Outdoor pool was green and unusable. The suite was squeezed into a regular room. No room to walk around the sofa bed. No closet to hang anything because the frig and microwave were in the closet. One bathroom for six people. Beds were extra firm. Way over priced for a suite.

I was truly impressed with this motel. From check-in to checkout and everything in between. The owners are very nice…the lobby is clean with modern upgrades. Plenty of parking, a nice, well maintained dog potty area, and the pool area was clean, but due to the time of year it was closed.

The room was nicely upgraded, nice furniture, newer linens and blankets, and very comfortable beds. This place was clean…very clean. The decor and bed linens are nice. I would stay here over any major hotel chain

They are dog friendly too…an added bonus!

It’s not often that I’m impressed with a hotel/motel stay, but I am with the Klamath Motor Lodge. I will definitely be staying here on my way back home!

They didn’t have the room we ordered - room smelt bad like smoke - I had to call them to initiate their advertised breakfast. My cat is an esa and they totally disregarded it and made me pay the pet deposit. Instead of apologizing, the manager just made an excuse noting that they just came back from a trip and were working things out. Don’t list a vacancy if you are not prepared for people to stay at your lodge!

The check in was quick and efficient. The hotel is older, but nicely updated, Nice bathroom with a good shower. Very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we got a good night's rest. If you don't have to have all the amenities that most of us don't use, this motel is a reasonable choice. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was inedible. Bananas were a week or more old. Very limited items. Room and bed were. Ok, but the shower was not cleaned properly. The thermostat for the heat could not be adjusted properly. It either stayed on too long or off too long. Spend a little more and find a better place to stay. I won’t be back.

This is a great hotel for the value. Good parking on site and clean rooms. Property is a little outdated and rooms get a lot of light from the parking lot at night, so if you need a dark room to sleep this aint for you. But otherwise, great place to stay for the night.

Was on a trip to southern Oregon.I needed a place to stay for a night. My planned stopping point would be Yreka, CA.
The Klamath Motor Lodge had availability & was a reasonable rate for a Friday evening. Upon arriving the night manager was gracious in accomodating me with a first floor room. Though dated, the room was clean & comfortable. It was evident the ownership was in the process of upgrading & maintaining the property. I was there only for the evening & did not utilize any amenities other than the room. Comfortable stay. Would recommend as a good value.

It looks like The Klamath Motor Lodge is 90% complete on their entire remodel. They have given the rooms brand new mattresses (ultra comfortable) brand new linens, brand new pillows plus all new furniture and lighting. The bathroom had a designer basin, new commode and fixtures. And obviously fresh paint in 2 color desert tones. Very very well done.

We stayed here to save money and the reviews said it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the tables, sink, toilet, floor were clean, the property was very clean and well kept. But the walls were not clean/fresh and the baseboards and corners showed dirt and grim from more than a few days ago. The do not disturb sign was so filthy I refused to pick it up from the floor. The chair had dirty spots on it. I chose to skip the shower and take one at our next destination. My husband said “it’s fine but agreed we won’t stay there again if we can afford an extra $80 to stay somewhere newer.

Price was good. I stayed here before and it was satisfactory for our one night traveling through.
But, I think we have a pet room, as it smells a bit musty. I can live with it, but it's detracting from overall stay.
The room otherwise is clean.
There's supposed to be breakfast, but the office is tiny, so there can't be much to choose from. Even a snack will suffice.

Our check in was a little bizarre. It's very late however lots of little kids were heard playing in the area where we check in. We have a retired therapy dog, which I stated when we made the reservation, yet they gave us a non-pet room and charged us extra. Shoes laying around as you walk up. Parking spaces are small. Room was very small but tidy. No frills. Bed is comfortable. Only 2 pillows on each bed. I suppose we could have asked for more, but it was late.

Breakfast appeared to be instant oatmeal, apples, oranges, or breads for toast. Very continental. Service was okay. It's a simple room for the night and it's not terrible, but no extras. The price reflects that.

The property is older. For the price point it is not bad. I found it clean ans taken care of. There could have been a bit more attention paid to some items, like the coffee pot being kept in the bathroom, ice bucket was old and I didn't feel comfortable putting ice in it for drinks. Still again the bathroom was clean as was towls and beds. Would recommend if you need a clean place to shower and sleep. The pool and outside areas are also kept well.

This place is well taken care of! We had a great time. They are pet friendly and with 105 degree heat, having them in our room with air conditioning in a life saver. They charge $15 per animal which is reasonable.
The pool is super nice! Very nice place! Love the showers, walk in shower is awesome!

The motel is dated but the care put into every detail was so appreciated. We had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and nice linens. We felt safe and secure, the dog is welcome as well. Room 22 was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. A great bargain.

Suggestios for owner: 1. Add a second floor lamp, one by chair and another in that dark back corner. 2. Don't use any scented laundry products. 3. In the future, don't buy toilets with round bowls, they are too small for tall and other large persons. 4. Hotels.com didn't warn us about the additional pet fee added when we checked in.

Outside was clean appearance overall a bit dated. Parking is tricky if you have a big truck and so does the person parking next to you. Forgot to mention, walls are thin, if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them.
