It’s not a gym, tiny room with a treadmill, weights and I think a bicycle, breakfast was ok, everything on counter package with shelve life of maybe 10 years , nothing freshly made, no elevator, dog pellets in our room even in vents, previous quests swimwear in our room, hard to access doors , no card readers, will not return

Kevin was wonderful in changing my room location as there was a cheerleader convention and he put me at the far end where it would be quieter. I had just driven 700 miles and I soaked in hot tub and swam for a good hour during the dinner time when people were gone, it was perfect!

Room had no heater, so it was in the 40s in the room, tv didn’t work, and bathroom like was broken. Staff did not know what they were doing. Had to change rooms and adjust my reservation because of the first day and experience. Checked out and never got a receipt. So no idea what I actually paid. The staff could not figure out how to print it. Was told it would be emailed but never received. The breakfast was simply apple juice and toast. Second room was better as things worked but incredibly dirty. Webs on the walls, dust build up falling off the lights, just dirty. If it wasn’t for the location and the fact I was there for a family emergency I would have gone somewhere else. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Breakfast wasn't as advertised. No milk, no cereal. Only bagels and muffins, 2 fruits, 2 juices, cottage cheese and peach cups.Knives weren't available for spreading anything on bagals, woman at front desk said to use back of our spoons. I was also told that there's no more breakfast person position so there's going to be no more breakfasts as theres been in the past at this property. The back door was propped opened by a rock all night, and this meant the building was unsecured and anyone could come in. I wonder if the maintenance position was also deleted by this property. The room was clean. I won't be back and I'm dissapointed with this Wyndham property.

The hotel is under going a remodel. We were in a suite and I think they used it to dump unmatched pieces of furniture. The tv remote was missing. The phone was bundled up in the night stand, not plugged in. The room overall was clean and big. The hot tub was on the cool side. The pool heater was not working. The complimentary breakfast was maybe a C. With that being said, I think after the remodel is done the hotel will be very nice. Also, the person at the front desk was always nice and complimentary.

The stay here was the worst i have ever had at any hotel I have stayed at. First upon check in they could not get key card mechanism to work so I could get keys. They used a master key to open my room and i did not receive my keys until an hour later. When i was about to go to bed, i pulled the covers and some kind of bug popped out. Went to ask for cancellation from front desk and they said they had to wait for manager. I waited for around 45 mins and stressed that I need to find another hotel so i can get some sleep but still no manager. I ended up just asking for another room and stayed because it seemed i had no other options. No discount offered for inconvenience. Nothing.

It’s very noisy if you are near a stairwell or gym. There is no elevator only stairs to the second floor. The back door card readers don’t work so they prop them open all night with a rock which isn’t safe! Plus, guests unknowingly shut them and then you have to go way around the building from the parking area to get in the front. Parking area needs repainted lines. Hard to see! Brunch was pretty good but trashes remain overflowing and no one seems to restock anything that runs out. TVs are old and not great but everything was adequate. Average stay for the price. They rent the pool so when we were going to use it, we didn’t because there was a big children’s pool birthday party going on! Good location for close proximity to stores, gas and food!

The person at the front desk was helpful but not very friendly. I know he was training someone but the trainer wasn't really watching. Also, when we were finally given out keys, walking down the hall to our room, every room had their laundry piled up on the hallway. The \"breakfast\" was very limited. The bathroom reminded me of a rest stop. Single sink so nowhere to put our belongings. Great that it is dog friendly but no true place to take potty. The TV kept going out on us too. Unless, this hotel is truly updated, we will not return/

A picture is worth a thousand words!

I took advantage of the offered upgrade to the King suite, at an additional cost of coffee, which was a huge mistake because the jetted tub was missing the plug rendering it useless; the TV didn't work; a pillow was missing its pillow case; the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work; doors were being propped open since the entry keypads weren't working which decrease safety; my coffee maker still had a previous guest's used coffee filter; and overall the room needed another cleaning and some maintenance.

There's zero handicapped parking out front which is the main entrance to the hotel and where disabled persons will need to enter the property to conduct business. Staff are quick to tell you that there's handicapped parking in the back, but it's useless because the hotel entry keypads don't work. The nighttime desk clerk is happily privileged to park out front of the hotel which she says she does every night; yet, in the absence of disabled parking in the front, a disabled person cannot park like the nighttime clerk does. Breakfast grab and go is decent, and so is the bathroom essentials provided, ie Dove products.

Like seeing homeless camps? Place for you!

If you dont mind staying next to a large homeless encampment youll like it hear! Also, the tub wouldnt drain without manually holding the stopper up, there were several areas of the floor that had significant \"bumps\" that were tripping hazards. Like they laid the flooring over something and didnt care. The breakfast was bout nothing. The lock on the door was one of those outdated chain locks and the screws had come loose from the sheetrock at some point and was barely fixed, didnt feel safe. Upon check in i was told my cc would be charged a \"small\" fee for incidentals: i was charged $1 THEN a $150 charge showed up! They claim it was a \"deposit\". They never mentioned a deposit. This is after i paid $399.87 for the room on Hotels.com. They also claimed theyrefunded the $150 the day after i left. I left Sunday, this is now Wednesday and they still have my money!! Ive never been charged a deposit when i make reservations on hotels.com.
How do i get my $150 back???????

I was not happy about the Bath not having a flat counter to even put your shaving needs and tooth brush on. Just a sink stuck on the wall, a toilet and the handicap bars used as a towel rack as there weren't any racks for the towels. The timer knob in the bathroom was gone so that was unuseable. The bedside lamp was inop until I found it was unplugged. There was crap under the desk and it makes a person wonder if the room was even sweep.

Don’t believe the photos. Right out our window a block away was a huge homeless compound. The grounds were not well kept and there was no where for our dog to do her business. The only access to the interior was the front door as the back and side doors had no key scans. Our room only had the dead bolt as the chain lock was broken. The water in the sink would barely drain. There was no ice available as their ice maker was broken. Breakfast was a joke. Not even coffee available, only tea. There was almost nothing to eat. It was pretty noisy until late at night as halls were busy and doors were slamming. The indoor pool did look nice and was busy with families.

The room was decent. Restaurant was nearby, which was great. Front desk people weren’t sure what they were doing. Although I paid for the rooms through Expedia, we were still charged by the hotel and it took a few days to have it reversed. Huge homeless encampment right behind the hotel on the hill, occasionally some would be walking around the hotel parking lot (one swinging around a bat), which was unnerving since I had to walk my dogs.

The first room they put us in was disgusting, there was dead bugs in the window seals, there was ants on the counter and the bathtub was dirty. The entrance doors were not working on the side of the building we had to enter from the front door even though our room was on the other end of the building and upstairs. The ice machine was broken. The second room they put us in was much nicer the bed was comfortable. The extra lock on the door was broken.

The Ice Machine was broken. Unsafe will all the homeless around. NO SECURITY CAMERAS hooked up. The A/C in the room was falling apart. The bathroom shower wouldn't drain. Very small bathroom. Bedroom Window was disgusting with dirt, dead flies and something on the window on the outside. Homeless people TRIED to BREAK INTO MY CAR TWICE throughout the night. Breakfast is small, not much effort. Key cards stopped working. The hotel used rocks to keep outside doors open if you wanted to get in, and no one would move the rock to close the door when finished. There was a review about this back in DEC 3, 2024 that the hotel said they would fix immediately and never did. Still an issue June 12, 2025. My father was at the pool and they let the homeless in the pool. No manager on-site during the time we were there. Employee was in the back most of the time not watching the front. NOT SATISFACTOTRY and should be CLOSED DOWN unless security and cleaniness is held to the highest of standards.

It was horrible all the way around. We got there at 215 and the ladies said, we could pay $50 for an early check-in. I told her no, she told me check-in was 3 o'clock. We left and came back at 3. They tried to give us a room on the 2nd floor I had requested a room on the bottom floor I can't do stairs and I'm a senior so then they said the room would not be ready until to 3:30 . So we paid for bottom floor room and two queen beds,.And we got she said, we got an upgrade 2 double beds on the bottom floor.. At 11 o'clock, a homeless person was knocking on the door we called the office and the guy said, oh I thought she looked strange. The TV didn't work right the lady cat that worked there. She was being very nice.... Had coffee in the morning at the breakfast bar and it was like dirty water...... It was quite the experience. I will never go back.Horrible service horrible everything they need to clean that place up It was quite the experience. I will never go back. Horrible service, horrible, everything they need to clean that place up. And they rent the swimming pool out to the public. For parties $,12 a child. And I had no idea that we'd be swimming with a bunch of kids. They don't even live there. It's a long before that. They should let people know when they booked the reservation. While your reception was very good and professional, we were not happy with quite a few things. 1) Your side door was a nuisance since the electronic keypad was busted, and it seems like your receptionist didn't know about this. He directed us to drive to an entrance that was not functional at all. We do not blame him, but Baymont needs to fix that, so not to make guests play the guessing game when trying to gain entry to their room. 2) Your bathtub took a thousand years to drain, and the only way around this is to not use the faucet below. Just use the shower and you would have no problem. 3) The headboard on your beds were dusty, and it looks like you have not cleaned it in a while. 4) There were traces of trash not cleaned up in the room. 5) Your electrical outlets did not work well at all! We were not able to use the bedside lamps, and had to use whatever lights were still on. 6) No ice machine? Ice machine broken and only one ice machine available??? Come now, Baymont! You could do better!

We would never stay here again, but one thing we would like to note is that management and reception are excellent here. Katie the manager was very polite, professional. So was the gentleman who checked us in. It is the facility condition that we had issues with.

The hotel is easy to locate, although being behind a Motel 6 dies confuse my GPS. The desk staff was professional, quick and helpful. The room was large, had a desk and chair of a usable height, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. I had inadvertently reserved the handicap accessible room. It was interesting to see how it had been adapted for someone with mobility issues. As a mobile senior, i only lacked shelf 9r counter space for items. I opened the ironing board (located in the bathroom) and used it as a staging area for my bathroom items. Also, there were multiple handrails and a shower seat, but a vertical handrail at the sides of the tub would've helped me get in and out of the high tub sides. The tub bottom was a bit slippery. And the toilet paper was the thinnest and most tissue paper like I've ever experienced in a hotel! Overall, good place for a solo female traveler for one night.

Toilet paper was card-board. The bathroom had no fan and the heat lamp did nothing, aside from lighting up. The shower had no water pressure and sprayed all over the bathroom, the headboards were sticky, the power plug did not function, the phone did not work, we had to ask repeated for more cardboard toilet paper, the conditioner was empty, they never changed the trash or came in to make the beds, they put us in room at the far end of a long hallway, the backdoor was broken, the breakfast food was limited and initially they only had sugary beverages/ no water to drink; the hot tub jets were not working, the staff randomly decided to check us out 2 days early so we had to check back in, only because at the time we voiced some complaints, they had problems reimbursing us for the burden of the problems because I used Expedia to book my reservations, I heard shouting in the middle of the night along with loud accusations of meth use at 2 a.m., the light could not be turned on without entering the dark room, limited towels, the hallway was cold.
