We were there for two days first night was ok clogged tub coffee machine was not working. Next day when we were out housekeeping never came to clean and organize our rooms and when we went to the office to ask why they told us that we needed to put up a card which they never gave us. Breakfast was diabolical and there we ants in our rooms

Poor cleaning. We had many ants in 2/3 of the rooms in the suite, and sticky residue on some of the countertops. There was a dirty sponge left in the kitchen sink from whoever was there prior.
We had new towels and toiletry items, but with a crawling baby and toddler, absolutely disgusting for them to be in.

The room was nice it was just remodeled. The only thing was when I took a shower in the morning the shower got really hot then really cold, then the water turned off. I had to get down to get as much water in my hands to rinse myself off as I could. the water was just dribbling at that point. Also, the setpoint for the hot water is way to high someone is going to get burned. I believe the hot water setpoint should be 120 deg. at the faucets.

Our room wasn’t that clean, found crumbs on the chairs and close to the fridge.
We found hair in the bathroom and Ants.
The bathtub was clogged, water took time to go.
Sheets were clean but the couch had dirty spots.
The floor was dirty too.
Ice machine didn’t work.
I liked the layout of the suite.
My kids liked the swimming pool.
Breakfast was ok.

The room was pretty clean, but the beds were very soft. I need a firmer bed so my back doesn’t ache in the morning. The shower had no water pressure. It would not even come thru the shower there was not enough water pressure. The coffee at breakfast was very good. The eggs, sausage, potatoes and gravy were tasteless.

This was such a let down. I thought Best Westerns were usually pretty clean. This place was so gross. We had a suite in which the couch was covered in dog hair. We had to request sheets to cover the furniture just to sit on it. Ants were crawling throughout the unit. The kitchen table had some weird film coating it. The rooms would have been spacious if it weren’t for the weird random chairs and lamps cluttering it.

The hotel was being renovated, and the dog area was dry, but had dog poop bags. Our room was clean. The toilet was very close to the wall, making it difficult to grab toilet paper and if you are a man awkward in case, the toilet paper is in your way. the bathroom sink was very close to the back of the sink. the Internet was a thing the fridge was also a thing. the Internet was on and off the whole stay and the fridge did not start to get cold until we left.when we got there streets where closed of for minor Day and Father’s Day? I asked what was going on to the front desk and they did not know even though it is an annual event which was fun and full of music vendors and artisans car shows too!!! Very nice town close to gas shopping and everything else.

This was a pretty bare bones. Best western.
It was the middle of June, and there were no pads on any of the brought iron pool chairs. Which makes it impossible to sit on. Also, there were no pool towels, shower gel, etc. Stuff was really nice, but no thanks again before we stayed at the best western. We ended up canceling the last night because we didn’t wanna sit at the depressing and ready pool situation again.

We enjoyed our stay. Sliding glass door went to an outside patio that needed cleaning but faced a creek and trees and was pleasant. Staff was pleasant. We brought our own breakfast since we like fresh unprocessed food. They did offer some fresh fruit.

A clean quiet room, perfectly comfortable. A fair amount of traffic outside but quiet inside. Decent bed. Usual channels on tv, including hbo, but it’s not a smart tv. The showers had three containers for shampoo, etc but they were all empty, which made for a frustrating shower. There was bar soap on the sink counter in the other room. The coffee maker was woefully inadequate, and the coffee not drinkable, imo. The usual breakfast in the lobby, with plastic wrapped pastries etc. Nice people, no serious complaints.

Loved the shower ameneties. My wife was very pleased with their choice of shower body wash and hair shampoo with Argon oil.
We stay there again in 13 or 14 days.

The breakfast was decent, and the air conditioning worked well. The shower handle kept breaking, so it was hard to turn the water off, and the floors could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise, pretty standard room.

Our room had ants in it all 4 nights of our stay. They were unable to change our rooms due to being full. They did do a deep clean that didn’t help. Ants were in bathroom and one of the three beds that was being used ! We asked to be compensated for the issues and we denied.

Over all room was nice and fit our needs but the ants were problematic!

this is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I absolutely love it! It’s centrally located, with plenty of good restaurants all around (I recommend Strings Italian food few block blocks away in old town.

The hotel room is extremely clean, with comfortable bed and perfect pillows. It has a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, which is almost never available these days. The breakfast spread is really complete with fresh made food. The owners and their staff are really sweet.

There was no information available or offered about the major renovation of the rooms prior to booking online. The demo crew worked till midnight right above my room(2-story). The fan on the AC unit in the room was on HIGH and that didn't even make the construction noise go away. Lost a lot of sleep that night.
The breakfast was okay-I'd give it a 5 out of 10 score.

Hotel staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. The only downside was we asked three times for them to get the TVs working and even after three attempts we still had no working TVs. The property is in the middle or renovations but overall we liked our room well.

Overall the stay was fine, but a couple items. Check in went well, rooms were spacious and in good condition. However on the sheets was a small noticeable stain, dirt, blood? The sheets appeared clean and we were tired after being on the road quite awhile so didn't bring it up.

The parking lot had bathtubs piled up. The room was freezing, I turned the heat all the way up. We had to leave the door open for quite a while, as the room absolutely reeked of bleach/some kind of cleaning solution. I asked for an extra blanket and was told housekeeping goes home at 3:00. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed for months. I think it only fair if folks know ahead of time that the place is under some kind of construction. One elevator was not working.

The staff were all very friendly. The room was run down: closet door wouldn’t open, the knob fell off when I tried to open it. And there was a sharp piece of metal projecting from the bottom of the door, a safety hazard to anyone. The toilet was filthy with black mold under the rim, and the edges of the sink splash boards were covered in gummy dirt that did come off with water and effort. Imagine what cleanser could clean? When I travel thru that corridor, I will bypass Yreka completely since this was the best housing available.

The motel is clean, modern, in a convenient location.
But, no maintenance? The bathtub drain was clogged - and when I reported to the staff (Hi Trinity!) No one did anything about it. There was no soap in the shower.
Also there was no microwave in the room.
For the price (about double of most budget motels) I was pretty disappointed.

We only stayed for one night, we arrived late but check-in was no problem, staff was friendly. Our room was very spacious, we were surprised about that. There are two areas for dogs to utilize which were also spacious areas. Breakfast was great and the staff even let us bring our pup with us. There were a couple dirty areas in the room but nothing to keep us from coming back again. It is an older property but they are renovating it. We were very happy with our short stay.
