Je regrette qu'il n'y ai pas de \"consommable\" dans l'appartement, type dosette de café soluble ou deux sachets de thé. Lorsqu'on part, tôt, il est impossible de déjeuner. De plus, lorsque nous avons jeté la poubelle dans le passage du parking, nous n'avons pas pu rouvrir la porte et rentrer pour récupérer nos valises. Heureusement qu'une amie était à la réception et que nous avons pu l'appeler. Elle nous a ouvert la porte. Drôle de situation...!!!

Good location, but basic.

The apartment was clean and modern but not fantastically well equipped. It was well insulated, and traffic noise was muted with the windows closed. Cooking facilities consist of a microwave and two hotplates, no oven. You are also expected to leave everything as clean as when you go in or pay extra for cleaning, and take the rubbish out and strip the beds. If you are used to self catering, maybe his is common, but if you're used to hotels it is a bit unusual. The location was excellent, a short walk (less than 10 mins) to the main part of the town and easy enough to drive in and out of Quimper. Car Park is OK you need a room card to access it, so it can be tricky when you first arrive, if there is no space available on street.

Hotel with options close to centre of town

The hotel is fairly new and just a five minute walk to the old area of the city.
Our lower mark for room comfort was our own fault as we chose the option with the sofa bed.
It would be smarter to pay the extra for a proper bed.

Great location, moderate comfort

We stayed ome night in a family room with our two children. Had a booking for one double bed + sofa bed for our two children but unfortunately we were given a single bed instead. After talking with the staff another room was arranged immediately for us - good point here. The location is fantastic, a few hundred meters from the historic part of Quimper and a lot of great restaurants. Not so good: quality of the beds / mattresses which is below average compared to our other stays in France.

Four Days in Quimper

We stayed here whist visiting our son and family who were staying at Lanniron Camp Site. We found the location very central to the stores and restaurants in the City centre. Enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the Festival which was in full swing during our stay.

Quiet but centrally located

We were lucky to find a free parking space on the street of the hotel although one could fall back readily on parking in the hotel's own car park for 6 euros per night. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and yet after walking for ten minutes or so we were already in the old town where most of the tourist attractions and creperies were located. A convenient location indeed.

Modern, smart hotel, easy walk to center of town.

We would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very modern, the room and common areas were very clean, and the staff were very pleasant and had excellent customer service skills. Breakfast was very well organized and efficiently delivered. Car parking was easy and very secure.

On arrival the reception was shut, took us and two other couples a while to realize our door key was in a very small safe and the entry code had been emailed to us.Once we got into our room was very impressed with the set up and cleanliness. five minutes walk and into the historical part of Quimper. (please note, Quimper is NOT a lively place even on a weekend, had a search to find a reasonable priced place to eat) Would look to see if an Appart'City is in any future places we visit.

A real bargain

This hotel is a real bargain for the price, which was so low we wondered if it would be all right. Reviews of other clients, all very satisfied, convinced us. The room was impeccably clean and there is a little kitchenette if you want to prepare your own meals. The decor is plain and simple, but the room includes things like a table and chairs and very good lighting that many more expensive hotels do not provide. Best, it is located next to the old city, with its restaurants, market, cathedral, and museums. A perfect location for a short sightseeing holiday.

You are in for the time of your life!

This was a newly opened facility just outside the older section of Quimper -- a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Though signage initially presented a challenge, once the hotel was located, the enjoyment truly began. The concept is that you are renting an appartment -- like a time share in that ALL the comforts of home are provided, including dishes and utensils, Well-designed, the kitchen was well-appointed and made our stay easy and convenient. The bath was large and had a heated towel rack -- such a convenience! The bedroom had plenty of storage, the bed itself was very comfortable and the room overlooked a residential area but did have a small balcony. The staff was courteous and ready to offer useful information. I look forward to staying at another Appart'City residence in the future -- this facility certainly made our visit to Quimper truly enjoyable

Tout est bien organisé pour mon arrivée tardive, comme un jeu de trésor. Un petit pépin: la porte ne s'ouvre pas avec le code reçu par mail (avec vocal? Si oui je n'entends pas car je suis sourde :/ ). Heureusement un couple est passé et m'a laissé entrer. J'ai bien trouvé la carte pour la chambre sans soucis.

Très bon séjour à l’appart.hôtel de Quimper.bon accueil, l’hôtel est en centre-ville donc on a tout à proximité. Seul petit bémol : il faut nettoyer la cafetière qui était bien entartrée et le l.eau ne passait pas sinon rien à redire.merci

Dommage que les restaurants dans Quimper centre soient gérés par un personnel peu aimable, peu accommodant, exigeant des reservations, difficiles à faire quand on est de passage.
La circulation dans Quimper est difficile. Peu de places de parking.
Nous ne retournerons pas à Quimper!

lors de ma réservation , j'ai envoyé un mail pour prévenir que j'arriverai dans la nuit .
j'ai reçu un mail explicatif indiquant , le code d'accès , la boite aux lettres pour trouver la carte magnétique pour se rendre à la chambre . appart /hotel est très bien situé en plein centre ville .nous avons trouvé des places sans aucun souci à deux pas de l hotel.
la nuit s'est très bien déroulée , aucun bruit dans l 'hotel.chacun respect ses voisins .

Ne pas y aller avec des animaux. 4ème fois que l'on y va car à chaque fois très bien. Là nous arrivons avec le chien on passe de la chambre 106 à la 102 du coup..et sans nous prévenir.
Déception de la chambre ! Plafonds craquelés, pommeau de douche cassé et sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas. Quand à la propreté de la chambre n'en parlons pas... Coton tige sur le sol, à manger derrière les lits.
Quand je descend expliqué à la réceptionniste elle hausse les sourcils en disant qu'elle passera. Mais n'est jamais venue voir.

Central, calme et aménagement agréable

6 jours en Finistère. Quimper est une bonne base pour séjourner. L'hôtel est facile d'accès, avec parking, et tout près du centre ville à pieds. La résidence est très calme, très fonctionnelle, le personnel est charmant, toujours prêt à rendre le service. L'aménagement de la chambre est très judicieux. Pas très spacieuse mais agréable et bien agencée avec un petit balcon bien appréciable.

J'ai passé deux nuitées dans cet appart-hôtel. Si des efforts ont été faits en matière de rénovation, il est dommage de constater les plafonds qui s'effritent dans l'espace cuisine et la salle de bains. Les logements sont relativement confortables, l'accueil correct et la documentation en volume important au niveau de la réception. Petites attentions prévues comme les tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle. Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait quotidiennement et les serviettes changées à la même fréquence.

Le grand plus de cet apparthotel est sa proximité des rues piétonnes. Il est vraiment très bien situé.
Nous occupions un studio coté intérieur et non côté rue. C'était très calme.
Ce qui nous a le moins plu est le fait que le studio était équipé d'un canapé-lit et non d'un lit.
C'est nettement moins confortable, d'autant plus qu'il grinçait à cause des ressorts du matelas.
