The property was spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would say that a more detailed initial orientation to the spa and baths would have been helpful. We actually had no idea as to how things work, where exactly the facilities are, etc. Otherwise, this is a great location. We hope to return!

Better than the rating suggested!

They couldn’t find our reservation when we first checked in, despite my having the hotels.com checking number. But they eventually disbarred about 10 minutes, and all was fine from there on! Ask for a corner room (216 or 316).

We had a mineral water hot tub that we thought would be side by side - but we were in two separate rooms side by side! Wasn’t worth the cost but was an interesting experience.

This hotel advertise itself is a thermal mineral spa
That was completely not true there was no thermal mineral water to be had
The receptionist was clueless she had bad service she was rude and how these people that a four star rating I never know

When I arrived I had a called him five times before they answer their phone

It took me a very long time to sign in normally a hotel will ask for a copy of your passport and then sign you in.

They had us fill out a form that took a half an hour before we could check in it was ridiculous

We went up to our room and you had to go down five stairs to get to your bedroom it was a very dangerous place to be

I called the front desk but they did not answer so I had to get in the elevator and go downstairs and talk to the clueless receptionist.

I then went back up to my room call HOTELS.COM and have them find me another hotel in the area which was very good and HOTELS.COM treated me very well

I would take this hotel completely off your list as they are very disrespectful to the customer they do not communicate in a four-star hotel should speak English wall to wall

Location was good. Few amenities available in room and especially spa. No shampoo, tissue, cream etc... we booked the swimming pool and massage. Once we were done we took a shower and, except for body wash there were no products to get ready. This is the first time I have experienced this when booking thermal spa and bath treatments. However, the massage was excellent.

Excellent short stay in this wonderful hotel. Rooms were spacious, even though we'd had an extra bed put in. Everything about this hotel gives you a sense of confidence in the hotel. The lounge is large and comfortable, the bar is well equipped and service is speedy. The restaurant is first rate. This is an excellent hotel hidden away in the mountains.

Amazing location

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, reformada y con un baño muy práctico. Lo único malo es el garaje ya que queda un poco a desmano.

El spa está situado justo enfrente del hotel, y el acceso a las piscinas públicas va incluido con la estancia (están frente al parking pero hay que entrar por el parque de la ciudad).

El desayuno muy variado.

O hotel é bom, staff muito prestativo. Porém….

Estacionamento longe do hotel. Estava chovendo não podiam emprestar um guarda-chuva, apenas vendiam.

Pedimos 2 drinks, a pessoa que fez não tinha conhecimento algum do que estava fazendo. A caipiroska veio sem sumo de lima e sem açúcar, era basicamente vodka com gelo. E de brinde uma FOLHA DE COENTRO.

Pressão da água do chuveiro muito baixa. Trocaram a gente de quarto mas não resolveu o problema.

Ar-condicionado não funcionava. Fui informada que alguns hóspedes reclamaram do frio e queriam o ar quente. Eu estava passando calor e não tive o ar na temperatura que desejava.

Café da manhã muito simples, poucas opções e não muito boas.

Quartos com escadas com idoso fique atento

chegar ao hotel foi bem fácil e a paisagem realmente é muito bonita
As surpresas começam ao chegar pois o estacionamento é próximo porem em uma subida íngreme e a entrada péssima e com sinalização do local de estacionamento escrito num muro
deixei as malas na porta e fui estacionar o carro e ao entrar no quarto a maior surpresa ficou por conta de escadas (sim escadas !!) dentro do quarto que em nenhuma descrição dos quartos foi mencionada a existencia
Ou seja para ir ao banheiro desce e sobe escada! viajava com minha mae de 84 anos e digamos não foi bom
O café da manha é bom e conforme prometido acesso ao parque com as piscinas externas que também são distantes para idosos com restrições de locomoção

Ofrecen servicio de parking pero no es cierto. El parking es un número de plazas limitadas hasta que se agotan. Nos quejamos por la situación y NO nos dieron ninguna solución. Aparcar fuera es realmente difícil en temporada alta.

El hotel está bien, y se come bien en su restaurante.
NO tiene piscina en el propio hotel. La piscina que sale en algunas fotos está en una zona de acceso público que hay a 700m.
El SPA & Termas tampoco están en el propio hotel. Están en un edificio que hay al cruzar la calle. Son de acceso público y hay que pagarlo aparte. Algunas duchas del Spa no funcionan correctamente.

Pontos positivos: localização excelente; limpo e cuidado; Staff muito simpático e prestável; O nivel do PA é equilibrado; Camas confortáveis e quartos espaçosos; decoração agradavel.
Pontos de melhoria: ficamos no piso 3 e, eventualmente devido a obras recentes, tinhamos um cheiro intenso a tinta; a insonorização não é a melhor. Ruido da rua e dos pisos superiores notório; ar condicionado do nosso quarto fazia algum ruido. Wi-Fi com algumas falhas.
Resumo: boa opção, com uma relação qualidade/preço bastante interessante.

Das Hotel liegt im Ort direkt an einer Straße.

Zum Parkplatz ist es ca 750m und zum Pool der in einem Park liegt ca 1km.
Der Poolbereich wirkt ungepflegt.
Das Frühstück war ok .
Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich um 22.15 Uhr bekamen wir kein Getränk mehr an der Bar.
Der ganze Ort wirkt runtergekommen !
