tive privacidade alguma e minha esposa dormiu pouco por causa dos ruídos. Mas o quarto estava limpo, chuveiro bom, cama confortável, café da manhã excelente. Mas a falta de privacidade foi decepcionante. Outro ponto negativo e a taxa de estacionamento.

a localização do hotel e excelente, quartos bons, café da manha muito bom, atendimento dos funcionários excelente, mas o que pegou foram os ar condicionados muito ruim péssimos, acredito que contrataram profissionais ineficazes para o projeto, pelo visto se faz necessários pelo tamanho dos quartos que fosse colocados ar condicionados no mínimo de 18.000 BTUS, e parece que o dos quartos são de 9.000 BTUS, troquei de quartos duas vezes e cada vez pior, em resumo não dormi devido ao calor.

Hotel próximo a região com prostituicao de travestis! Hotel parou no tempo, mais precisamente na década de 90! O quarto parece quarto do SUS! Teto do banheiro todo vazado! Tinha barata! Válvula da ducha do banheiro não fechava direito! Elevadores demoravam muito tempo para chegar e paravam em todos os abadares, mesmo sem ninguém chamar! A única coisa que presta neste hotel é o café da manhã. Não recomendo! Por favor vejam o que é um Hotel 3 estrelas, pois este nem uma estrela é! Estacionamento cobrado!
