Great gardens and overall set-up. Upper floor rooms nicer to sit out and enjoy. Good breakfast, both bacon and eggs and asian food. Even cheese to be found for your toast, with the salads.

This hotel was simply beautiful.
Probably my favourite stay in all of Thailand. Everything was fantastic, the pool was lovely and the sun beds around is spacious and clean.
The room was delightful with a large bathroom and amenities, the wifi was also fantastic.
The breakfast was delicious every morning, slight changes every morning also which was appreciated and the coffee was lovely.

The best part was the shuttle into town, it’s an easy 12 min walk but when you’ve been shopping or have your bags the shuttle was fantastic 3 mins into town!
The gardens were also beautiful, our room looked onto this and was a gorgeous morning view and the sunset was perfect on our balcony in the evening.

I have no bad comments this place was truly beautiful and very well cared for.

very nice location. A few steps from the lively pedestrian street. Charming swimming pool with chair and mattress. Room with fairly hard mattress. Nice big bathroom. Varied breakfast but the dishes are very lukewarm, I feared for the food preservation aspect.

Really beautiful property - pool is amazing, the on grounds restaurant is very nicely done, and the units are a very nice “Thai villa” style for this price range. Short walk to the happening downtown area - and the hotel is happy to drive you there too. We were impressed. For the price range - best place in Pai. And actually not sure you get much more by paying more. Five stars.

The hotel room was small and dark. We unfortunately had a room that the window only looked at a wall, we couldn’t see the sky. The bathroom was dark even with the light on and the only mirror in the room was fat from the bowl making shaving etc difficult.

Great location, Good stay

5 minutes walk from the city center. Excellent pool. Bicycles can be rented for free.
We had 4 rooms. Some needed better maintenance. It is clear to me that part of the matter is the long period that they have not been used due to Cubid 19.
Try to avoid superior rooms. They are small and with a view of the wall. The rest of the rooms are great.

Nice property. They rent bikes. We got the junior suite with a large outside tub. Toilet is big and has good shower. Love the location, close to walking street.

Ensure the room is in one of the villas!

A great value , attractive, value for money hotel within 8 mins stroll to Pai village. One but ( and it is a big but! ), be sure your room is located in one of the villas which surround the garden and pool area. They are very nice. The rooms hidden from view at the back of the resort are fark and spooky and down a short grey concrete alley and should be avoided. The other rooms are all great and it’s a lovely place to stay.

Don't book a superior room unless you wish to experience staying in a jail cell. they are basic rooms without any outside views as the windows open up to face a high blank wall. Limited access to the rooms and no external space provided. All in all very disappointing accommodation, even down to the wet room, as everything gets very wet when you use the shower, which is for some unknown reason positioned in the centre of the bathroom.
However the deluxe rooms are very nice and have an external balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. These are what you would expect from Expedia as they are exactly as shown in the brochure.

Not a good stay. The reception staff were rude and not interested in anything we asked
The room was not clean. The curtains were ripped and didn’t close properly. The safe only worked putting in the numbers 1234. The only light next to my bed didn’t work, they came to look at it and he said oh will fix it tomorrow. Not acceptable I asked him to change the bulb and it worked. Why could he not have done this straight away. The door to the room didn’t lock properly. We had paid for two nights but only stayed one. Much nice hotels in Pai for the same money

Wonderful!

Great stay, very happy with everything. The staff was nice, the room was clean and had good air conditioning, the pool was very nice. The only detail was that the restaurant serves guests at the pool but never cleaned up after them so dirty dishes and leftover food sat beside the pool for hours on end.

So nice! This place was a dream after an unpleasant experience elsewhere. From check in, to settling into our room, to the pool, everything was wonderful. There were little to no vegan options at the restaurant and only fruit at breakfast but at least there was that. The resort was very clean and the staff very kind. We loved using the complimentary bikes and appreciated the complimentary taxi into town upon our departure. We will definitely come back to Pai and won’t think of staying anywhere else! Thank you!

Room offerings need to be fixed.

I had booked this hotel in the past for my retreat group and had a great experience. However, this trip was different, and I'm very upset. There was a drop down list on the reservation page on Hotels.com to choose 2 TWINS or 1 QUEEN. Because I had a retreat group with guests who were not couples and did not want to share a bed, I booked many of my rooms with TWIN BEDS. My reservation clearly showed this. When we showed up to check in the first night, the hotel informed me that they did not have the TWIN bed rooms available and that my guests would have to share a bed. They were NOT happy about this! I proceeded to try to learn what the problem was, and they said another group came before ours and they gave the rooms to them. When trouble shooting, they were not helpful, and wanted to charge us for bringing extra beds into the rooms. It resulted in one of my students booking another room at full price just to make the group calm down. The challenge is that the staff wasn't helpful, and wanted to keep charging us for their mistake. Also, not sure if Hotels.com knows that they hotel isn't able to live up to the desc of rooms that the hotel offers. I'll talk with Hotels.com when I get home and see about it. Otherwise it's great. But I hesitate booking there again without the guarantee or room types.

We had a good stay at the Quarter Pai. For the area it is one of the nicer places to stay in. We were in a private pool villa and the room was great, the outdoors as well and everything is so close to the center.

The parts we liked less were the breakfast which felt not so fresh and a little minimal and the private pool in the room was not clean and very cold, we would have taken a regular room.

I loved the bungalow style of the hotel and the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was in a great location.

When we were checking in it took the girl almost 20 mins to open our lock and we continued to have issues with our lock throughout our stay. The hotel was not fully booked so I am not sure why they wouldn't put us in a different room we were obviously concerned with the safety of our belongings.

We asked the same girl who checked us in to order us a taxi so we could check out a particular waterfall (approx. 20 mins away) she was clearly negotiating with the taxi driver for a rate. She was trying to quote us a ridiculous price over triple to cost of Bangkok/Chiang Mai and even a taxi in Krabi for the same distance plus a large entrance fee. We talked to a few people who did the same things and paid an entrance fee and taxi over 50% lower than what she quoted us so it seemed like she was trying to scam us or maybe the hotel would receive the remaining 50%. We looked up entrance fees later that day and it was substantially lower. Regardless, we were pretty annoyed with that as she continually told us we she was quoting us was the standard rate. She spoke good English so I don't believe anything was lost in translation.

Aside from the issues with the one staff member at the front desk, we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it to friends.

The grounds were nice, the location to the town was great, it was a quarter of a mile to the town, but the hotel has a tub tsk to drive you in. The porters were very friendly and accommodating, but the staff of the hotel were rude and unaccommodating. Breakfast was cold, the cold food was cold and the hot food was cold, not for only one day, but for the three days we stayed. Wifi was shoddy.

The hotel was amazingly great, spa like. The service of the front desk was not so helpful or hospitable, but the two porters were willing to go out of there way to help you. Breakfast had many options, but the hot food was always cold. Great location a 10-12 minute walk from town or 2 minute tuk Tim ride.

Nice accommodation , great location .

Comfortable room, excellent water pressure and rain shower. Small old school tv with few channels, but not there for tv anyways. Nice large clean pool with plenty of sun chairs to relax. Averages breakfast but very nice restaurant staff. I think this hotel is a good value and it's very near walking street with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I recommend this and will stay again.

Worst hotel ever. Rooms were smelly, staff was rude. I wanted to leave as soon as i got there. Premiere rooms are the worst, avoid them. I ate at the restaurant on the last night and got food poisoning. The water system needs repair.

I stayed in the room for more than half a day+night because I got food poisoning (DO NOT eat sushi there, at least the raw salmon!), but my boyfriend was happy with the location due to proximity to everything, affordable massages, market shopping and food. Nothing to complain about.

Paid for a premium room. Got put into a small concrete room far away from thr pool down a concrete hallway.

After arguing with the front desk (i had photos of the room i paid for sent by their reservation team) i showed the photos. They told me that I had to pay for an upgrade fee for the room in the pictures? I eventually won. Sort of. I got the room i booked....for 2 nights then had to go back to the original room for the last night.

The room we got was way run down. Dirty sheets. Dirty room. Missing doorknobs. Not happy.

Told in confidence they do this on purpose to fill the yucky rooms so they put white westerners in them. Spoke to other guests and their rooms were similar run down.

Put up with it till we left. Now letting everyone know what a rort they are. So many better options in Pai.

Nice hotel only 15 walk from bus station and town centre. Come out of bus station and turn right ,the Hotel is on your right .
Your may find a good Idea to hire a Motor bike in Pai, as your find it hard to get around. Make sure you check around bike and take photos ,at start of hire

ห้องของ โรงแรม เก็บเสียงไม่ดีเลย ใคร ทำอะไรห้องข้างๆหรือชั้นบนได้ยินหมด ฉันต้องตื่นมากลางดึกถึง2ครั้ง ครั้งแรกตอนเที่ยงคืนหลังจากกลุ่มวัยรุ่นกลับมาแล้วมีอะไรกัน ครั้งที่2ตอนตีสามสะดุ้งตื่นเพราะเสียงครวญครางจากห้องข้างๆ ต้องปรับปรุงอย่างมาก

Dålig ordning på om restaurangen var öppen eller stängd .Det gick ej att köpa kaffe på dagarna. Kaffemaskinen var trasig i en och en halv vecka. Men annars helt ok .

Bel endroit pour se ressourcer à la fois à proximité du bouillonnant centre ville de Pai et calme.
Le jardin est magnifique, même s'il est petit et le personnel aux petits soins. Et une piscine vraiment sympa agrémente le tout !

Vi hadde bestilt rom med eget basseng. Aldri sol der vi hadde rom, kaldt vann i bassenget (det \"private\"), ble derfor ikke brukt. Ikke utemøbler. Var ikke verd pengene for oppgradert rom.
Få solsenger også ved fellesbassenget.
Hotellet hadde fin beliggenhet, rent og pent.

Het zijn erg leuke huisjes. Wij verbleven in een huisje met een bad buiten waar je in de avond heerlijk in kan gaan zitten! Het huisje was schoon, de badkamer ziet er meer dan prima uit en de regendouche was heerlijk! Het zwembad is prima. Het verblijf is op loopafstand naar de drukke straat, als je niet wil lopen kan je jezelf ook gratis af laten zetten door het personeel. Zeker een prima verblijf dus!

雨の日でしたが、入り口に置いた靴がびしょ濡れになりました。玄関の雨除けが不十分です。ああいう施設コンセプトなら、室内に下駄箱を置くのが常識です。それが一流のレベルです。悪いホテルではありませんでしたが、経営視点としてはまだまだですね。
それから、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎです。

De ligging, dicht bij het centrum van Pai en toch rustig.
De restaurantservice was rond lunchtijd heel matig. Langzaam en beperkte keuze.
De badkamer was erg basic gezien de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Bij de boeking werd er gewag gemaakt van een inbegrepen \"oudejaars-gala-party\". Op de dag voor songkran (THais nieuwjaar) bleek men in het hotel van niets te weten. Pas bij benadering van de manager kwam er duidelijkheid. \"Het had betrekking op de party van oudjaar 2019\".!!! Zo lang konden we echter niet blijven. Waarom Expedia dit in onze boeking heeft opgenomen is mij een raadsel. Zonder dit evenement kwam de prijs voor ons verblijf aanzienlijk hoger te liggen.

המקום הכי סבבה שיש לפאי להציע, המלון, הבריכה והחדרים נראים טוב יש גם הסעה למרכז מהמלון בכל שעה שתבקשו והצוות אכן שירותי ואדיב. אך יחד עם זאת, הבריכה קפואה ברמה שזה סבל להכנס אליה, מהשירותים בלילה יוצא ריח של ביוב, כשהמנקות מסדרןת את החדר הם כנראה משאירות את הדלת פתוחה ונכנסים מלא יתושים לחדר והארוחת בוקר לא מזמינה בכלל.

Wij hadden de pech om in de kamers 1b en 1c te zitten.Deze liggen in een gangetje en het raam kijkt uit op een blinde muur op een afstand van ca.1.5 m. De telefoon en het kluisje deden het niet en ondanks 2x naar receptie lopen hiervoor werd er niets aan gedaan.De koffie was alleen koud te krijgen bij het ontbijt dat verder ook weinig voorstelde.We hebben ook bijna een uur moeten wachten op de door het hotel voor ons bestelde taxi.

第二次住這裡了，整體而言似乎有不如從前的感覺。
優點:
1.漂亮的大環境，游泳池
2.還算有風味的建築
3.離市區近但是又不會很多人
缺點
1.房屋整潔並沒有做好，很多地方都還是有灰塵，泳池裡面也都是落葉
2.隔音並沒有做很好，附近早上都會有雞叫那些
3.掛水龍頭的配件是壞掉的，浴缸的放水設備也有問題
4.大浴池的房型，放水速度非常慢

3박후 1일 추가하여 숙박함. 걸어서 워킹스트릿가기 좋다. 밤에도 여자 둘이서 걸어다니기에 어려움 없음. 호텔무료 픽업 서비스도 있음. 오토바이 소리로 시끄러운 태국에서 아주 조용한 리조트 느낌의 호텔로 작지만 깨끗한 수영장과 디자인이 예쁜 화장실까지 만족스러움. 다만 조식 4일동안 변화가 거의 없고 먹을 것이 없다. 식사는 밖에서 사드시는 걸로....

Very good for the price

Beautiful resort and very cheap. Just 10 minutes walk from night market street. I really enjoyed my outdoor bathroom. Breakfast OK, not fantastic. But once again, it was cheap, and the rest of the hotel is really worth it. Free parking spot if you come by car. Swimming pool, big garden. Lovely really

호텔의 분위기나 인테리어 등의 느낌은 매우 좋습니다 조식도 맛있습니다
다만 비수기라 그런지 5월에 여행을 했는데 수영장관리가 미흡하구요 호텔이 무슨 공사같은걸 해서 물이 잘 안나오기도 하고 좀 불편한 점이 있었습니다 아무리 비수기고 손님이 없더라도 그런건 신경을 써야하는 부분이라고 생각이 드네요
