I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water.

The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the hotel is tired, and certainly not a 4 star property. The curtain in our room was ripped and stained, and there was no heat, despite it being 6 degrees centigrade over night.

Comfortable hotel

We recieved a warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff. At check-in the receptionist was very helpful in explaining all that we needed to know about the hotel including car parking, the breakfast room, times of reception and breakfast, where the lift was, etc. The staff at reception are multilingual and that was helpful. The room was basic, but large and with a modern bathroom and TV. The room was also clean with a large and very comfortable bed.
We had a good continental breakfast and would recommend this hotel.

A large old hotel with big rooms and lots of space, large free car pack at the rear. In a great position with great views. River and island cruises leave just opposite the hotel.
There is also a ferry to the other side of the river.
The staff are multi lingual and very helpful.

Very nice hotel, modern but with a twist. Good access to everything including the beach. Staff were pleasant and the room was up to a very good standard. If I had to be picky the bathroom could have done with modernisation.

Benodet- Port - great location and friendly

Great location - right in the centre of Benodet and lovely sea view room. Free parking for car too at the back. Easy access from the back too. Got a great deal on Hotel.com last minute so feeling very lucky. The hotel rooms are in need of a refurbishment but the room was a good size and comfortable bed, service excellent. Breakfast 7 euros - self service. No restaurant lunch time or dinner which was a shame as the view from restaurant windows is fab. straight across the port. there is a church right by which starts bells at 6am-10pm. However we slept through these..

Schönes Hotel im gemütlichen Badeort Benodet. Man kann von hier aus die Cornouaille zu erkunden, Quimper, Concarneau etc. sind nicht weit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück top, unser Zimmer neu renoviert. Einziger Minuspunkt: Lärm von der Straße und von der gegenüberliegenden Restaurant-Großküche. Dafür ist der Preis aber auch fair, da muss man eben ein paar Abstriche machen.

Hôtel très bien placé pour faire des promenades. Vu sur l Odet+.
Déco de la chambre un peu ancienne, mais rien à dire sur la propreté et le confort. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuners excellents, et salle à manger spacieuse et agréable. Bon accueil.

Hotel bien situé

Chambre single vraiment petite avec une petite salle de bain. Les toilettes ne sont pas bien accessible car il y a un gros dérouleur de papier qui gène. La vue latérale mer se résume a une vue sur l'Odet. Les restaurants de l'autre coté de la rue font du bruit jusqu'a minuit. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles au niveau du confort car la literie était un peu ferme pour moi (j'ai le dos délicat en ce moment)
Sinon, pas d'hésitation, 5 étoiles partout. On voit que l'hotel à de l'âge mais parfaitement remis au goût du jour. Très propre. Personnel adorable. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien.

Hôtel bien situé. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux dans salle agréable. Chambre suffisamment spacieuse et assez bien équipée mais deco vieillissante. La salle de bain aurait besoin d etre rénovée au goût du jour pour accueillir une douche plutôt qu une baignoire (peu pratique au delà d un certain âge)
Parking disponible et places gratuites tout prés tres appreciables. Le cadre extérieur est tres agréable avec quelques restaurants sympa.
Piscine disponible mais dans rue adjacente.

Hotel bien placé, environnement tres agréable face à la riviere. Cependant l'accueil du personnel manque de chaluer et de dynamisme. Plusieurs relances necessaires pour obtenir des réponses. La chambre etait spacieuse et lit confortable par contre un petit refresh deco ne ferait pas de mal. Qqes points surprenants: les doubles rideaux déchirées, la peinture ecaillée (cf mes photos). salle de bain ok par contre il manque definitivement un seche/repose serviette. Petit dejeuner complet et efficace.

Dommage cet hôtel, par son emplacement, la qualité et l'histoire du bâtiment vaut mieux que ce qui est proposé.J'ai appris qu'une partie avait été rénovée mais franchement même avec la vue, avec une chambre relativement grande, nous étions au 3ème étage, dans une chambre vieillotte, avec une salle de bain limite. Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel la 1ère fois il y a 20 ans et presque rien n' a changé ci ce n'est un coup de peinture au rez de chaussée en gris...à la mode, c'est trop triste. Pourquoi continuer à venir me direz vous...pour le coté pratique du parking même si celui-ci aussi n'est pas de première jeunesse.
Merci au personnes qui travaillent dans cet hôtel elles sont à l'écoute et bienveillantes.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel avec des amis. Très bien situé, les chambres étaient confortables et les salles de bain correctes. Accueil agréable, du fait de la Covid-19, l'hôtel avait mis en place un circuit à l'intérieur afin que les contacts entre clients soient les plus faibles possible. Bon petit déjeuner buffet.

Super séjour en Bénodet

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé avec une vue magnifique sur le port de Bénodet. Tout le personnel était d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute. Tout était fait pour que le client se sente en sécurité par rapport au \"covid'. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel

Chambre spacieuse avec une très belle vue. Les services de location de vélos et paddle sont bienvenues.
Localisation idéale (sauf peut-être pour le bruit environnant si ça dérange certains la nuit).

Petit-déjeuner cher pour ce que c'est.
Etat de la chambre moyen, certains meubles sont abimés, la salle de bain fait vraiment vieille... La chambre est propre (rien à redire sur le sujet) mais elle crie une demande de restauration.

Au final, hôtel propre, service bon, bon respect des mesures sanitaires, lit confortable, pas de désagrément etc... Mais pour le prix que j'ai mis, je m'attendais à un petit peu mieux.

Accueil très pro mais l’établissement est resté dans son jus depuis de trop nombreuses années : Vielle moquette au sol, murs défraîchis tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur, déco désuète, aucune modernité et mériterait un bon coup de neuf... la piscine annoncée n’est pas sur place mais dans un autre établissement partenaire et le produit douche sent très mauvais ...il semblerait qu’il ait mal vieilli comme l’établissement ...

Hotel très bien situé, au port, face à Sainte Marine. Vaste chambre. Personnel très accueillant (Réception, Room Service, Ménage), sauf celui en charge du petit-déjeuner, fort peu attentif aux besoins des clients (tables côté mer non débarrassées, peu de présence en salle, etc...),
bon rapport qualité-prix. Produits (bocaux) proposés en Room service d'excellente qualité, deux restaurants tout proches face à la mer.

une chaleur pas possible dans les chambres,4 fenêtres qui donnaient plein pieds sur un passage extérieur de sortie et en plus vers un petit coin fumeur avec canapé extérieur, où les gens discutaient et fumaient encore à 2 h du matin donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Salle de bain, le bouton de la douche m'est resté 3 fois dans les mains, un radiateur qui faisait du bruit, on ne sait pas pourquoi....si au moins s'était la climatisation !
De plus mauvais renseignements de la part du personnel
Au moins les lits étaient confortables et propres . Mais très très déçus de cet hôtel en plus notre réservation datait de 7 mois en arrière, ce n'est pas comme si c'était une dernière minute.

Buen hotel en Benodet pero a actualizar

Hotel frente al embarcadero de Benodet.El hotel es de finales del sXIX y la última renovación es de hace algunos años (seguramente necesitaría otra).Nos ubicaron en una habitación triple (dos dormitorios diferentes compartiendo baño) en la buhardilla del hotel con unas bonitas vistas del rio Odet.Coincidió con una semana de temperaturas excepcionales en Bretaña y dado que el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado pasamos calor a pesar que nos facilitaron un par de ventiladores.Las camas eran cómodas y el cuarto de baño era funcional con una buena ducha.El desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio (10 eur/persona >10 años), siendo el mismo precio para todo el mundo.Creo que el precio para los huespedes tendría que haber sido inferior.Igualmente el desayuno es recomendable ya que es variado y bueno.Tiene párking propio aunque estaba siempre lleno por la noche y era difícil encontrar un sitio.La ubicación es perfecta si quieres ir a las islas Glenan ya que el barco sale delante mismo del hotel.
